I had a rush order job with a peculiar request, and the folks at Benchmark did a perfect job meeting all of my needs!My goal was to have an engraved gavel to give as a present to a friend, and Jamie in Sales helped me decide on what options would work best. I asked if it would be possible to do an image in the engraving, which I knew was a far-fetched idea, but he thought for a bit, considered the possibilities, and said he would try it. After working on the problem for a while, he gave me a call and suggested a different way to do the engraving plate, which he thought would work better for the image. I trusted his judgment, told him to go along with the new plan, and was happily rewarded with a perfect present to give my friend.The Benchmark team communicated with me continually about the progress of my request and any changes that they recommended. I really appreciated being kept abreast on everything. They walked me through my questions and made me feel comfortable about putting this project in their hands. I know I only used them for one type of service, but if I ever need anything else similar done, Ill be going to Benchmark. Friendly staff, competent team, fair prices, and convenient location right off of Northside Drive. Thank you so much for an excellent job!

Very, Very Disappointed.Been going to get engravings done at this location since 2005. They recently implemented a policy stating the minimal order is $50. #1 Its not on the website. #2 The lack of respect given to a customer of 14 years doesnt reflect well on their service. One thing positive is they recommended me to Specialty Engraving up the street, I appreciate that.

Ive been coming here for years. These guys are the best, and today was a perfect example. I needed to pick up an engraved plaque I recently requested. I was on the side side of town, and I realized that I was within close proximity to Benchmark. I dialed them up to learn it was ten minutes after closing time, but they stayed open another 30 min so that I could swing by and grab my plaque. They were happy to help, and their work is excellent. Keep up the great work, Benchmark!
