I was in the Verizon store yesterday 11/17 and was helped by the most wonderful sales guy ever Charles. I’ve been using sprint for years and knew I wanted to switch but going in and getting a brand new phone plan is always such a pain. Well not with Charles! He made getting TWO new phones and a new Apple Watch so easy!!! He didn’t try and over sell us, he just really loves getting people the best deal possible, and that’s exactly what we got! This is my first time ever as a Verizon customer and thanks to Charles I truly don’t see myself ever switching again. Not only did he get us brand new phones he got us the most incredible deal on our monthly bill. I can’t say enough how wonderful my experience was with this store, and the sales rep Charles. I’ve been to quite a few Verizon stores, but never have I experienced this level of customer service! I came to the store on 6/19/20 with a smashed phone, needing a replacement. I was helped by Charlie who was very knowledgeable and helped explain the conditions of my previous warranty. Unfortunately my old phone was no longer under warranty and I would need to buy a new one or upgrade. Usually at this point I would expect sales pitches and pressure into buying a top shelf phone that I didn’t really need, at a premium price. Charlie asked me my budget and what I was looking for in a phone. He showed me all of the less expensive models and their pros and cons as well as other customer reviews. Ultimately I was sold on the IPhone SE, which I felt fit my needs perfectly. I was very happy with my purchase and the level of customer service I received! Charlie was great and the rest of the guys at this store were super friendly and professional as well! Would definitely recommend this Verizon location to others!

Was there today - everyone was fabulous - super friendly! Charlie & Chris ended up being the ones to help me pay a confusing bill because someone else on the plan set up a deferment plan with COVID. With my family plan there was lots of confusion since I didn’t set the deferment up, but the guys made it light and worked to figure it out. Now I get it! Thanks so much!

Taylor Grimshaw is the very best. We had a lot of difficulty loading my current email account onto my new Verizon phone, due to Charters strict oversight. My son & I went in to swap one phone out for another family phone AND to get me a new phone. Justin (from Santa Maria and Bakersfield) was kind, patient, and had a wonderful sense of humor throughout the entire two hour process. He also let us know that our phones were worth quite a bit of cash towards a trade-in on phones I was interested in, and was very knowledgeable about the features said phones. He took great care of us, and I could not have been happier suffering in his presence. His manager & his other co-worker were also taking excellent care of their customers during our visit (I was there long enough to stalk them throughout their entire check-out, too). All in all, this store has a great team to take care of anyone who walks in their doors.

Dont Trust this place.I went to get an upgrade and I was told I was getting a certain amount for my trade in phone and I didnt I got way less and I was not informed.I was told there was a promotion where they wouldnt charge me activation fees and they did.I was told that with the money that I got for my trade in I could I apply it to a phone case and that didnt happen. I got charge for the phone case.I ask to speak with the manager but I was told they dont have one, that know one is in charge and they couldnt help me.So finally I called the 800 number to reach out to Verizon and I got the help that I needed.They also told me that they were having alot of issues with the store.Careful with this Verizon store, Do Not Trus them.

5 months ago Hector was very helpful, but I am moving my rating down now. Went in today needing help with an account and was not even acknowledgd for 15 minutes. When one representative finally walked past me and asked if I needed something, I got nothing but but attitude. Was informed that, if I didnt have a simple question, then he would have to go into my account, which he, and I Quote, did not have time for, and then walked away from me. This representative whose name I did not get, spoke to me as if I was a child. All other employees were busy talking to other clients about their family planning classes they had taken or old buddies they knew. Place had been very good, will not be going back again.

This Verizon store is fantastic! I have gone in there several times in the last month to find the perfect phones for myself and for a family member. They are wonderful professionals and customer service oriented. Top Notch staff which includes Nick Gage Nicole and I think his name was Charles or Walter. Highly talented group who helped me and my family member find the perfect phones, set us up and helped us with any questions and later helping both of us with additional questions and set up. What a fine group of hard-working young people! 5 stars all the way for this store located in the Home Depot shopping center in North Atascadero. Outstanding!

My husband came home and raved about the service at this store! He said they even sanitized their business card before giving it to him. Held the door open and were constantly wiping things down—-very impressed.

The store did not have the case and screen protector in stock for the Moto Z4. I was informed that I would have to wait a week for these items. Unfortunately, I dropped the phone the very next day.Additionally, the MiFi that was purchased turned out to be used. It had 187 GB of use prior to my opening the package.The folks at the store are cut below the worst used car sales people you can run into. Dont buy your product here.

