They did great on the tint on my wifes car

I have been a customer for years but only recently returned for new service. It had been years. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was fair. Wait was next to nothing. Had a new muffler and tubing installed in less than an hour. Will always recommend a local, trusted business.

Coming from Madison.. Brought it in first thing Saturday to take care of a raspy noise after I installed a catless downpipe to my 2014 BMW X3 35ix M sport. Ibstalled a resonator.. All the rasp is gone. All you hear is turbo spool now.. Its quieter than my electric car.. I was in and out in an hour. I trust these men with my car and will refer all exhaust work over to Thumpers. Price is fair.

Guys are great and willing to help even if the services arent their specialty. They will also start here soon with spray on liners. Great guy, family oriented.

Joey was a straight easy man to deal with. Aside from being very knowlegeable about what I needed he was willing to go the extra mile with I wanted and even called me and told me I had brought him the wrong mufflers but was willing to swap me for the same mufflers but correct for my car free of charge. Where he could have just charged me a service he pointed out the error and had THE solution with the call saving me time and money. People like that I find a pleasure to work with. My car was ready early and I was met with a smile from the attendant. I as happy as I can be will go out off my way for good trustworthy service like I was given.

Good work and fair prices

Intended on buying a bike, I talked to a dealer Speedy for almost a month as it was being built taking my suggestions because it was for me and the day finally comes to go and pick it up he texts 2 hours before I am due to leave and tells me he has fallen in love with it and cant sell it to me. I was very disappointed due to all the build up only to be let down.

Giving 3 stars due to getting a refund on getting my windows tinted and wasnt treated unfairly about gettingmoney back really easy to deal with. Really research tint shops before getting windows tinted in a mustang due to how tight it is to get to everything. Definitely need a seasoned tint person on certain cars.

This place is extremely expensive. Even for something simple like getting a small pipe replaced costs 100$. There’s other places around that do good quality and same work for WAY cheaper prices.

New girl is so dumb. Do not go here. She argues with me about my car even Being their and then she finally looked and said ohI drop off at 10 30 and she said 2 hours. I call back after 3and half and she gets smart to me and says oh well I have other stuff to do lol. Im sure Horrible horrible immature employee . Told me 2 hours and then after 4 I show up and she had other cars in garage when she told me mine was next at 1030. I had appt. Will never ever do business here. LOSER

Everyone was very thorough and when I appeared unsure or asked a question they explained very kindly and very much in detail. Not once did I feel like I were a hinderance or spoken to with any words like thing ama bobber or whatcha ma call its. All were so kind and made me feel like a 2018 southern woman vs a 1940s woman. When men were the only ones to know anything and women knew how to do housework and be Mothers supposedly. Thumpers gave me a great quote very reasonable out doing a cpl others and like many places do price gouge women. They saw me only 2 ways 1 as a customer and 2 as a friend. I would and will recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!!
