The only employee that even spoke to me was the cashier Malik. I walked by a manager (lady with red hair) said hello how are you she kept walking. I noticed a lot of women shopping and not one employee on the floor helping them but there was only one man in the store and two employees were assisting him. I was shocked to learn the lady was a manager and wasnt friendly at all. Luckily the cashier made things right and was very apologetic. I love NB shoes and they had a better selection than Nike did that day. I couldnt believe the service I was witnessing and reading other reviews it doesnt seem like the normal service.

Ive been in there twice in the last couple of weeks. Staff members are caring and consistently help you if needed. Erin, one of the staff members, was especially knowledgeable of the store, pricing, and returns. She deserves a raise or something. 👌

Easy to navigate and view all shoes. Sale prices were clearly marked and ended up getting a pair for my fiancee and one for myself. Always love New Balance and will continue to shop here in the future

My favorite brand of shoes with an outlet store!? No way! Lots of clearance items with super helpful staff. My size wasnt in stock so it was ordered with the deal and shipped to me for free! These shoes last but I will go yearly anyways! The cushioned socks feel amazing as well!
