In over 30 years of purchasing automobiles, I can say that this was the most pleasant experience Ive had buying a car. I had been searching for a Jeep Wrangler that would meet my needs for quite some time, and found what I was looking for at Bill Harris; I wasnt excited about making an hour+ drive, but took the trip anyway. I was very glad I did. The staff was courteous, helpful, and knowledgable. The representative I worked with, Troy Chipka, was very friendly and above all, professional; just a great guy.One of my biggest pet peeves about purchasing a vehicle is the amount of time it takes once the deal is made. This was not an issue. The guys at Bill Harris were efficient to the point that I could not believe I was driving away my new Jeep as soon as I was.I can honestly say that the next time I buy a vehicle, Ill look to Bill Harris first. I contacted Bill Harris RAM on 5/4/2021 to see a couple of Cab & Chassis trucks that were on the RAM inventory search. I spoke to Andrew Snyder who showed me the 5500 on the lot, the 4500 was out for bed installation. Both trucks were the best price on the WEB I could find! Andrew was very open about pricing and availability, he let me have time to consider the deals on both trucks. On 5/6/2021 I called and started purchase process on the 5500. Andrew located a bed I wanted and, was able to have step boards added to be rolled up in final price which was very competitive to other deals I had looked at. Very pleasant purchase.

Great experience at this dealership. No games, no run around, the price was what it was and most importantly they had the inventory that nobody else seems to have during the chip shortage. Strongly recommend Nate Bowles, he was very easy to work with and I spent about 45min at the dealership total, which was important because I had 3 small kids with me. As a returning customer x2, we came back to get my son out of his Jeep Wrangler into a RAM truck. Unfortunately this time was a very bad experience. Not only did they try to take advantage of a young adult by extremely low balling his trade, they also wouldnt honor any rebates or the employees price due to the truck being a night edition. After speaking to and emailing the manager, George Hitchcock, and deciding to go to a different dealer for the same exact night edition truck, he emailed...I would imagine something isnt adding up if that dealer said they would honor supplier on Night editions but Im sure youll find that out once you get into dealing with them.However the dealer Yark Auto DID in fact honor the rebates and employee price/supplier price and gave my son $5000 more for his jeep than Bill Harris offered him. I will NOT be returning to this dealership or recommend it to anyone ever again.

This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle online and out of state. I called the dealership Bill Harris and was assigned to Andrew. My experience was fabulous. Purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn. Spencer was great with the purchasing process. A few days later awe had heavy rain come through and I noticed the rear window leaking (pretty common issue with these trucks) truck is still under bumper to bumper warranty. However Chrysler denied the warranty claim. The dealership went back and forth but no luck. They did the right thing though and ate the cost if the replacement rear window to get me squared away. I contacted Bill Harris on November 4th about a truck that was on their website. The truck was still available. It is a cab chassis so it needed a bed added. I was told that the bed was ordered and would be there in two weeks. The bed that had been ordered was exactly what we were looking for so it seemed like it was meant to be. We moved forward and made a deposit to hold the truck for us until the bed came in and was installed. Within 48 hours of making the deposit we started receiving phone calls from the finance department wanting full payment even though we were not going to be taking possession of the truck for two more weeks. We were reluctant to go ahead and pay for the truck in full because we were afraid that if they have all of their money then them finishing our truck would become a low priority. Well, it is January 3rd now, almost two months from when this whole process began and we still do not have the truck. We struggle to get information from the dealership and at this point we aren’t exactly sure when we will get the truck. Our family owns two businesses and my father is president and CEO of a large community bank so we understand how IMPORTANT customer service is. We have received some poor customer service over the years in different purchases that we have made, but the customer service that we have received from Bill Harris is by far THE WORST customer service we have EVER received.

Purchased a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited about a year ago. Had been looking for late model Jeep with Tow package and they had one on lot. The staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I described need for towing the next summer. We did not hook up a trailer for several months. When we did the trailer lights didnt work. After determining there was an issue with the Jeep wiring we contacted our salesman Nate. Nate recalled our conversation from day of sale and expectation of a working tow package. While we did not test the towing hook up at time of sale, it was clear there was an issue before we purchased. Nate made sure that our Jeep was as advertised. He took charge of our situation, correcting the problem at no charge and without hassle. Within a few weeks (had to order part) they fully repaired our Jeep to the working condition we expected at time of sale.

Great dealership to deal with. The sales people there are not pushy. They just want to get you into the right vehicle for your situation. For the right price. 10/10 would recommend.

Do Not Recommend going here to buy a car. One of the salesman sent my filled out credit app to another person who was trying to buy a car. So some stranger I dont know has my social security number, my address, my phone number, my name, all of my info. Surprisingly I found out because the person looked me up on Facebook and contacted me about it. The manager at bill Harris completely blew me off and acted like it was no big deal at all. To shut me up they offered me $500 off a used car. From reading other reviews $500 off seems to be there go to solution. Terrible terrible costumer service I will never go back there!

