Great service from all. I had hurt my left knee and it was so painful to walk so I got one of their electric carts. Everyone kept asking me if I needed help. They were getting things on the top shelf for me. But riding that cart I found things on the bottom shelf I didnt even know they had. Beats Ingles any day.

Good, saw a decent piece of furniture,...but you have to assemble, and third party delivery, other than that ok visit.

Lately the store has been much cleaner and more organized. I ran in to grab a tarp (my bro see ent me there) only $15 and wasnt cheaply made. I ended up finding clearance too. The people here are also nice as well and helpful.

Was looking for chrisas ornaments and green lights. Green ornaments were on short supply. Red and gold were in abundance.

Low inventory. Pretty sure there are prisons with better bathrooms. 😱

Big Lots offers the reasonably priced department store. I try not to go to Walmart... Big Lots has a much better atmospheric and lower prices... especially paper goods! One suggestion though, Big Lots management... please bring back your more fully stocked hardware department. Thank you!

The stores are pretty good. Too bad you cant go in the mall.

I like the variety of items sold here. I especially like the seasonal items. The outside furniture, pool floats and gadgets in the summer and the Christmas items in the winter.

It would have been a great experience if some of the associates made an effort to speak to my wife or myself. We needed some assistance with finding a few things, but ended up having to scope most of the store before asking someone about their patio rugs. In the end, we had to leave the store with little assistance and no patio rug. (In my opinion not a good selection, particularly considering the price points)

Went in store had been watching a comforter set to go on clearance . I asked the associate to price check it for me. He said right there is the Clarence price. I proceed to tell him the sign say less the the amount on the sticker. He just kept saying its there on the sticker. I walked over and put it back and walked out of the store.

Hardly any stock on the shelves, I normally go to their Weaverville location. The difference is night and day.

The furniture prices are higher than the commercial and the name of the company will lead you to think. The place reminds me of Kmart just as messy. But the employees are awesome.

Im a bargain shopper to the core but some things arent worth owning if they were free. Thats what you find here. Cheap Chinese junk. Good place for things like phone and device chargers and others oddball stuff where quality isnt really and issue. Meh.

This is a typical Big Lots, but I like it that things tend to be neat and well organized. Their prices are also very good of course.
