Quick curtious service with precautions to keep my car clean.

My car would vibrate from a slightly bent rim, after having two new tires put on my car it no longer vibrates, the guy did something to fix that. Also I just got done having an oil change and an alignment done, it only took 1 hour and the cost was way less than what I expected. The employees at Big Brand Tires are friendly and courteous to their customers and will do whatever they can to help you. They have gained a loyal customer and I would recommend them to anyone who wants good service at a reasonable price. Thank you Big Brand Tires Team, your awesome 👍.

My go to tire place. Fast service, friendly staff, and a great deal on tires. Got a 6 mo no interest deal- was gonna put it on credit card but who can argue with 6 mo $0 interest? Since I wasnt going to pay interest I got a better grade tire. They were fully staffed so not a long wait. Go there!

I called in for a last minute service for 2 new tires after getting a flat this morning. It was a100°+ afternoon, they didnt have any time slots available and Im sure all of the guys were hot, a little grumpy and just wanting to cool off in the AC. Jesse worked with me and took great care of me it was so hot I didnt even want to ask him to rotate, but I did and he did it with a smile. Top Notch excellent service from 1st phone call until I drove away. Great job guys!

They got me in same day! They werent set off by me only doing a rotation and balance. I gladly spent my money on a needed alignment. They were quick and nice and the front desk man definitely treated everybody with respect and gave them all his attentiveness.

Dropped off my car because of a slow leak in the tire and they repaired it in an hour, and they did it for free. They just got themselves a customer for life. Jesse and Alex were so nice and they got me in for a same day full tire replacement, without an appointment! I was in and out within an hour and a half and they even sent me down the road to sunset Honda to get my key replaced by Rj, which I’ll be picking up on Friday.This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a car maintenance store.Also thanks, Mike, for playing cards with me!

I have gone to Big Brand Tire twice in the last month for a slow leak in one of my tires. The first time was just to fill my tires with nitrogen and they didnt charge me for that. Yesterday they had a same day appointment for me, found a screw in one of my tires, fixed my tire and again, didnt charge me for the service. I was told there is no way ring up the charge in their system because they dont charge for it!! Both times I was there the guys were kind and considerate and the service was fast and at no charge. I cant say enough about how well I have been treated at Big Brand. Thanks, All!

The gentlemen who were working today were so incredibly helpful, professional, and quick! I had a screw in my tire, making it really flat, but also had a car full of groceries and my two year-old. The guys were able to squeeze my car in and had us out of there in 15 minutes. I was so, so appreciative!!

All I needed was having a nail taken out of my tire, but Im almost 80 years old and pretty much on my own.I bought the tires from them at near two or three years ago and they still took care of it for me with No Charge and the man that helped me was so respectful and amazing!!Will definitely buy from them again and have recommended to others!!

A new meaning of SERVICE!While visiting my grandchildren I picked up a screw in my tire. The one thing you want to deal with on a Saturday morning. My son said to run to Big Brand Tire, they will take good care of you. Total understatement, I was greeted immediately, identified the problem, fixed the problem and was out within 30 minutes. And no change! Impeccable SERVICE!If I lived here this would be the place for me!

These guys went above and beyond. I came into the office today with an emergency (I had popped my tire on a curb and couldn’t get it all the way to the shop) The man at the counter (I believe his name was Jesse) drove my daughter and I to the car where he took the popped tire off and was able to do all of the work right there on the side of the road. Truly outstanding customer service, I will always take my cars there for tire service, they have never let me down and today was exceptional. Thank You!

Had a screw in the outer tread block on my truck. Went to big brand thinking I would get it fixed for free. As it turns out, no patching outer tread block punctures. They had reasons I understood. The gentleman looked over my tires and quickly had a list of options I could get that day. We set up an afternoon appointment, and he switched my spare on for free. Fast forward to the afternoon and the tire was already mounted and balanced. A few short minutes waiting and I was happily on my way. Excellent service from all the employees. Very happy with my choice in Big Brand Tires.

Efficient and helpful at solving my problem. I was able to get an appointment on a Saturday (same day I called) or was told I could drop off my car. I made an appointment and they were very prompt and called me once the car was ready.

