Would have given it a zero. The 2 ladies that were working today never greeted me or anything. I came in prepared to buy a wok. But because I was NEVER acknowledged the whole time in the store. I walked out🤷🏾‍♀️.

The toughened non stick pans are different from the ones you get online from le creuset. The handle Is not a good and makes me think the pan itself will be the same way. Ill just buy direct from le creuset if they ever get their pans back in stock.

They had a great sale on their Dutch Ovens.

Nice store. Lots of stock nicely displayed. Very pricey. Bought a 4 qt pot. Clerk suggested a $30.00 test kitchen cookbook exclusively for Dutch oven cooking. Quite a bill. Got home to discover the cookbook was written for pots quite a bit bigger than the one we bought. Would have been nice to know that upfront.

I love this store! Not only is the space immaculate, Jennifer always takes the time to help me find the best piece for me, as well as to educated me about the products. She’s even emailed me when something she remembered I liked is on sale! Online shopping is great sometimes, but nothing replaces touching and seeing products in person, and having a personalized experience with kind staff. Two thumbs up!

Lisa S helped us out and she was amazing. She had a wealth of knowledge and specifically tailored our search based on what we would cook. She went above and beyond what I expected, and is an asset to this company. When we buy more in the future, we will return to her. Great overall experience.

Dont bother going here unless you plan to spend hundreds of dollars, thats the only way youll get the staffs attention.Went to buy a small item to go with my current collection and I stood at the register for about 5 minutes while both employees hovered over a couple of people trying to decide how many sets of wine glasses to get.Both employees made eye contact with me but never acknowledged that I was waiting to be helped.I eventually walked out when I couldnt get any help.
