This dealership was wonderful, and they had a great selection of cars and trucks.

Customer service was very nice. All friendly and easy to work with. However i was sold a car that didn’t have a horn, had a cracked rim, failing alternator, and they didn’t have the correct spare in my trunk when my tire inevitably popped due to the cracked rim. Literally just threw some random spare in there. Triple check your cars.

Jonathan was very nice and took time to help me find the right car. I didnt find my car this time, but I will certainly return to West Ridge to see whats new.

I loved my purchase from this dealership. My Subaru is amazing. I bought it 3 years ago during a snow storm heading back home. I drove with confidence knowing I got a great deal. I know in the future if I buy another car, I will go back to West Ridge Auto Sales. Great staff and a good variety of cars, SUVs and more.

Overall a great experience with West Ridge Auto. The staff were great and some went above and beyond for us. Great selection of vehicles to choose from. Had an issue come up with the vehicle but they helped us and made everything right. Super satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

West Ridge Auto Sales thinks they are a high end auto dealership. They want to make sure you can afford a car before they let you test drive it. Haha. The car I drove up in was worth more than any car on their lot.Years ago, I bought 2 cars from them. NEVER again. Check your credit before you can test drive a car. WOW. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I bought a Subaru Impreza from this car lot in 2017. I bought it during a horrible snow storm. I never had a Subaru but heard nothing but good about them. I was surprised beyond words. I live in TN and the drive was flawless. No slipping or sliding. I felt confident and safe. The sales staff were professional and courteous. I could not have asked for a better car ourchpur experience.Now, 1 year later, I returned to the lot to see about their program of a gift card and tell them thank you. The same salesman was there. He remembered me. Thats what makes oeopeocome back to a business and refer others. I am very happy with my purchase and thankful they were able to help me.

Crooked people. I went in one day after my vehicle suddenly died, and got the info on what I needed to purchase a vehicle, and how much etc. I came back the next day, with everything they said I needed, including the amount for the down payment. The sales person straight up LIED to me, and wouldnt even admit or apologize the information he gave me the day before was different. I was in a bind to get a vehicle, so I felt trapped. I was on my last pennies paying for rideshares to purchase new vehicle, and getting my kid tp.school, work, etc.. So if I had known the truth the day before, I would not have come back. It wasnt a good deal...BUT the car salesman took advantage of my vulnerability. I felt my job was on the line, So I paid the doubled amount for the down payment as I was told(which was rent money). I was told that he could work with me on the price, to which he refused to honor the next day. I paid 4k for a dodge caravan with 180k miles, with 30% interest. It was also a higher monthy payment than what i was told.THEN the first day I have it, it would not start. They took it for 5 days and have it back to me, with they dont know whats wrong with it. During that time, I could not get to work or my kid to school because I had gone over what money I had for the down payment, and could not afford to pay for rideshare. The whole time I had the vehicle, it was unreliable and would randomly leave me stranded, and despite having several mechanics look at it, they could not figure out what was wrong. After it was paid for, I sold it a year later for $800. Thats all it was worth. These people take advantage and are scammers. 30% interest yall... they take advantage of poverty.

I had a a Scion through Westridge I missed one insurance payment we got into a disagreement we apologized as adults. They gave me my car back a few months later I miss my insurance payment a day again late. so they repoed my car I said I had the money to pay for my insurance in my hand. They refused to let me pay my insurance said I had to pay 6 months of insurance before I could get my car back which is $1,335 may I say nobody has that to pay on insurance. I spent 1500 on the car I paid 2 Grand into the car. I tried to discuss with Penny A co-worker there that I could pay the fees, and that she did not call me to tell me my insurance was about to be cancelled and they were going to take my car and she said the discussion was ended because I was rude. I never once said anything rude all I wanted to know was where my car was how much I had to pay and if I can get it out. I called back up there to ask where my car was again penny said she didnt know they had to do a review which the review is with the people who run the business not any other businesses or corporations put you through a process its the head owner he does the reviews, so if he wants to keep your car because you missed a payment he can you need to read your contract they are very shady very grimy they would not let my mother speak they spoke over her multiple times nobody was being rude to them if I could give them a negative review. And not only that but my clutch in my car broke in four months. And then my managers new truck he just got from there already has multiple battery problems and hes only had it for 2 weeks.
