I had a good experience especially in the kitchen appliance department. This location had a very organized and orderly shopping experience.

Love goodwill.and thrift stores. However I feel Goodwill has gotten pricey over the years.Especially things like costumes, ugly Christmas sweaters. Heck I saw costumes at Goodwill, yes still new, but way over priced bc I could go to Ross and get one cheaper.Also toys at times can be pricey. There was a hot wheels car track table for.$40! And it wasnt anything real nice. And some brand-new.containers that were clearly marked originally at a store for $1.....Goodwill price $1.50 lolThe store is clean, bathrooms were pretty clean and there was a great selection of clothes.

Great Goodwill with plenty of great finds and super helpful staff. However, this is the first goodwill I went to that did not offer tag colors of the week – something Id recommend to the store. Overall, Id come here again! Thanks!

Store too small. Parking is minimal, the staff member checking out customers was coughing...a very deep, terrible sounding cough. She should not be the one at the register when coughing like that. I immediately left because she definitely had a cold of some sort. Doubtful Ill return to this location, but will go to other Goodwill stores

Went in recently shopping when someone singing caught my attention. The more I listened the more I liked it. I started walking towards the sound. I needed to know who it was. To my surprise it was an employee. I walked up to and told him I appreciated his singing, that he was good, I was enjoying it and Thanked him. I forgot to get his name as I planned on writing a letter to Goodwill about it and forgot. I am returning soon and will get his name. So my experience there was highly pleasant and will definitely return to enjoy the singing and maybe some shopping. ❤️❤️

Finally found some work attire, with a bang!!! for my bucks :) calm and diverse with customers, and good vibes. First Goodwill I went to for clothing when I moved to the asheville area. Love youuu Goodwill. Your kindness and purpose is in YOUR NAME :)

We came here for a simple belt to help keep my pants afloat, but left with a very nice pair of leather shoes at a very affordable price. We were pleasantly surprised at the wide selection of items and the low prices thereof. Staff were very friendly and polite (as well as other shoppers - outside of the stores control, but still!) This was one of the most clean and well-run Goodwills I have visited.

This goodwill used to be great. Its really terrible now. Everything is broken in pieces all over the shelves. The shelves are over crowded with literal trash... The store needs to be cleaned because I swear to god its has grown in stench over the last 3 years. The checkouts are unbelievably slow, and it males no difference whether its 1 cashier ringing people up or 4...

Very courteous, exceptional staff this evening!! Respectfully reminding shoppers to keep masks on, & so gracious in helping with purchases, they made me feel safe, welcome & comfortable! Plus, I got some great deals👍

Too expensive. Im not sure who is pricing things but $5.50 for a single plate (regular dinner plate) is ludicrous. You can buy retail for cheaper. What even is this? Clothes are the only reasonably priced item, but theyre all ragged and have holes in them. For a place that gets donations for free they should be helping people

I often find some very nice items here, but consistently too expensive. Most of the home items are priced higher than retail and not of a quality to be worth the price.

If youre looking for something you didnt even know you needed...this is the place for you! I walked out with a brand name dress, 2 vintage t-shirts, a sweatshirt for my little one, and a perfectly distressed watering canteen for $13.43, need I say more? It was also wonderful to see plenty of staff available to help if you need to try something on, inquire about an item, or for when youre ready to check out! Theres no waiting here! If you have some time to waste, definitely stop in and see what they have! You wont be disappointed 😉

This is a really nice Goodwill store with a lot of treasures. This service was fantastic and prices are great as always. It was also nice to have ample parking.

Good, but not as good as it used to be. Part of that, Im sure, is based on what they are getting in donations. But also, theyve jacked up the prices on several items, so youre not really getting good deals like you used to.

Not that great of a good will will you have to pay for any Treasures but definitely didnt get a good deal and is not over priced like some other goodwills in the area stop this time and very helpful Anchor Point you in the right direction for most things story has an easy and respectful layout

Sold me a bed with the wrong side rails. I dont have a truck to take it back so Im stuck with stuff I cant use. Goodwill has let me down.

