The techs here can even not inflate tires properly. I went here three months ago for a front alignment and rotation. Two days after service one of my front tires blew while I was parked. Turned out the valve stem was lacerated from the wheel cover not being aligned with the stem. I went back immediately. One of the clerks took my keys and did my intake. They After they kept me wait for about a half hour another clerk told me they would not replace the valve stem because I did not purchase the tires there and that it would be a liability. Quick Lane recommended I go to Sargents up 23. Today, the trend pad failed on one of the rear tires exposing the belts due to over inflation. The manufacturer recommended 35 psi, this place put in over 50 psi. Ever since this particular Quick Lane touched my car I have been having tire problems since. I recommend Sargents on 60 for alignments and tire service. Dont expect positive quality performance from a auto service that offers quick service. This was sabotage.
Went to have a wheel bearing changed they took the wheel off and couldnt get the axle nut off. Tried to get me to replace the whole axle to milk more money from me. I refused. They put the wheel back on. Didnt complete any service. Had my car for 30 minutes and are currently holding my car hostage till I pay them $200 for DOING NOTHING. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Ive gotten my oil changed and tires at this location for years but will not go back. They said I needed a rear wiper when I just got one a month ago. Also would not rotate my tires, which supposed to do free since I got them there, because said I needed new lug nuts and would cost over $100 for them. I only had 60,000 on vehicle and have never had to have them before with over 100, 000 miles vehicle.
Great place for basic car care maintenance. All services that are recommended services are honest and not sales driven.
Make no mistake, this is just like taking your car to a dealership because they are owned by ford / bill cole. I expected the price to be higher but honestly did not expect to pay $200.00 to have front brake pads installed. I usually do my own work and was hesitant to take my car in, but I told them just to do the brakes and they didnt try to upsale me like they did other customers. I was there almost 3 hours and was the second person through the door. The service was excellent in my case, I told them what I wanted and what I did not want and they did what I said, which is a surprise from a place like this. I could have saved about $160.00 doing them myself but I just did not want to. Their website advertised brakes for 99.95 and under including installation so Im not sure why it cost so much. I am satisfied with the work but the price is too rich for my blood. I dont think I would go back just because of the prices and wait times.
Oh so many issues!! 1st why does it take and hour and a half to change my oil! 2nd if your looking to just get more money out someone at least make sure your speaking the truth. They tried to get an additional $700 out of me for my axels saying they were both broke. Took it to three more mechanics and they all said nothing was wrong with my axels. This place is a laughing stock dont waste your time or money!!!
It was extremely fast, the staff were knowledgeable and helpful.
Very courteous. Good service.
Fast service and reasonable price!
Quick service. Staff keep you updated during process. Clean waiting area.
Nicole was very nice and a reasonable amount of time for the services I paid for.
I will never use another repair shop. This place went above and beyond to help us.
Fast service but was 39.00 ended up at 48
Fast and do a good job.
Called got an appointment and came and got my oil changed. Easy peasy!!
Good place to get an oil change!
Very nice and helpful. We had Brian Smith help us and I can tell you that hell have a lifetime customer with me due to honesty and integrity. There was one service that was pricey that I neglected to get done there, but all of the other products and services were fair.
I am a courier and I needed to get out of there fast and they were very obliging. I have on the past, and I will continue to recommend this business. Bryan Harbaugh - River Cities Courier !!!
Excellent service
Employees were very curtious and kind made sure I was taken care of and got my car taken care of in a timely manner love this place. It was my first time there
I went in for an oil change and they tell me I have several other things wrong, they went ahead and fixed a wire and tried to charge me for it without asking if I wanted it done...I told them I wasnt paying for that. I got charged $155. For an oil change, and I guess the rest was for the labor to fix something that I didnt give permission..taking my business elsewhere.
Its a RIP off...first off they are owned by bill Cole yet you do not know until you get your receipt. I needed a simple break change and took it to them they said it would be a 40 dollar assessment not paid if you use them. They told me it would be 900 dollars for rotars breaks wheelhouse and flush. I took it to my regular mechanic and he said that was bs everything was fine and fixed my car for 150
I just went there this past Monday for oil change and tire rotation. On Tuesday, I went to a different location for tire alignment. I had to replace 2 tires! One was warped with plugs coming out and the other had a 3 inch crack in it with tubing coming out! Nothing about that was said after tire rotation! Luckily I did not go out of town before alignment! I wouldnt have made it before my tires went flat or blew. Thanks for the guaranteed inspection. Never again and I dont recommend anyone else going there either.
Very helpful.
Good, reasonably fast service. Clean waiting area & restroom. Friendly, courteous staff. Decent prices.
Took my jeep in at the beginning of March on a Saturday for an annual checkup and alignment. Was told it would take 3 hours, it took 7. They forgot to put my oil cap back on, they didnt refill my coolant, there was a dent in my front right bumper with yellow paint on my front tight tire. The jeep was never aligned. They charged me but neglected to do the work. The jeep rode so rough after I got it which led me taking it to the dealership to get the steering dampner, track bar and tie rod replace. All that and had to buy new coolant and the oil cap replacement. They wasted a whole tank of gas and the jeep was dirtier than all get out. This place was beyond unprofessional. Please consider going elsewhere.
I really appreciate Quick Lanes because they check so many items on your car...its just way more than just an oil change and very affordable..Highly recommended!!!
Took my car there to get brakes based on a sqeaky sound coming from what I thought was coming from the front. After an hour or so my car was done. Turned out my front brakes were fine and the back drums just needed the dust cleaned off. They also inspected my car and tires and didnt charge me a dime. Very knowledgeable.
Went in for a new battery, took about an hour and I was done. They have good batteries but thet couldve kept all the scratches they put on my 2011 Lincoln MKS front quarter panel. Why would they not put mats on it when they knew they would have to work under the hood?
Always do a good job
Great Service very fast first time there I will go back
New service manager was an improvement.
Great staff. A bit tough to get parked close but they were quick.
This place took forever. Took over an hour for an oil change with just 2 people ahead in line. Also, watched them through the window and had my car sit in the shop for 20 mins with not a single person working on it. Made me late for an appointment I had as well. Very frustrating, will never come back
Easy to get in and out of. Staff helpful
Extremely kind. Was made to feel very comfortable
Did what i paid them to do. Good in and out service.
Ehhh. They changed my oil but forgot to rotate my tires. It is hard to get 100% satisfactionConvenient. The same certifications as the techs at Boyd Co Ford. Willing and helpful. No appointment needed. With maintenance, there are always unforeseens, but they work with me for any issues that come up. I use for oil changes, tires, and brake work. My only complaint was way over torquing my lug nuts which could break a stud or make it impossible to change on the side of the road. They say they now use a device to prevent airwrenches from over tightening. The owner is still required to know basics and check to his satisfaction, but over all, it is an acceptable place for the above services. I have no experience with any additional services they provide.
Went in to have a tire fixed. Waited an hour and a half to have a screw pulled and a tire plugged. Was charged $27. Total rip off! Going rate is about $10. Will never return!
Excellent customer service.
Very good Ron and Jason was very courteous
Took so long for a alignment, 3 to 4 hours
Great service clean and nice waiting area
Very slow service. It took 2 hours to have 4 tires put on with an appointment time of 8 oclock.
Fast service especially with walk in on Saturday morning
Excellent service!!!!!
Love the shuttle service
Pretty fast oil change on Honda
The management has changed and the guy running it now seems like hes got it all on the ball and they do good when it comes to oil changes and like tires but bigger things like alternator or transmissions I would be worried
