I’ve been a regular for 5 years until today.The close time on the door and website says they are open until 6 pm today.I rode my bicycle 6 miles and arrived at 5:58 pm.I was NOT welcomed to buy my 1 item I had already picked out yesterday,and could see it on the rack.I was told, “ we closed 1 minute ago.”(5:57pm) I asked if I could buy my item, “ no, it’s been a long day.”We all have long days!I won’t be shopping there anymore and will advise others of this unpleasant experience.I’ve been in customer service at a few major worldwide,well-respected companies for over 35 years.This is very poor customer service, especially for a local company that prides itself on being supported by the local community!

Nice shop lots of great deals

The woman I assume owns this place was incredibly rude and threw her hands up at me as I asked if she could delay putting some clothes I had tried on into a 72 hr quarantine so that I could potentially come back tomorrow for them. I have consigned clothes here in the past and participated in Facebook giveaways but Ill choose to give my business to other places henceforth.

Ok to good clothes for the older crowd. I usually can find work clothes from time to time here.Good store for the territory it resides in.

I hate to share something as great as this, but since I dont get there often I will. This consignment shop is large, clean and the staff are helpful. They have clothes arranged by size, color, type of clothing. Far better than many of the resale shops Ive been to. The dressing rooms are spacious with fashionable curtains. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the items is almost always very, very good. But it is a buyer be aware set up. So be sure to try your items on and give them the once over before laying your cash down. Love this place and highly recommend it.I personally have not taken clothes in to place on consignment, but I have friends that do and are pleased with how it works. The

Hard to tell what size it is as size tags were ripped or cut off on some pieces of clothing and pants. Have to try them on for better fitting. Bought a pair of Sketchers Go Walks good condition for $4.

This place is so organized which makes finding what youre looking for so easy. Very well staffed and no appointments need to consign. All around GREAT!!

Big pet peeve is people who post reviews about a place that are negative only because their expectations are outrageous. I cant understand why someone would write a review of a THRIFT Store complaining that the clothes have been worn. Sweetie, you need to be shopping at a different store. One that sells NEW clothes. There, I fixed it for you.I like the big selection. No, the service is not like at a salon. Again, hello, this is a thrift store. Get a grip.This is a fun place with something for everyone. You have to look through a lot of clothes. Fun for a social shopping experience.

This consignment store has great clothes at affordable prices. And they also give you credit for your used clothes that you bring in, for a reasonable price. I love shopping here. The only downfall is that its womens only. I wish they had mens clothes as well.

Deja Vu is an excellent consignment shop. Their standard for quality is pretty high, so youre not going to find anything stained or fraying anywhere. Things are organized pretty well, and there is a lot to choose from.If youre willing to look for a while, you will find some amazing deals. My last visit I found a gorgeous, brand new looking, sweater for $8! I am grateful to have such a large thrift shop in Ashland, since all the new stores are so expensive.I make pretty good money back on the clothes I consign with them too.

Nice secondhand clothing at reasonable prices. Scored a great sports coat. Wish they had more mens clothes.

Used clothes in good condition. No bad smells. Prices are same as or lower than Goodwill. Mostly womens but some mens; no childrens clothing. The staff can be a bit loud and bossy and the music they play is awful, but really good deals.

Consistently impressed with the deals on quality, name-brand mens clothing. Hard to keep away from the place.

They are very hard to reach by phone, which annoys me. I find the clothing to be OK but the service could improve. I wish that they focused a bit more on higher end products. I usually go to an Excellent store in Grants Pass, smaller but more personal and more designer type stuff in my experience.

This place is great and I highly reccomend it. They have womens and mens clothes and a good selection of sizes and styles. Their clothes are very good quality and their prices are more than reasonable. If you have items to consign they give you a good portion of the price it sells for into your consigners account which you can then use to purchase in store or get paid out to you. You also get a discount on purchases when you consign. They have frequent sales and something new every day. The family who owns it is fabulous. The staff is trained well and always friendly and helpful. #1 consignment store!

Very few plus sizes -- one rounder of tops and one rounder of pants, while they have many many rounders of other sizes and multiple racks along the wall of tank tops. I still go in there every once in awhile, mostly because I frequent the store right next door to it. Once in a great while, I do find something that I like, meaning I like the way it looks on the hanger, the way it looks on me. I am very particular about the way my clothes fit -- example: when I wear leggings, I will not wear a top that does not cover, at least, the top of my thighs. So, I HAT THAT HIGH-LOW THING! lol I have other issues, too! All that because I rarely find clothing that I like! lol

Used clothing abounds in Ashland Oregon and Deja Vu has most of it! They stock all sizes and have a huge shoe selection. I especially love seeing Ashland High School kids behind the counter, helping Ashland stay in fashion.

This store is not a true consignment shop. I just took in a pair of almost new Clarks shoes and Orthoheel flip flops. Apparently if a pair of shoes shoes any sign of wear, discoloration, etc. they cant take them. My question to the clerk saying they are used shoes, thats the point. Theyve been worn. Got the reponse that the owner is just really picky about that.The owner has just lost my business, and I will do all I can to pull people away from shopping there.

Raised their cut to 60% making them the worst place in the valley to consign. Violent disregard of customer feedback; took my feedback and threw it away right in front of me w/o reading. Never going back and warning all my friends away.