Purchased a new Laramie Ram 2500 diesel from Jake Schalmo and I could not be happier. Jake was able to find the vehicle I was looking for and also worked beyond normal hours to find what I needed. Highly recommend this dealership. Went there to try and deal on a 15 GMC Denali- walked away with a brand new 19 RAM 3500 Laramie. My wife is a FORD girl (just sold her 2017 F350) and it was a challenge just to get her to the RAM dealer. After about 5min of driving around in the new truck, she was hooked. George made the whole thing happen. Made sure we were happy with all aspects of the truck before we departed. I would send any friend or family to this dealer. Ask for George!!

They didn’t sell me a car that I had even put a credit application in for. They sold it to someone else instead.They are not a name that can be trusted for sure.Watch out for some of the sales people, they don’t actually know what is or isn’t there, and will try to show you cars you can’t afford and justify it by saying it’s only “3K” more.Very unhappy I was not able to buy a car I absolutely loved!

Sales manager for dodge and sales representatives did not have complete knowledge of what dodge offered with their own vehicles. Bought a pro master city and stated several times the importance to have the option of a detachable rear seat for safely transporting my children occasionally! Seats do not exist, and to piece one together would cost $2,000 plus. They gave me the run around, no accurate suggestions, no help, no follow up!!!l They left me without the one thing I specifically ask for and explained the importance of having while basin my decision on the purchase of this vehicle....It’s been approximately 6 months since I purchased this vehicle and I was waiting patiently to see if they followed up and still nothing!!! Last vehicle I will purchase from there...

They help you the best they can and at that theres no doubt, my issue is that they jump the gun. Yesterday I tried to get a new vehicle and I was told by the finance guy (George) congratulations while he shakes my hand and making arrangements to pick it up, the next morning I got a call saying that the banks did not approve my loan due to having another loan or something like that. Im not upset about not getting approved I am upset because he shook my hand and said congratulations not knowing 100% if I got approved or not. If anybody reads this please dont get your hopes up untill you sign the papers, and to whomever reads this from the dealership please dont tell people congratulations if you are not 100%sure it is a done deal. I will never do business with this dealership ever again, it kinda makes me regret getting two previous vehicles from them.

We have had great experiences purchasing and leasing vehicles. Cody and George were great to work with!

Is it standard protocol for the sales person to ask someone else every question you ask them? It was an unnecessarily long transaction because our sales person didnt answer any questions herself. Also, they were weird about running my credit to compare various rates and were pushing me to go with a bad rate I was already quoted. It ended up being the difference in 1.5% and even then they told me it was through a different bank than in actuality (scary). I bought my car months ago and Im still unnerved by the interaction. On the other hand, the service department has been great... especially dealing with Josh.

I had never been to a dealership for service, but was pleasantly surprised! Was in for an oil change and only took 45 minutes. They misplaced my, report card on my 21 point inspection, but assured me my used vehicle was in great shape. Bonus, I was charged $12 less than the quoted price. Will return for oil changes and regular maintenance.

Service department was very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me set up my appointment and after service was done came out with me to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction.

I have had to go back multiple times on a couple different issues. The problem is never fixed right the first time. Anyone who works there can pull my records and see how many times I have been in since around October 2017. They did provide transportation for me while my jeep was in the shop that was the only positive. Heater core was put in last fall had to have it replace again this month in April. Go to pick it up when done and there was a problem with the ignition that I DIDNT have when I dropped it off had to leave again with a third loaner vehicle. Had to have a starting issue fixed. They were supposed to put in New plugs AND wires go to pick it up discovered the new wires were not put in only the plugs.....had to leave again with the loaner until they finished it. The job is never done right the first time.

Have always taken our personal vehicles here for service since moving back to Ashland several years ago. Recently worked with Cody on the commercial side to purchase two ProMaster work vans and cant say enough about the experience from beginning to end. Keep up the good work guys!

Put Nitrogen in my tires. Tire pressure keeps falling. Took the car back twice. They fixed it. The third time they claimed they didnt have any record of me ever having nitrogen in my tires. I finally found the paperwork that proved what they did. But not ever going there again.

Went in to ask some questions about options on our lease was told they would call us but never did and instead got a letter saying our loan wasnt approved, we never even requested a loan nor signed paperwork asking for a loan, so Im not a big fan of them after that stunt.

Went in today 10 24 2018 to ask for assistance in setting my blue tooth up in my new 2018 jeep from the sales department was told to take back to where I bought it i think his name was Matt?went back to service explained what just happened up front and the nice service lady got it handled.
