April Jensen at Keystone is helping us with our Master Bathroom remodel project and we couldnt be more pleased. She spent an enormous amount of time with us during the planning process and has continued to spend time with us as the remodel is in full swing, calling, emailing, texting and coming by the house to check on things. She even came up with a creative way to accommodate my freakishly tall shampoo/conditioner bottles in the shower tile design. She is a great listener and a very experienced guide through this process which can be quite daunting!

I worked with April about a year ago on a potential kitchen design but ultimately ended up going with another local competitor. I am now remodeling my master bathroom and hallway bath. I called them, sent detailed emails with drawings and exact measurements of what I need for my vanities and asked for an appointment to work with them. They did not return my phone call; April sent me an email days later stating Thank you for your interest in our company, however, we are not able to assist you as this time. I had not given her any dates on when I needed product so the only way reasonable conclusion is that she is black-balling me because I did not buy my kitchen cabinets from her. This is extremely disappointing and Ill be telling everyone not to use them.