The staff is VERY helpful, fast, and friendly. I get my tires at Big Brand because they always have my back. Going to them with a tire problem (like getting a screw stuck in my tire today) is like going to my dad when I was young -- they take all the worry from me and hand back a problem solved.

I called this company on a Saturday, after feeling a wobble in the front of my car. They took it same day. I could see they were busy by all the cars that were in their bays and the parking area. I received a call not more than an hour later to let me know the car was ready, and when I asked was told no charge. NO CHARGE! They rotated and rebalanced the tires, and added balance weights. And told me I had a lot of mud around the wheels haha. I am SO glad to have used these guys; I’ve purchased tires from them in the past and have never had any issues. Always good to great service, friendly guys, very fair pricing, and HONEST. Can’t beat that ..!

I recently moved to the area from Minnesota; I cannot get over the service of this place! I have never experienced anything like it. My tire sensor had been going off due to the extreme fluctuation in temps- I finally decided to bring it in someplace just to get the tires checked out and inflated professionally. I wasnt expecting them to do it for free! As soon as I stopped in, no appointment, they had me pull up to a bay where they quickly filled my tires to the proper level- friendly, quickly, efficiently and at no charge!- and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes.All was good for a week and then my sensor went off again, even though the weather was more stable. This time the reason was because of a nail in one of my tires. It was late on a Saturday and they were closed on Sundays but I was able to make an appointment online for first thing Monday morning - I just had a slow leak and the car was still driveable - so I dropped it off on my way to work and got the call an hour later that it was fixed and ready to pick up at my convenience. Michael was the most friendly, helpful and accommodating service rep Ive had the pleasure of dealing with from the minute I dropped my vehicle off to when I picked it up, tires as good as new and at NO CHARGE, again!!! There is a reason this company has such a great reputation, every employee there is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and I strongly recommend them to anyone in need of tire services. I hope I dont have any problems with my tires again for a long time but if I do, Big Brand Tires will be my immediate stop. The only negative thing I have to say is that this company isnt located nationwide- Minnesota would definitely benefit from having a Big Brand Tires franchise in their state! They would get a LOT of business!!!

I highly recommend Big Brand Tire. I had a blowout while traveling and came across their listing on Google. They told me they fix/patch tires for FREE even if you didn’t purchase from BBT.Jesse helped me and delivered great service. He took just the tire to fix and allowed me to run an errand with the car (and spare). The communication between us was reliable and plentiful through text and phone. I could easily follow the progress through the web.After a short while, Jesse called and said my tire was repairable and ready for install. I made my way back to BBT and they installed it in about 10 minutes. He even checked the tire pressure on all the other tires. Again, there was no cost (!).If I lived in the area, I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you Jesse and Big Brand Tire.

I have always had great customer service at Big Brand in Atascadero. We took my daughters car there for tires and while they did that they checked the alignment for free. They have so many great free services available to everyone. Thank you Big Brand !

Made an appointment to get some tires mounted and balanced and was given an out the door price. Took the time off work to show up early only to by told at the store that the price DOUBLED. Called the first guy I talked to which told me again the same price, put him on speaker so we could get it figured out. The store ended up telling me if they werent so busy they would honor the original price, but not that day. The guy on the phone talked to the next closest store which the manager guaranteed they would honor the original price. ???Times where tough enough before this pandemic and now payed work is more important then ever. For what ever reason this store thinks its ok to waste half a days work of a what would have been a paying customer or charge them double the quoted price after making the appointment and showing up early. Not what I consider good business or the type of educate I want to support.Ended up going to a competitor and payed two thirds the original price. Come on America! We WERE better then this.Corporate ended up reimbursing me for the competitors cost. It was appreciated.

I bought the BF Goodrich TAKO 2s and they beat the competition in all aspects of the transaction. Here I am a year and a half later rotating my tires, filling them with Nitrogen, balancing, and checking my alignment at no cost to me. This is my fourth time doing it!!! Never did I expect these services to be included, even after I bought the road hazard warranty. I’m a member of the large club store and I prefer these guys, especially considering that they are a full service shop.
