All employees greeted us when walking in, and the employee Jr answered all of our questions and concerns we had. Overall, we had a great experience. This store will now be our go-to! After a bad expirence with naomi in Paso Robles I decided to visit the atascadero store even though naomi told me not to go there! Emily and gabriel helped me with all of my issues,transferred over my information,and even instructed me on how to trade in my device I recommend you come here instead of the Paso store I also dont think employees should bad mouth other stores.

I love their New store such nice team and Britni is always there to help out with my Account questions. New Year time for a raise for this girl! Even when she helps multiple people and that one person tries to take Priority and get entitled and make a fool of themselves she keeps her cool with an elegance of customer service that is number one :)

Came to this store to get my grandfather a new phone and Jorge J. was absolutely amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a more friendly and helpful person. He not only answered all of our questions but he went above and beyond & he provided helpful tips and options that we were not aware about. My grandfather is now a new & happy AT&T wireless customer!

First time using AT&t this store was awesome The guy that helped me his name was George Best sells person I have ever dealt with specially at a phone place highly recommend asking for him if you go in he did everything he could to help me very awesome

Today I went in to inquire the possibility of a phone upgrade, with no intentions of making my decision right away. However, my sales rep: Britni L., was so helpful and knowledgeable about my current plan and the phone I was looking for that I ended up walking away with a new Samsung Galaxy 10+. Not only did I end up getting the phone, but the process was quicker than Ive ever experienced at any other AT&T location, which made everything easy and that much more of an enjoyable experience. Britni and George are amazing at the Atascadero location. I have been exclusively going to Britni for almost a year. She is incredibly helpful and goes out of her way to take care of her customers. If you ever get a gadget guard make sure you have Britni put it on for you. She puts them on perfectly! She gets you out the door quickly too. Thanks for the great customer service!

I cannot say enough about my experience at the AT&T Store in Atascadero. In particular, Jorge Jimenez has been my lifeline this week. My iPhone 7Plus has been dying and he walked me through my options. I considered sending it in for repair but really was sold on an upgrade to the 10 model. Jorge was extremely patient and stayed with me over a half hour past closing to make sure my phone needs were met. He helped me pick out reasonably priced accessories and I appreciate that he wasn’t trying to oversell. Thank you for the great customer service! I will be back!

This ATT store is small but the help is amazing!Saturday morning was a real zoo with people paying bills, buying new products and there was a wait. Erica, Britni and Junior were super polite, knowledgeable and helpful through it all. I have also dealt with Jorge often who was not in the store this morning. He’s always been happy, polite and knowledgeable as well. Great store!

So let me just start off by saying Jorge is an outstanding employee. I went into the store looking for some accessories and he was the first one to jump up and get the confused look off my face. He is very knowledgeable and has a fantastic personality. He really gives all of his attention to his clients to really help them. He is a wonderful asset to the store and the company. I make it a point to only come to this site, even when I moved 200 miles away! They have the best customer service, with employees that stay up on the latest technologies out there. They are fast, friendly, & so funny! If they do not have exactly what I want in stock they make sure that they order it right away. I can call in and get my questions answered, get technical support without feeling like any question is a ‘stupid question’. That is important to me since I am not the most savvy with some applicants. Thank you Atascadero ATT! I have never regretted the day I switch from that OTHER company at your store 3 years ago. Sam was very aggressive and not helpful at all. First off I was bullied into giving a 5 star review so I could get a 15% off coupon which I found out from another AT&T store that it is a common coupon that doesn’t even require a review.When I came in to get a new phone my first concern was wanting a new phone number. I reminded Sam a couple times and at one point she said she couldn’t go back and that I should call the 611 number and tell them I’m having a harassment issue. She could have changed my number easily and for free in the update process but since she forgot I now needed to reach out to someone else and lie. I called their customer service, they tell me I have a new number, I patiently waited 4 hours and nothing changed. I called the customer service the next day, they say it wasn’t ever changed, I’m on the phone with them for 2 hours...they tell me to go back to the store and have them change it...this has been a total and complete NIGHTMARE! My number still hasn’t been changed and I’m having to patiently wait for a different AT&T store to be able to help me.If you want things done efficiently and you’d like to be treated like a person I don’t recommend going to this store.

I just went in with a problem with my sim card. The manager here was such a nice guy. He was helpful, friendly and super fast to solve my problem. Omg, i can not say enough about how wonderful my experience was. I was in and out in less then 5 minutes. Love this place and love their customer service, they are great!
