Valerie and Tysean and their entire team went above and beyond to help us while we were visiting from out of town and needed new brakes asap. They took us in right before close and had three guys working on our car to get us in and out. They also were very transparent and kind about what was wrong with my car and I could not be more thankful for everyone in that shop, but especially Valarie, who also left the store to go get the parts we need. 100/10, would absolutely come here again.

They were able to squeeze me in on very short notice to get my oil changed. Told me it would take about an hour and they held true to that. All in all everything was awesome! Thanks NTB!

I took my car there Friday to get my brakes done. And came back to pick it up and my brakes are still making the noise took it back that same day for them to say that there was nothing wrong with them. They made my brakes worst and wouldn’t give me a refund. So now I have to take it to another shop just to fix what they messed up. I would not take your car there worst service I have ever received.

Outstanding service and quick work. I was visiting town and my tire was flat when I went to leave my hotel. Showed up to NTB with no appointment and I walked out 5 minutes later with a new valve stem and fully inflated tire.

Michael is amazing! We live in Tennessee and my daughter in law traveled to Weaverville NC to look at a used Subaru for sale. Sadly it was too far away for her to drive to our mechanic in TN to have it looked over before purchase. So we made a call to NTB. Michael graciously offered to work us in and out on a busy Friday so we could put our minds at ease as to whether the car was a safe option for her to buy. He was professional, sincere, and so kind to her through the entire experience. He not only looked it over extensively, but he took the time to talk to her in depth about the Subaru model and some of the things to look out for as she searched for the perfect vehicle. He could’ve easily and justifiably turned her away not only because they were busy, but also because he didn’t stand to gain much from her visit. I am so grateful and appreciative that there are still people out there with such good work ethic and kind hearts. Thank you Michael! Your service and integrity do not go on noticed. Flat tire on interstate two hours from home. Changed it and looked for repair shop. Called this NTB and Valerie said come on by. When I got there, Michael came out to meet me, quickly fixed, mounted back on car and I was on my way within 15 minutes. Outstanding Customer Service!! Wished I lived closer so I could give them more business.

Quality of the work and honesty. That is what you get from NTB Asheville at tunnel road. You might think that these two qualities should be a given for a company to survive in a competitive market but unfortunately it is not. I took my Audi Q5 for an alignment to another company and wanted to charge me $1,800 of unnecessary repairs. I probably know more about car repairs than the average person so I went somewhere else and took it to NTB. What a difference and a happy one. Aligned the car without any issues and in record time. I also asked the mechanic to check for any other issues and after an extensive check. Guess what. He found no issues. I would not hesitate to take it back to them for any service needed. I am a very happy customer.Thanks to all the folks at NTB Asheville at Tunnel road.

The men and women was very nice there and very helpful they explained everything to me thoroughly and got me the best prices and the best stuff. They did a alignment and two new tires for me and everything is perfect. And in a timely manner I recommend them for sure!

My wife and I were in visiting from out of town and had an issue we needed addressed on a Friday. We came in without an appointment or calling ahead. Even though they had a full day booked and were a little short staffed, Michael got us in and personally handled our needs, getting the issue resolved for us in a very short time frame. This allowed us to continue with our travel plans for the weekend. Michael really put the customer experience ahead of everything else and it was quickly apparent that they could be trusted to be honest. Im so glad we chose to come here instead of somewhere else!

Many thanks and kudos to the sale woman that was assisting me. When a very unpleasant rude highly agitated man made a scary scene she told him she could help him but it would not be right then due to customers in front of him but would work him in. He stormed out causing more damage to his car. I told her thank you and was so glad he left. She asked me if I was ok and continued to help me. Not only do they have great customer service they take care of their customers!! And in this case my safety.

The store and garage were both exceptionally clean and sanitary, which of course is a big deal at this time in particular! All staff was friendly, helpful, and answered every question we had. The mechanics were informative and efficient, plus they have a couple great deals at the moment! All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely be using them for all my vehicle needs in the future :)

Very slow service.. Had an appointment. Car was not taken back until 1 hour after appointment time. 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change!

What a great group of service people. Treat you like it’s their car they are fixing. They were very accommodating to my time schedule. Knowledgeable. Stopped at the store to price out tires... the guys there were really awesome... not only did they have the tires that I had been wanting to put on my truck the price was lower than the other tire stores in town. They got in in and out really quick too!!

My husband and I were staying at Pisgah Inn this past weekend and ran into an issue with our tire valve. We had to drive 45 + minutes to find a repair shop. Every place that we went to was with closed or was booked because they only had 1 person working. We ran into NTB and prayed they could help us! They had multiple people working in the garage and were able to get the valve fixed and ready to go within 20-30 minutes! They were so sweet and kind. They handed us the key and wished us a great rest of our trip. They didn’t charge us a dime! I highly recommend NTB, and if we are ever in the area again and have car trouble, they will be the first place we go!

My wife was traveling from Wilkes County to Nashville with a van load of kids this morning, when she realize the new tires we had put on yesterday in Wilkes were showing low tire pressure. She happened to pop into this store to see what this issue was since I was as home this weekend. The staff diagnosed the problem and fixed it at no cost to us. Being 2 hours away and not being able to help is a miserable feeling, but knowing that there are folks out there like the staff at NTB gives me a little more peace of mind when my family travels without me. I just had new tires put on my car at NTB on Tunnel Road. Great people! Customer service was excellent, the bill was less than expected and they got me right in. I originally stopped there when I needed a tire plugged and met Chris Dillon who was very knowledgeable about the services and tires and took the time to estimate several new tire options for me. Today Valerie Evans, Store Manager, helped me with my tires, and did estimates for other services such as oil changes. I also found out NTB also does car repair work so Ill be back for estimates on suspension work for my Jeep. Very nice folks. I left this establishment feeling taken care of and I will return to have other work done.

I was in Asheville on my guest day of vacation when I smelled something burning in my car. Took it to this NTB, and they mechanics found that there was a problem that should have been taken care of during the brake service I had done at a shop near home a month earlier. Valerie, the manager of this NTB, offered to fix the problem for free, explained everything clearly, and was really patient with me (I was in a terrible mood since the original mechanic tried not avoid taking responsibility.) I insisted on paying anyway, and she only accepted partial payment — assuring me that the mechanics would be paid as usual — just so I’d feel taken care of. If I lived in Asheville, I’d come here for all of my car maintenance and repairs!

They stay in business primarily by preying on tourists. Most folks who have lived here a while have figured that out.
