Surprisingly fast service

My wife and I were fixing to travel to Charlotte from Asheville for a scheduled surgery for my daughter. When we got out to our Chevy SUV that morning, we noticed that the tire pressure was extremely low indicating something in the tire. We called the place that we originally got the tires from because we still had the tires under warranty, and explained to them the situation. However they informed us that they were unable to help us in any way.So I called Asheville Chevrolet since they were close to our house. I explained to them our dire situation and their service team moved mountains to get our vehicle looked at despite their full schedule. They determined that there was another tire that needed repair and that it would not be a quick fix. Management got together and allowed us to take a loaner vehicle over the weekend to Charlotte so we wouldnt miss my daughters surgery. Im so thankful for the staff here for being empathetic to our situation and for going above and beyond to help my family!
