I have always received polite service at this location.

The older lady that waited on use today was rude just plain loud and rude I will never go back to this location

Very poor customer service. Didnt get all of merchandise I paid for. Took receipt back and the manger was very rude. Not authorized to let me have what I already paid for....and SHE was the one that rang me up!!!! Come back I tomorrow and the store manager will be here. So what the heck is her job!!!!! Will be contacting home office

Store has improved over the time. You can usually tell how well these stores are managed by the bathrooms. They are cleaner then most. Someone always ask if they can help you.

Clean and well stocked. Extremely nice cashiers.

Easy to find the right products, friendly cashiers, and with DG go and their prices, affordable items never could be so easy and fast to buy.

Can usually find what we need without having to go to bigger department stores to fight the crowds.

Love it! I live in Ironton, but normally shop the Russell Dollar General because they normally have more.

Smaller than Walmart and has a good selection of things along with comparable prices.

Considering that its only a few days before Christmas, the store was actually in pretty good shape. And the cashier was very helpful and friendly.

I had previously posted a poor review due to an unsatisfactory experience at this store. The manager contacted me and expressed her heartfelt apologies and offered retribution. She also explained her newness to the job, and I explained that I probably overreacted. I will return to this store again.

Terrible cashier..did not smile. Did not make sure I got all my bags. Which I didnt had to go back to store and get them. This happened on Friday at 5pm Russell location
