Their bone yard (area they keep their used parts) looks to have a good variety of parts. But if you are disabled u should skip this. Its definitely not wheelchair friendly. They have all the used parts in a small area with no room in between or around any of it.Absolutely no consideration for handicapped or disabled customers.

Of you have a cudcadet they have parts for them. Plus other mowers. They are awesome to deal with. We looked for three days for a belt and they held one for us.

Purchased a Pro z 972 & had an issue with under 20 hours on it. Called the shop and they immediately sent someone out (on a Friday afternoon) and picked up the mower. It was fixed in less than a week. Outstanding sales and service!

Called about fixing a lawnmower and they acted like it was too old to fix and wouldn’t attempt to even look at it. Then turned around trying to sell a lawnmower that I believe to be a lot lower quality. Honestly if you’re going to try and getting any work done you should probably just go anywhere’s else.

They are conartistes! Just ask the surrounding community! They lie just to get you to buy new! Run from tgisplaceand never go there. They told me that I needed a new mower when in fact I just needed a new blade! This place is a joke! They even told my 70 yr old mother that she needed a new mower when she just only needed gas for it! Look. Im just trying to help people and this place is the worst place in the tristate to take your stuff to try to get fixed! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! THEY WILL ROB YOU!!! And then fix your trade in and resale it for full price... weak training and heartless people working there

I went to buy a new stator for my mower and the owner took the time to get a meter and check it for me. After it checked good he advised me that more than likely I needed a $27 key switch instead of the $107 stator. When the time comes I need a new Exmark I will buy from him.

Loved working with James Fitzgerald very knowledgable about getting me what i need when i had no idea what i was talking about when it came to my lawnmower! Very personable! OVERALL Great Employee! Went there was looking at a cub cadet and a ferris z3x. Salesman came out asked him his opinion on the 2. Really didnt offer much knowledge. I ended up deciding the ferris. Went and got a check came back told them Id take it. After a lot of confusion and trying to figure out who does the deliveries and where theyre at the Salesman tells me Friday. So a few days have passed its Friday money is out of my account its currently 4:17 pm havent heard a word from them. Im sure Ill get something about covid or worker shortage but they set the date and Im waiting.Update!!! I call them and get every excuse from multiple people. Finally the owner gets on the phone . I say whats up. He says he just pulled my file right before I called. Then says I shouldve called earlier. I responded am I a manager is it my job to call and remind you all. After some back and forth him having a short fuse it ends with Ill give you a check in 10 days . So thats that Im out over 11k for a few weeks then maybe Ill get it back . Ill update in soon

Was on hold with parts Dept for over 10 minutes, hung up, called directly back and told the woman that I was trying to get a set of blade before they closed and that I was on hold for over 10 minutes. She put me back on hold for another 5 minutes, so now they are closed. Probably was over priced anyways like the rest of their parts.

They are nice people but I wont send my machine there ever again. The had it over 2 months and brought it back to me 3 times and not fixed it. The last time they got my belt throwing problem fixed but never could figure out the hard start. They claim the hard start doesnt exist but does to this day. Between the warranty company and myself they took over 600.00$ and still a hard start and have to air up tires once a week. Please dont take your machine there. They are very nice people and are full of excuses. I wish that I never met them. We are talking about a little 46 cub cadet here, not some big extravogent expensive machine. Just a mower.

I bought my first weed eater here in early 2000, ( Echo to be exact),,still runs perfectly to this day. I also bought another in 2006(bit larger). Never had an issue, and when I did have a question, they have always guided me in the right direction. Great people and absolutely the best service ..thanks .

Bought a $3200 mower then 8 years ago. Took it in today to have it looked at and the owner told me it’s a basket case not to unload it! They would not even evaluate it and said just buy another one! I offered to prepay to have it looked at and mechanic said he couldn’t override the owner. Well I may have to buy another one but it will NOT be from here

Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had anywhere. Took my 70 yr old father n law to buy his very first new mower. While filling out an application for a loan he was told an accessory that’s was quoted outside at 50, at the desk was 60 and then 70 in the office he questioned the girl about everytime he hears the price it goes up and asked to pay the price quoted of 60 at the counter. The owner yelled from his office that the mower isn’t for sale and if he wanted to “browbeat” someone to do it to him. We left the building and was walking to our truck but the owner came out and confronted, yelling at my father n law more. It’s unbelievable this happed over $10 on a $2300 bill.Luckily, next day he paid 300 less at another cub cadet dealer in wurtland for the same mower after we were informed of a factory promo that wasn’t mentioned at Gilliam, plus was informed of other options that saved him money. Hello Karma.