One of the better organized Goodwill stores Ive been to in awhile.

If youre use to the Goodwill stores that organize their clothing by size and color, this isnt it. Although this store has alot of items, you will be digging more than normal to get through them all. The sizes were pretty well split up but nothing is is organized by color. Sleeveless items are not separated out for the women. The floors back by the home goods were filthy crunching dirt below your feet as you go. We went on a Tuesday so it wasnt your weekend rush.

Pretty good selection here. Plenty of plates and bowls (but don’t count on finding a matching set), baby clothes (even the extra tiny sizes!), robes, nursing bras, women’s blouses and athletic shorts. My husband went in specifically wanting a small backpack and was very happy with what a found - an LL Bean backpack for only $3!

Store has tragically downhill. They got rid of the old faces to replace them with part timers who dont care. Last time I went in there was not a single cart available, even though there were only a few people in the store shopping. Housewares were all over the floor, and the prices for old pots and pans were ridiculous. There were old crockpots for $15 each. I can buy a new one for $20. The store smells awful too. Very nasty store!

So I just went to Goodwill and I asked the lady at the front could I please leave my bag and she said no today is the 18th of November 2020 it is 451 and I guess youll see where I am according to the review but I said can I leave it up here in camera view at least no now you got to sign that says you cannot bring bags in but yet Im walking with a backpack and I cannot bring a bag in so why can I not leave it up front I dont know maybe customer service needs to be checked or maybe the store manager or district manager needs to check in anyways have a good day

Tunnel Road has one of the best quality items for clothes. Highly recommend.

This Goodwill has a pretty decent selection but everyone knows it so its always very crowded. Also, I am not the only person to have noticed and commented on this, but it perpetually smells like a fart bomb went off in there. Sometimes it is so bad I have to turn around leave.

This is a huge very nice goodwill with ton of selections for everyone. Prices are very well priced, and the staff is friendly.

Exceptional staff: David & Jerry are the nicest guys youll meet. The store may not be the cheapest thrift in town, but they do have a great selection of general goods.

Based on if you find something you want. In general a good shop but sometimes parking is tight and aisle widths are narrow in the back area.

Dont get caught having to take a left into this place. 😕 Centrally located across from AVL Mall 👎 But its catch as catch can obviously for a second hand store.

Goodwill has just gotten too High.. I thought it was for people to shop that could,nt afford to pay top price, a lot of stuff they charge too much for and some of it need to be put in Trashcans.. People l had talked to and heard talking have Stopped going, Stopped Donate.. And then they want u to Round it off... I have donated a lot of stuff.. But dont anymore.. I would rather give it away...

My go-to Goodwill as its closest to my job. Its a bit crowded, sometimes things are messy, but overall a good store. Staff is always very nice.

Guys seriously, this Goodwill has some of the best selection Ive seen - and Im what you might call a Goodwill fanatic. I got some legit cowboy boots there for like five bucks. Ive found really nice business clothes there, too - good brands, like new. Also, every time Ive been there Ive seen a much-better-than-average selection of mens big and tall clothes. Dont forget to check out the stuff in the case up front! They always have some sweet knives and cool knick-knacks. This is the kind of thrift shop Macklemore was singing about.On top of the great selection, the staff are wonderful. Theyll chat you up and be nice, which is awesome unless youre an antisocial clod. I noticed Id been slightly overcharged for an item once, and I spoke to the lady at the register about it and she fixed things right there on the spot, no hassle at all. Superb.

I & mom only all times buy many stuff, clothes, magazines, etc. So small building no room space. I not like tight through way peoples keep rude way.

Came in. Was walking to the line to Purchase the item I wanted and they told me, I had to leave my bag outside. I DRIVE A MOPED.. Its very auto apparent as Im wearing a HELMET AND GOGGLES. they made me leave. My money, laptop and everything is in my OBVIOUSLY FULL bag. Wont come back
