Is not open 24 hrs like advertised only pay at pumps just stopped noone is here

Nice spacious and clean convenience store with clean modern bathrooms. Big variety of items as well as a Subway shop. Staff is friendly and nice. Gas prices are competitive.

Ashley, that was working on 8-20-20 around 5:45pm rudely declined to turn the pump on so I could fill up my tank. She said I had to put my card in before the tank could be turned on. I work at a bank and do not pay at the pump because of high fraud situations I see on a daily basis. She said I would have to give her my card to hold while I pumped. Again, I would never give a stranger my card to hold while pumping gas. Once I questioned her statement, she tried changing her story when she seen that I was upset. You lose my business Shell! Hire better people!

Love this gas station! Today I was saddened to see the cashier wearing gloves instead of sanitizing his hands in between customers. He is handling cash as well as handing me a cover for my coffee. He is keeping himself safe but not his customers. That is what gloves do. A few days earlier he was eating at the register with his gloves on. Clearly he does not know how to use gloves. I hope the owner understands that he is putting others as risk by not educating his staff AND providing the with hand sanitizer.
