Personally I like their products which are more reasonably priced. Great selections our checkout girl was depressed or needed a triple Expresso. Most other staff were helpful and friendly

Chicken salad wraps were awful and extremely salty.Deviled eggs were just gross and tasteless.Sandwich was dry.Desserts were very good but I wont return to any Whole Foods after this.$48. For 2 good desserts and 🤢 food.If youll take a peek, I give honest reviews and its rare that its not a 4 or 5 ⭐.Tighten up folks!Youre already overpriced, at least have good food.

Kindness of the staff is greatly appreciated by my wife and I during each and every visit. We have now been onsite over seven times since moving to town and discovered their service is trustworthy, reliable, and consistent. Social interactions with the staff is enriching, they are real people behind those masks. Keep us safe.

Just be aware that if you have a gift from there and do not have the receipt they will not take it back. No exchange no nothing. I think that policy is ridiculous. I had received something as a gift and needed to exchange it for the same product just a different scent and had to go up to the manager to get that done. After a discussion with him he finally gave me a gift card to use in the store which I just turned around and got what I needed in a different scent. He was very nice in the end and I got the matter taken care of but beware they will not exchange or take anything back unless you have a receipt I dont care if its $3.79 like mine was. I think the management and the owners should relook at that policy for exchanging. As I said the manager was very nice in the end and came and spoke to me while I was in the store so I give him kudos for that. Its not his fault that the owners have that policy.

Great start! Newer Whole Foods that seems well established and off to a good start. This store is a little smaller than other stores in NC, but does offer a rather convenient alcohol and cheese section (Amazon must be getting in on the act of store layouts).Was able to find a well stocked store to include bulk foods and my normal items that are specific to Whole Foods. The deli staff was friendly and did a quick / efficient job. Cashier was as well. Now what is newer is a self checkout.This checkout is also located at the front of the store for what I imagine is a quick coffee / breakfast. (Seen this model at other stores outside of NC). Seating area is small and I was actually surprised they had people sitting in the area (Dec-2020 review). According to my standards they should rate a 5th star, and I may have to up their rating. Cheers to your staff!

I love shopping here it has the widest selection of groceries and it’s very clean. Staff have always been so helpful.

Really enjoy shopping at this store. But lately things seem to be a little off. Absolutely loved to get there deli food in particular their in house salt and pepper turkey breast and the mozzarella salad, but for the last two weeks they have not offered these. They still have them listed, but don’t have them available. It is now a hit or miss store for me. Used to shop there at least three times a week. Not anymore.

Its a smaller Whole Foods than some, and the selection was a little more limited, but they still had great options for healthier foods and such. I was able to find the vitamins that I like without going to the specialty shop.

This is is a department store sized grocery...amazing varieties.

Horrible. I just bought a rotisserie chicken that didn’t have any meat on the breast and only meat was on the legs which tasted like rubber and the meat was tough.I keep buying their banana bread that is always DRY thinking it might be different next time.What a waist of money for a store that’s overpriced.

Love Whole Foods and though theyre at high end of prices, you can shop the sales and get hard to find items in this area.

Vibe is off. I feel like nobody wants me to shop here when I go in. Food is fine. Just kinda feels like sitting at the wrong table for lunch in highschool.

Wish they would hire someone who can cook something delicious cause for money people pay to get half done veggies and uncooked rice its not worth it.

Bought some Branzino here only to find out when I got home that some spots were descaled and others were not. Thats like selling a chicken half plucked... Just another example of Whole Foods posing to be an upscale grocer. At the end of the day Whole Foods is just an overly priced grocery delivering sub par product...Thanks for the reply. You sent me to a webpage about returns... I attempted a chat, waited 45 min for someone to respond, and then gave up. Further validating my point corporate posers with no customer service...

I love the food selection, and prices are the same as most whole foods markets.

We like the Tunnel Road location better, but the place to shop if you want to eat healthy

I applied for a job there and got denied because of the color of my skin.. Not qualifications!! Clearly Im qualified to clean a bathroom right!! A White Institution that operates as a Grocery store.. Smh

This is really Half Foods given the limited selection of some items. The best selection of meats, fish and deli items is still the Tunnel Rd store where I continue to do most of my WF shopping.

This new store seems very nice however smaller compared to the other location in town. The two employees I had interaction with didnt seem too entirely friendly but I suppose I can understand as most folks are extra stressed out rite now.

Never ever have I been disappointed in the service or quality of my purchase.WFM never disappoints!

Having shopped at the Whole Foods on Tunnel you would expect the same variety of prepared foods consistently plus a hot bar salad bar....but this location does neither and it’s not busy....I give it a year max...

Very clean and organized store. Needed items were in stock. Check out process was quick. Cashier was friendly and professional.

Baby food section was kinda small but had an awesome variety of different flavors of things we dont usually see.

Smaller than normal because they took over former Earth Fare location. Because of this the selection is more limited than a normal sized WF store.

The staff is extremely helpful and polite. Great selection for those of us limited to gluten-free foods and lots of local products.

Not my favorite Whole Foods. The layout bothered me and it seemed like they didnt have as much produce as the one on Tunnel Road. But always happy to be able to buy organic and non-GMO Etc.

Love Whole Foods and their food but they don’t have microwave. I guess corona is spreading through microwaves too

Shop carefully. Great quality in general but choose carefully, some items are outrageous and can be bought at Publix for a much more reasonable price. Beef and por are such items.

Nothing like the pretentious environment of Tunnel Rd. They actually had no problem with helping me. Super spacious with self checkout- Great in our current Covid environment.

Got food poisoning from one of their prepared food items (3 out of 4 people ate it in our family, everyone who ate it got sick). Called them to tell them about it and they just placed us on hold for 20 minutes.

I feel very uncomfortable shopping here after being told by the store manager that customers are allowed to shop without face masks or face shields.

When you order pizzas & not only do you have to wait an extra 20 minutes, but when you get home you see that your veggie pizza is missing 4 of the 6 toppings you asked for. :/
