I dropped my car off on October 9th, 2021. The front bumper, hood, drivers headlight and driver door all needed to be fixed where my car was wrecked. I was very hopeful in the beginning but as time has went on and its going on a month later, I keep getting the run around about when my car will be ready for pickup. It was supposed to be ready Oct. 29th, 2021 and it still isnt completed. When I call the only response is that the car is in paint and will have to go through reassembly after its painted. I called last Thursday to see if it was ready since it was scheduled to be picked up that day and of course it wasnt. I called Monday to see if it was ready and guess what? Still not ready. Called again today (Thursday) and the guy who I talked to was very unprofessional and once again told me it was STILL in paint! He then informed me that the paint booth had been down for 4 days and just got fixed. So therefore last Thursday when I called and this Monday and got told it was in paint was a flat out lie. I get it, things happen, machines break but the least you guys could do is be open and honest about it. The rental runs out Sunday so we will see if they have it ready by then. Doubtful. I will never use this shop again or refer anyone I know to this shop. By far the worst experience EVER.

What a great group of folks! They did a fantastic job on my car and were incredibly attentive and easy to work with. Although the damage to my car was fairly minor, there were some hidden issues. Martin worked with me until everything was found and fixed. He was a huge help dealing with the insurance company. In spite of a major flood 3 days ago, they got the repairs finished up quickly today. Everyone Ive spoken with has been helpful and had a great attitude. I chose this business because they are so highly rated. Im glad to give them my own 5 star rating.

I was a bit nervous upon bringing my truck in for the assessment, I always work on my own vehicle but in this incident I decided to go with Signature Collision as a certified Geico mechanic shop and I’m glad I did. Not only did they do an excellent job, they kept me updated every other day, Matthew was exceptionally knowledgeable, calming and reassuring during the assessment and looked over every little detail and explained how they would repair them. I was never left wondering if my truck would make it. They’re work is lifetime guaranteed which was also comforting now that I have my truck back. I highly recommend these guys!

Dropped the car off with a big dent in the drivers side rocker panel and some scuffing on the skirt under the door which they had to order a replacement for. Super happy with the result! The lady at the desk was friendly and reminded me before leaving that they fully guarantee their work so any issues with the job, just bring it back in and theyll take care of it. She even gave the whole car, interior and exterior a thorough cleaning. 100% recommend this place

When one takes a car to be repaired by a collision center that offers lifetime warranty on their repairs one has high expectations. Ever since I picked up my car I have had to take it to two other mechanics for additional repairs. Better evaluations upon center arrivals and an evaluation upon work completion would really limit a customer from having a negative experience. Even though I have had to deal with getting open short wires fixed, having to have TIPM module fastened properly, having rear shield repaired, a new transmission mount installed, and now a motor mount installed since my car picked up from Signature Collisions; my worst experience was driving all the way to Asheville to pick up my car to be told by Martin Mozzachlodi that it was safe to drive when the airbag lights were on upon my arrival at center. I understand being short staffed and feeling rushed but no client should have to be lied to about the safety of their car after a company provides their guarantee on the repairs. I hope that future customers receive proper evaluations, complete repairs, and accurate text alert notifications of progress.I guess one should never trust the reviews of business that gives customers the opportunity of a gift card for 5 star reviews. One benefit of this center? Proximity to Enterprise.

Very friendly staff and great communication. Kept me informed the whole time and was available when I called to answer any questions. Went above and beyond to get me the right parts. Renting through enterprise was also a breeze through this location as they have a desk inside the office. Was able to leave my rental there without going to enterprise first

Worst possible experience I have ever had at an auto body shop. After 3 months of trying to get them to fix it correctly they still haven’t. Ruined my interior with overspray and dust. Wouldn’t fix the problems I pointed out, until they absolutely had to. They are denying any work at this point (saying they fixed it correctly) when there is still a dent on the door, rear window isn’t flush, overspray on brakes. Broke my tire sensor that they refuse to replace now.By far the worst experience I have ever had. The manager won’t respond now, and refuses to make it right (She says I’m being difficult because they messed up so much and won’t make it right).All in all poor management, and poor quality workers.I would recommend any other shop then SIGNATURE COLLISION.

They were amazing! They kept me up to date with everything they were doing. They explained everything that they were doing to my car and were overall super friendly!

Excellent service. My insurance recommended them due to it being a one stop shop; inspect and estimate, drop off for work to begin immediately and pick up rental car all same day and same location. The only thing that was inconvenient was that it was 55 miles from my home but totally worth it and 100% recommended. I will definitely use this shop again if I need to in the future.