I came in wanting a simple translator app and Courtney went above and beyond for me. She not only found me a great app, she included it in the Google folder on my phone, and she taught me how to use it! Excellent customer service. Genuinely friendly and caring of my needs as a customer. I showed up to the store confused and upset. She calmed me right away and assured me she would get my phone troubles solved. Then she went above and beyond her job. She turned a stressful situation into a enjoyable experience. Atascadero has more than one location for Verizon. Because Ive had a bad experience at one of them I wont recommend it but the one I will recommend is the Verizon store located near Home Depot on the north end of town. It was time to upgrade my phone and the customer service I received at the Verizon store near Home Depot was excellent. I purchase my new phone there and I have had it for a few weeks now it is one of the LG products and has different applications and ways of functioning over my old phone. I had a few questions so I went in today and JR helped me out answering all of my questions in a very friendly and professional way. The two visits have both been excellent and so I would have say that if you have had unsatisfactory service at other Verizon stores try this one out and Im sure you will Come Away as a happy customer.

This store is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.I had placed a Verizon order at another location in error and came into their store hoping they could fix it for me. It was a complex situation. Where to start. Everyone at this Verizon location was terrific. Had a complicated issue on a Sunday and they helped get everything resolved while connected to a Verizon store in another city. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Misquoted me, constantly tried to upsell me which maybe you should lose the attitude of you’re going to sell. I ended up walking out and went to the corporate store in SLO to buy my husband’s phone. I had to set it up myself but it’s worth it versus going back here.

I had a complicated conundrum with Verizons horribly inept 3rd party insurance, and they went above and beyond to solve it and then some. Incredible expertise and amazing service. Saw further evidence that these sales people are not out just to make sales but really want to get you the best situation and best deal for yourself. So glad I went in there.

My husband bought me a new Verizon cell phone online. We went to the Atascadero Verizon store on Sat July 27 to have it activated from my old phone to this new one. An employee named Greg questioned me in a curt manner Where did you get that phone? I answered him and then at first he said yes he would switch my old phone to the new one. Then he said no I cant do that. I asked him why and told him I had done that before but he just said no youll have to go to a corporate store and they may not do it for you either. Then he looked at his phone as if I was not there. There was another employee working that day but he was busy helping the other 2 customers in the store. So I drove to the Verizon store in Paso Robles and Adrian transferred my phone to the new one in 5 minutes. Thank you Adrian. You were wonderful. Greg needs a lesson on ethics at the very least. I hope the owner reads these reviews.

Courtney was wonderful to work with after I lost my phone in Las Vegas. She went over all the options with me and made me feel very comfortable in choosing another phone and I had fun doing it. She is down to earth and someone I would totally grab a cup of coffee with and hang out. A joy to work with!!!

We went in today to get me a new phone which is usually a hassle... But we worked with Ruth at the Atascadero location by Home Depot. Such a kind person and we had an amazing time. Tedrick was very Pleasant, Patient, and Helpful with my Husband and I. He helped us work through an issue that was keeping us from proceeding with our upgrade. Tedrick got on the phone with a Verizon customer service representative and they worked through the problem and got it solved. Our experience didnt feel like the normal car salesman situation. Tedrick informed us of their top sellers and then allowed us space and time to decide what we wanted, and did not try to talk us in to what he thought we should have. We were in there for 3 hours (due to the problem we had to work out) and left feeling like Tedrick was family and are now enjoying our Note 10 Plus & MotoZ4 THANK YOU TEDRICK ! While they may not have every phone on stock all the time, name a Verizon store that does. Having been their twice recently I can confirm their staff is both extremely helpful and determined to answer your questions. Theyre quality folks in there, and I rarely felt any pressure towards buying a product or service, theyre honest.

Charles was amazing! My phone was stolen and he helped me choose a new phone, and lowered my bill by going over my plan and talking with me about my options. A potentially awful situation turned into a positive one, and I have Charles to thank for it all. He earned a customer for life, or at least as long as he is around!

The people at this store are amazingly helpful. I was shopping at the nearby Home Depot and cut myself on a piece of sheet metal. When I went to the Verizon store to pick up my phone, one of the staff asked why my arm was wrapped in paper towels. When she saw my injury, she told me she had a nursing background. She sat me down, went into the back room to grab the employee first aid kit, and then fixed me all up. Verizon not only fixed my phone at no charge, but gave me better care and at a lower price than I wold have received at the local emergency room!

Manuel and Hector helped me get rid of some pesky notifications that were driving me crazy! I love coming into this store, always so warm and welcoming. Thank you to everyone again for being so patient and always being willing to help me when I need it.
