Our experience with Asheville Kitchen Countertops exceeded our expectations. We chose them for our new home construction in Black Mountain. Rob and his team truly took care of us, finding the material we selected from out of state, and crafting our countertops. We also asked him to wrap our custom fireplace front, which required curved cuts. He is a craftsman, who takes pride in his work and won’t take shortcuts. We are glad we chose him for our projects. Highly recommended!

An unfortunate experience. Rob seemed to be a nice guy, but be very careful before you work with them. The amount of responsiveness was pretty low, but more importantly the quality of the work was also low, and unfortunately after a delay of three months while I was waiting for him to actually come along and finish off the job, he came into my house and told me that he wasnt leaving until he got paid and that he parked his car behind my car so that I couldnt leave. He told me if I wasnt satisfied with the work he would rip everything out and that I wouldnt have to pay, obviously something I could not do. Not an enjoyable experience. Need I say more?

Rob is a perfectionist. We love our new precisely-fitted countertop, sink and faucet. Every rehab job has its challenges - Rob saw everything through until we were perfectly satisfied. We are using Rob for our next project.

These guys are awesome! They did two projects for me and have been really impressed with their detail to each job. One job was for my airstream which no one would do because of mandatory minimums. Rod did a great job and stoked with the work. The second job was a rental airbnb house and we get raving reviews about how great they look. Turned a dull kitchen into something that POPS and beautiful. They will always be my GoTo for any cabinet, counter top projects.

It’s unfortunate to see poor reviews. Rob did an excellent job with our countertops. They are a great family to work with would suggest choosing them for your remodeling needs.

A month AFTER resolving some confusion over what instructions/measurements the owner required, I was still waiting. His angry response: Hey, Im not retired, Dude! Im busy!He went on to explain he drops everything whenever his big client Burger King calls with a job for him near or far and hed get to my job when I can...and if you dont like it, just find somebody else. Still, I hung in for a few more days (and a few more excuses) before locating a professional in this specialty.I seldom write reviews like this and when I suggested others should be warned by an honest review of my experience, the owner threatened me. Ill come find you and you wont like it! And if you dont keep your mouth shut, Ill not give you your money back, either.My opinion based on my experience: STEER CLEAR OF THESE HEADACHES!
