Called them because we needed printing fast for a trade show we were doing. We called them because it says they deliver. Since were less than a mile away (4 minutes to be exact) I thought this would be a great option. The price was good but they would prefer I pick up. Long story short we paid $20 less and went elsewhere because that company felt customer service for a customer less than a mile away was worth it and despite they dont deliver they did this time Sad. I was hoping this company would stand by thier advertising, I would have used them for every GA event.

After multiple attempts at trying to work with a small county courthouse in a state where I am unfamiliar, I thankfully stumbled upon the website of DocumentPros. I had the pleasure of working with Bob Albright, who helped me sort out all of my issues with the courthouse and communicated with me for almost two months regarding my order. He provided me with various specific cost estimates to obtain my unique request. Also, they were the ONLY place I could find who would accept a relatively small job, compared to other companies who would only accept extremely large (multiple thousands of pages) jobs. DocumentPros does not discriminate on size! ;) After settling on an order request - DocumentPros continued to go above and beyond to ensure I received my order promptly and cost efficiently. In fact, the courthouse required that Bob make two trips to obtain my transcript, after which he scanned and emailed to me AND mailed to me.
