American West Tire in Atascadero is the best! All the guys are so helpful and professional. I had a problem with a tire. I took it in, no appointment, and they made the time to check it for me. There was a nail and they fixed the tire at no charge. We have been taking our cars there for years and I wouldnt go anywhere else!

They are always careful to adequately explain what is needed to make necessary repairs to your vehicle. They dont try to oversell a bunch of nonsense that is not needed. When you come in for the appointment, they are usually on time and getting needed repairs done as promised. The guys behind the counter are courteous and professional. It is a breath of fresh air getting my vehicles serviced there. Great job to them all!

I drove down from San Francisco to visit my parents. My tire went flat, so I took it in. Brad who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. They fixed my tire at no charge, and with a quick turn around time. I highly recommend them.

Knowledgeable, quick and professional. Guys know their stuff and dont try to add unnecessary repairs to pad their bill. Just by doing their job and doing it well insures you be back for other things when they occur.

I was able to shop for the tires I needed on their website and make a selection. They emailed me a quote and made a recommendation for tires with s better warranty that would save me money. I made an appointment for the next day for a full set. From the time I was greeted to the time I drove out was a mere 28 minutes. Great experience, Ill be back!

Drove into town to visit family, next morning getting ready to leave and saw my car had a flat...(very fortunate to have a flat occur while not driving!)...brother in laws compressor pressed up the tire temporarily, &then made a call to American West and they said bring it on in...they were busy, but got my car in a bay within minutes of my arrival. They fixed my flat (picked up a small nail), and I was on my way in 20 minutes...at no charge!!! - Thank you Mike & Kyle!

Ive taken my vehicles here for tires pretty much whenever I need new tires. They have fast turn around times for people in a rush.. USUALLY. And I didnt know this but my tire had a slow leak and I had been filling it up for days, so I took it in to American West Tire Pros and they FIXED IT FOR FREE!!!!They really are tire pros.Theyve also fixed a boat trailer of mine with new wheels bearings and fresh tires, really fast and on a Saturday. Its the best option in Atascadero, in my opinion.

Yes, the employees are friendly, but who cares how friendly an employee is if they are talking to you and giving you Covid? Even after the state mandate not one employee in that place had a mask on including while getting into customers’ cars. If you are an older adult, someone with a weaker immune system, or are just worried about catching the virus, I would definitely take your business elsewhere. It was also $20 for a flat repair when most places are free of charge.

This shop has taken care of all of our familys vehicles for nearly a decade now. My go-to place for tires and oil change. They even helped me replace the wiring for my headlights on my Kia Soul because the dealer refused to admit there is an issue. Everyone is nice, direct in answering questions and realistic about how long they need your car.

Very good very honest business in my opinion. Two of the last three vehicles we have taken there for a tire rotation/alignment have left with a bill of ZERO $. rotated tires for free, checked the alignment and let us know it did not need anything. I appreciate their honestly and will definitely do business with them again.

Everyone from the from the front desk to the alignment rack in the back of the shop, and everywhere in between has shown me that all employees work with the utmost knowledge, professionalism, and integrity. Prices are competitive. Service can be fast with an appointment and some walk ins. I will always trust the work on my vehicles tires, brakes, alignment, suspension, etc to the men at American West.

We needed to get an alignment and decided to come here.They are on the south end of Atascadero. Easy to see their sign, lots of parking and they have several bays for working on cars.From the phone conversation to walking in, the staff was super friendly.Best part, they got us in on the appointment time and they were done when they said they would be, in 1 hour.The alignment feels great! Will be back if need any other repairs.

Highly recommend them! Dont live in Atascadero, but broke down on a Friday night & locals told me to tow it there. They worked me in on Saturday & tried hard to fix my old cars problems. Not to good went to take second truck to them for the front end alignment called before i came in and got price....ones i got there price changed by. 15 dollars after the 42 miles i chose to trive there.....not again...no thanks
