Went to get the less than 24 hour covid test. Nearly 48 hours later and still no results, though the woman who did my test told me to expect results by the end of the day on the day of the test. Not sure if they lost the test or simply never put in the results but I had to go to another covid testing site to get another test done. Getting the test done and the person working was fine, but I actually, you know, needed the results of my test.

The lady in the pharmacy was very helpful in answering questions and adding insurance to medication. She was very patient and helpful.

Straight up lied to me.I drove 45 minutes from Huntsville to get a covid-test and when I showed them my confirmation e-mail they said they still couldnt take me because it wasnt in there system.Not to mention the drive thru took me over 30 minutes its the slowest wal greens Ive ever seen. If this is your only pharmacy option I got 2 words for you: Good luck.

The drive through is the slowest it has ever been. If medication isnt ready, have them come back through the line. It is wrapped all the way around the building. Keep it moving. I wait around 10 minutes for each car.

I like walgreens but its abit pricey. They have a large variety of good drugstore makeup but its like ULTA price. I spend too much money every time i go in here lol but i went in for my first covid vaccine, i booked my appointment online but had to wait in line for a while, which isnt horrible but hardly anyone had a mask on and everyone was huddled close together. Made me super nervous. The poor pharmacy staff looked slammed and overworked. Times are rough.

I went in today, 5 min ago. So I bought a gift card for my work but needed a receipt. He said no it’s digital now. I said I need a receipt to be reimbursed from my job. I never opted into no receipt. Manager gave attitude and a strange printout instead of receipt and blamed me for it. I never opted into that. I go to Decatur Walgreens on 6th ave all the time and always get a receipt.

Can you people hire more pharmacists or get better training? The wait times and lines are getting beyond stupid at this point..and how you try to annoy people to get off the phone when calling to check on a prescription is insanely inconsiderate. its not hard to pick up the phone and answer a 30 seconds questions

No thanks to the rude, hostile and abrupt “photo specialist” who generally possessed a despicable attitude toward me and the only clerk working the front register today. this makes me loathe entering this store ever again.

Worker who was a ginger named Jeffy was very rude. Wouldn’t sell plan B because I was 16. That is illegal.

Be nice. These folks are overwhelmed during these tough times, especially in the pharmacy. They were very kind to me and took care of my needs, all I had to do was be patient and polite. Is it that tough to be nice? Lindsey was great. Thanks

Visited store today. Had a slight issue with some vitamins not ringing up as the website advertised. Talked to the manager - Deanna - and showed her the issue. She was very polite, professional, and understanding. She handled the problem very quickly. I believe Walgreens could use more managers like Deanna. She definitely represents the company well.

The manager and the clerk upfront are not helpful and were downright rude today. The Walgreens coupons did not work, and they got huffy when they had to void the transaction. Not sorry for posting and calling you out on your behavior.

There is an old lady as a cashier who is so rude and angry all the time... I wanted to use one coupon that I had on my card and she didnt let me do it and also she threw the items I bought (at full price) to my face... Never will back!

I was looking for a zintac they didnt have it look empty their shelves so I grab some close to it . and I found one in Wal-Mart . so I want to bring this back . I dont have to explain nothing . all you need to do is you are working there so follow the store policy . bye

Great location and the staff is really attentive. There are a lot of good deals here if you like to shop for bargains. Pharmacy gets a little backed up cooperate needs to loosen up so they could have more staff.

Great customer service they helped take a perfect passport photo and sized everything how it should be. Photo lady was busy so another worker helped us get everything started until photo person was available. Very nice people!!

Horrible customer service. I ordered a canvas print as a present for Grandparents day and payed for the order online. I printed the receipt which shows the payment method then told my Mom her print was ready for pick up. When she arrived at the store the associate who was a the photo counter obviously didnt enjoy her job and was in a horrible mood and took this out on my mother. Instead of actually listening to her and checking the order and reading the statement which shows my payment method she insisted that my mother pay for her present. I ordered the same canvas print at the Walgreens in Paducah KY and my mother in law had no problem picking up her print. After 25 minutes on hold with both walgreens online customer service and an associate at the store I was informed that my mother could drive back to the store for a complete refund. Too little customer service too late. Deeply disappointed and surprised since Ive never had a problem with any other location.

Extremely long wait times to get a flu shot (told it would be at least another 15 min after waiting for a half hour during the least busy time of the day). Prescriptions are never started before my arrival even when I call in refill in advance. I end up waiting 20-25 minutes even for pre-prepared medicines (e.g. inhalers). The front desk people (store, not pharmacy) are very kind and helpful.

The employees here are always very helpful and kind, and are approachable when assistance is needed. I would recommend this location highly, they have yet to let me down and I have frequented this location since it was established.

I dont feel like Im a nobody, waiting for my soup. waiting waiting and waiting. They get it filled when they say they will, they explain everything to me even if its the 5th time.

Some of the staff are rude. Im in out. Its convenient for me when Im out that way I just buy few things. Im not gonna stop shopping there because people that dont Know me dont like me.

I went in to purchase something that was on sale, buy 2 and get 1 free, but they only had 2 in stock. I explained the situation to the employee at the register and requested that they sell the items at the discounted price that each would have cost if all 3 had been available. While I waited, she called and spoke with two managers (Alyssa and Stephen?) who would only offer to take half off the second item, leaving me to pay a total of $2.00 more than I should/would have. I gave up, came home, and placed my order online. Internet sales are rapidly reducing the need for human employees in a lot of situations. Customer service like this is partially to blame.

Fast clean friendly

I dont use the pharmacy here but run in frequently run in for snacks, toiletries, etc. The employees have always been pleasant and the store is always clean and well-stocked.

Horrible place. Went to have my diabetic prescriptions transferred to Walgreens. Provided all information and was told my meds would be ready in two days. Seemed a little odd to take two days but ok. Returned two days later and they had no record on me ever being there nor seemed to have any interest in resolving the issue. Horrible, horrible customer service. Just search problems at Walgreens. Educate yourself on how this company is constantly under fire for illegal and immoral practices. Dont take my word for it. Youll see. Run, run away.

Very friendly service. 20 mins tops to get my meds. They take savings cards and dont treat you badly. They send a text when your meds are ready or due to be filled. You also get a savings card and can save points. Love Walgreens. Ive used the window twice and havent had any problems at all. I normally prefer going in for the interaction. They are very nice and helpful.

This pharmacy and the techs are the worst. Every time I go and get my husband’s testosterone and ask for needles, they NEVER have the ones he needs. EVER!! And we have been going there for a year. Plus when I go through the drive thru, I could be the only one at the window and I see no customers inside they still take 15 to 20 minutes before they even come to the window and another 10 before they can find my husband’s or my prescription!! And the techs never listen to anything my husband and I say to them. I was talked into buying a larger injection needle after I had been telling them that my husband only uses 18 but the tech said there were no difference. Well I ended up taking my husband to the doctor the next day and because my husband used that injection needle and it had caused him to have a horrible reaction to it.If it wasn’t for the fact that we prefer Walgreens over any pharmacy we would have stopped going to this one in Athens Al

Its a pretty decent place but i wouldnt even bother using the drive thru... Its terribly slow. I would like to use it when i have my two young kids :/ seems they need more help back there because they are always super busy

Went to get a passport picture made they told me to come back in an hour because they were to busy unloading a truck! What kind of customer service is that! Will take my business else where.
