Will never be taking my vehicle here again tried to get an alignment and they tried to tell me I needed everything in the front end replaced this is the second time Ive had this happen with them and I had both vehicles inspected and 1 was fine the other 1 needed a bushin thats it

They seemed to be honest but they couldnt fix my check engine light issue even though i had them repair the thing they said was broken. The staff are all very friendly and prices fair for the repair but again my issue wasnt repaired.

Ive taken two of my vehicles to these guys and theyre always prompt, honest, fair priced and polite. Two thumbs up!

I attempted to replace 4 tires with this company and had multiple issues during the process. C&D Tire has been my go to since I moved to the Athens area last year and for the most part theyve been good to me. However, on my most recent visit I arrived when the store opened at 8 AM and it took 5 hours for me to be served. Im very disappointed in how I was treated and I hope that on my next visit they will be up to their normal standards.

The people here are awesome and very helpful. They got my tire fixed and back on my car in like 10 min. I recommend this place to everyone in Athens.

I went to get an oil change and my tires rotated there were probably 10 people waiting for there cars to be finished, and I was able to do a walk-in and they were done in like 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend. I do have to say something to say about the service, I am 16 years old and when I went inside the lady at the counter seemed a little mad, I was being my normal self being polite and respectful. And she said to me Im sorry if I was rude I normally dont see people who have manners and treat others with respect

This may not be fair, but right now Im stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire I cannot remove because they tightened the lug nuts so much I cant budge them.

I wanted to shop locally for my tires instead of going to Walmart. After calling around, C & D Had the best price on 4 tires by over 100$ with work included. I was told to be there at 9:00 on Saturday and they would put them on. Upon my arrival at 9:15 I was told I would have about an hour wait, after two hours I had them skip the test drive so I could leave, and I finally got out at 11:30. When I got home everything with the work and the tires were great but they did not put a cap on one of the new tires I bought, so I will have to go back by to pick one up. Soooooo Price 5*---Service 2*. Average 3 1/2* - 1/2 Point for the cap. 3*s. Main take away? All they had to do was tell me it would have been 2 hours and this would have been a 5 * review.

They were extremely busy but still managed to work me in as quickly as possible due to not having a ride back home. Exceptional service and great price on tires!

I was quoted the wrong price for my tires so you can imagine my surprise when they told me it was gonna cost around 120$ more than figured. The lady that seemed to run the place was nice about and gave me a perk for the inconvenience, Free roadside😊 so that made it a little better. plus I love my tires.So my visit this week needed an oil change and a a repair on brake system. I showed up 15min before they opened because they are first come first serve. Waited two hours then they came and told me it was my rotor and they would have to change the whole system for almost 300$. Ok so I said lets fix it they proceed to tell me the problem with that was I was going to be waiting another 3 to 4 hours because I was being put back in the line of waiting. So I gave someone else my money saved 80$ and it only took them an hour. Nice oil change though.

Love doing business here, I brought my own tires to get mounted and balanced. They didnt cary the tires I wanted in the size I needed. Got all 4 33/12.50r20 mounted and balanced & a 4 wheel alignment done for $240. They were able to align my eco diesel quad cab 1500, not a lot of places can. They got it done very quickly, overall great experience. Ill definitely be using them for my next set.

Horrible customer service. Attitudes are very bad. Just rude people. I went and bought and alignment and a arms and also tires spent nearly 1500 dollars and was ran off the highway about 2 days later and there was a flat spot of 2 of my tires well there was nothing they could do but charge me for more brand new tires because flat spots weren’t covered by their warranty. They wouldn’t even give me used tires so I brought some used tires along with the new rims I had to buy due to the accident then when they switched my rims they kept my tires and said there was nothing they could do for me. And this is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with them. It’s every time I go in there they have bad attitudes. I will not be returning here for anything else. 0/10 would not recommend. Honestly you’d be better off going to matlock. It may be a little more expensive but definitely worth it.

I have been a customer there for many years and recommended them to my daughter. I dropped my daughters car off for service today and after my experience today with the VERY rude lady that waited on me I will not be back. I will pay more to be treated in a courteous manner. I will say that the people who called me to update me on issues with my daughters vehicle were very nice and courteous, however first impressions speak volumes and my first impression today left a sour taste in my mouth

Im never one to complain as I have been a manager for years working with the public, and granted I had been working all day in my yard and probably looked a mess however, I came in to get a tire changed over on one of my vehicles and have never experienced such rudeness and unfriendliness of a front desk worker. The lady working the desk sure cost them my return business. On a brighter note they did my tire change over very quick and efficiently.

I dont know how many sets of tires I have bought from C&D Tire, quite a few for sure. I started using them about 6 years ago. I was on my way to another tire store when I stopped to check their price. They had the same tire but I got 5 tires for the price of 4 at the other place. Within about 45 minutes I was on my way home and havent looked back since. Lowest price, best service.

I asked for a full synthetic mobile 1 5 w 30 oil change even offered to provide my own oil however the lady behind the counter assured me they carried mobile 1 fully synthetic 5w30oil . However 2 months later I realized my oil was running low extremely low got out receipt noticed they did not give me what I ask for the women at the counter even made me aware of the price difference. I told her that was fine I expected to pay more.This PLACE TAKES YOUR MONEY AND SALES YOU WHAT THEY WANT .IVE OWNED THIS CAR FOR MANY YEARS ALWAYS RAN FULLY SYNTHETIC MOBILE 5W30 . I KNOW I SPECIFICALLY DID NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKEAND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COULDNT FIND NO RECORD OF SERVICE FOR MY CAR UNTIL I PROVIDE RECEIPT WHICH HAS WRONG VEHICLE YEAR AND TAG NUMBER THEY CALL THEIRSELVES PROFESSIONAL. I WOULDNT TAKE MY HOOPTY HERE FOR A FLAT TIRE WHICH THIER TIRES ARE OVERPRICED ANYWAY

A great place to get tires for your vehicle

My husband and I are not one to complain, but we had taken his truck to get new tires put on it. We drove straight home and noticed a huge scratch on the wheel.. (these wheels are almost $300 a piece) so my husband politely calls and explains this to them and they tell us to bring it back down there Monday morning. So we do and they say we curbed it....... it what not be one big deep scratch, and there would be obvious markings on the wheel and brand new tire if that was the situation... we honestly weren’t looking to get any money or anything, more or less we just wanted them to own up to what they had done and try to make things right in order to keep our business because we both have used them for almost 10 years now... but no, the manager called my husband a liar and told him to leave... we will never do business there again!!!

Service in the office was good, I went in with a company truck which is a Fleet service and the were able to accommodate that with zero issue it did take about 10 hours to get a tire for my truck, had to get one from Maryville, but it got fixed and serviced. Overall good experience

Wonderful service!

We were visiting from out of state for the solar eclipse when our vehicle died. We needed a replacement battery and alternator installed. Our break down happened about an hour before they closed and the repairs were done before 10 the next morning. Our vehicle was repaired at their temporary location behind Zaxbys. Very happy with the service from C & D Tires.
