This was my first visit but certainly will not be my last time. There are so many exquisite beads, charms and pieces to choose from! Naushin was so sweet & helpful.

I’m a new buyer and I frequent this shop AT LEAST once a week to get products that I need. On several occasions they’ve gone out of their way to order things I need that were not readily available or reorder things that were sold out. I continue to be impressed by their customer service and willingness to help and I’m so happy to have found a place such as this to help with my creative needs. I will say — it’s a process to get registered and you have to pay for parking ($4/hr) but honestly, I never mind paying because I know the quality of service that I’ll get once I’m inside and I know that I’ll be able to find what I need, and if not, they will help me find it! You cannot go wrong with this store!

Such a beautiful place with a beautiful atmosphere. Whenever I go I feel like its a holiday. Im always greeted with kind words before I enter the door. Im so appreciative of all the assistance for my business, customer service here is outstanding. Be ready to be amazed when coming here! Ive never seen something so magnificent as this store! You wont regret your visit.

It would be really helpful to know before driving over and paying for parking that you have to be a member of the building to shop here.Waited 30 minutes to get a guest pass after calling the store and only had about 20minutes to shop once I got upstairs.Friendly staff and very good selection, though. Ill have to try and come back another day.

I love this place and their very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They know which stones are which and there is always something beautiful on sale. This is most definitely my most favorite bead shop in Atlanta.You MUST call to be registered as a guest beforehand. Registration closes at 4p fyi.

I had a great first time experience. the people were very helpful and no minimum amount wen paying cash, there is a $50 minimum w the card. they have loose beads and finished products. i will be going back.

How does one get an appointment to enter the business. Here it does not say that it has to be by appointment to get in the store. Ive tried calling and emailing and has never gotten a return call or email.
