Pam, Brad and the service staff exceeded expectations. They were respectful of my time. Communicated clearly without excuses, prompt in returning phone calls and helped to solve my issues with a down mower. They treated me as a customer although I hadnt purchased there yet.Ready for a replacement, I had optionspurchasing a new scag cheaper. Great relations keep people productive and successful. My previous experience with Service built a confidence that reasonable expectations will be taken care of after the sale.Josh in the sales department did great. He didnt waste my time, adapted and communicated through my platforms. The sale was simple, efficient and personable.Overall, this organization is well run and the entire crew works with purpose. Happy to see unity and not egos. I will be purchasing more here. Thanks!

Brand new facility here in Ashland, on RT 42. I stopped in and spoke to the salesman Josh. Nice guy. Very helpful. They sell Case, Kioti, and I think Yanmar 🚜 tractors. They have 2 driveways. So dont freak out, if you miss the first one. Its on the hilltop. It creeps up on you quickly.

I was unloaded here fairly quickly. They have a dirt ramp, but I find it easier to pallet jack their freight to the back and let them pick it off the trailer

Worst service ever. Took our Cub Cadet in to fix and they could not figure out the problem after we took it back three times. Went to buy a push mower, would not open doors for us, would not answer phone calls. Not going here again

These folks are fantastic. I have an older Kubota and at times she is in need of repair or parts. They are very helpful in getting the correct parts and when I need to bring it in for shop work, they are outstanding. From a customer service standpoint, they are they are the best.

Courteous and knowledgeable staff at thus recently rebranded location. Quality products. Nice yearly open house in the early summer.

They fixed an oil leak on my Cub rider right away, very friendly people always remember you, pretty quick at ordering parts comes within a couple days, got me a new walk behind from there been a great mower so far

Somebodys playing games with the review process here. Ive been in there a few times and have been very very happy with the staff. Theyve been very very helpful and very knowledgeable. Only short coming there they have only red tractor parts no green tractor parts LOL. Keep up the great job.
