Very large amount of ice cream and delicious waffle cones. They are heavily staffed but expect 10-15 lines because of how popular it is. They sell coffee as well and it was great.

Great ice cream but a little pricey

We had the vanilla shake and it was yummy! Service was also fast and we were pleased. They also offer a military discount and we appreciate their recognition of our sacrifice.

It was fairly hot even for a May Day. My wife had the vanilla milkshake and she even today continues to say its the best milkshake she has ever had. I had the root beer float and it was wonderful how the root beer was frozen to the edges of the vanilla ice cream. We sat inside near the gift shop. And enjoyed our treats. If youre looking for a Savory treat I could not endorse this place more

Located in the cafe area of Biltmore, this Ice Cream Parlor definitely satisfies the sweet-tooth. The prices are so-so, and a kids scoop of ice cream will cost you around $4 but a banana split up to $10. Keep that in mind, but overall the quality is top notch.

Im a big ice cream fan and this place was top notch. Would come here just to get again. Very very good.

What a large helping of delicious ice cream! I would highly recommend this for a sweet treat on a hot summer day, or any other day. It is a clean facility, and the staff are happy and friendly.

Seemed more like on the average end as to how good ice cream is. It was expensive, I had the cappuccino it was alright but it wasint as strongly flavored as other coffee ice cream Ive had from other places. There are other places in the area that have really good ice cream and you get more bang for your buck like Kilwins.

It could be argued that we visited at the wrong time (about 5p on a gloomy Thursday in February) because the baked goods were very picked over. The baked goods that were still out didn’t look very special - they didn’t seem to have the same level of quality that most of what you find at Biltmore.The reason we went in was for ice cream. And that didn’t impress either. So we left empty handed. Maybe I should’ve gotten some chocolate in the candy store up by the estate....

Delicious ice cream and very hard working staff..

I ordered a banana split on 7/17/17 at 2:45pm and the girl made it and gave it to me. It literately was pouring over the sides getting on everything it was so overfilled and messy that I just threw it in the trash after a few bites. $10 and 3 bites later to the trash and a huge mess on the table to clean up. Im really irritated about this!!!!!