I was hit on the passenger side. They told me when it would be ready. It was ready that day. They kept me up with what was going on with my car the whole way. Everyone was super nice. The estimate was reasonable and the work was completed on the exact day that they said it would be. My vehicle look brand new.. I will definitely use them again should the occasion ever arrive!

Don’t trust their text updates about your vehicle being “near done” and if you want to find out when it really is, then don’t hold your breath. They NEVER answer calls, nor does leaving any sort of message work to your benefit. I really hate that this is the only choice insurance companies go through, next time I’ll find one on my own.

Called to just order a part a tiny piece for my bumper...small, I can clip it in in 5 seconds, they would not order it for me with ME paying for it just so I can have my piece for my car....they will order it though IF they can put it on for me and charge me to put it on??!! Like I can do that just let me buy the part & you order it... So rude. Im a single mom with 3 kids & u want to charge me for a piece my 9 year old can put on. Please. Thanks for nothing.

I recently had my bumper replaced after being rear-ended by another driver. Rather than replace a $12 part that is supposed to be removable by hand, the shop bolted the broken and misshapen hitch cover on my SUV with sheet metal screws. This should be small potatoes - but it destroys all confidence I might have had for the quality of work from this shop. If you cant get the little things right, how am I supposed to trust you did the big things right?

From start to finish I could not be more pleased with the customer service and quality of work provided by Signature Collision. Benny he kept us informed on a regular basis as to the status of the repair. He was conscientious, helpful, and always pleasant. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

I think I already posted my review, and definitely it was a 5-star experience! Benny, Scott, and Tonya all kept me informed of the repairs process. The car was towed there on July 27, and it was ready on July 31! I couldn’t pick it up until August 3, but to have my car ready in 4 days was phenomenal! Got in an accident. Took it to signature collision the next day. They were very fast, professional and went the extra mile. They not only fixed my fender and the door, but they painted the bumper too. What amazed me is they had it done within 48 hours. Thats amazing. I would reccomend them 10/10.

Too Busy ripping Geico claims off to focus on quality, care and customer service. Terrible, half completed work. Very disappointing and frustrating. Do not recommend. When pricing my vehicle I asked to have a load of things fixed, the response was will take care of it, have it done.When I picked up my car, nothing we discussed was done and Geico was charged to fullest. they said they were too busy but didnt say that prior. Terrible. Please go somewhere else.

This was really negative for my family.In a nutshell, my wifes car was in a wreck. We chose Signature Collision. After a lengthy process, they gave the car back with the interior unclean and not repaired. Lights werent working, the car was not aligned, it made strange noises, and a host of other issues (keep in mind this is a new car with only 25k miles).After months of trying to get the car restored, it is still making strange noises, not restored and I feel is unsafe for my family. Either they cant find the problem or they wont fix it. Either way, it displays a level of incompetence that is concerning.Scott also tends not to be open and imply that others arent doing their job - like he implied that Fields was at fault for part of the issues, however, when I tried to get both Fields and Scott on the phone at the same time to discuss, Scott would be too busy (he knew I was calling).If you are looking for repairs and honest discussions - go somewhere else. Scott appears nice, but below the surface, you will see the causes a lot of tension and doesnt do a good job.We are stuck now after 3 months of not having a car to get another quote from another repair shop, talking to our insurance company to cover what Signature wouldnt fix, and having our insurance company fight State Farm over who will ultimately pay for everything. We are also concerned what Scott has been telling State Farm as his story seems to change quite a bit.The most distressing part is when the car turns left, it still makes strange noises and pulls to the left at times. I am very concerned for my familys safety. There is no concern about this even though I have explicitly stated it.It is a disaster and I would never use them again.

My SUV was in a minor accident on 08/05/2020. The accident caused minor damage to the left front fender and headlight. I took my SUV to Signature on Aug, 6. The staff was very friendly and had all the info available when I arrived. I was kept up to date on repairs and estimated date of completion via text. The repairs were estimated to be completed by Aug. 12. I was notified on Aug. 7 the repairs were completed and could pick it up on Aug. 7. The SUV looked new and could not tell it had been damaged.

My car was hit in a parked space while I was at work. The left front quarter panel, the hood, and the left headlight were all damaged. The fender was against the wheel and I couldn’t drive it, so my car was towed to Signature Collision Centers, an approved repair shop through my insurance company. Originally, they estimated the date of completion as August 10. They updated me to say it would be done by August 7. They had it fixed within a week! It was there on July 27, and actually, it was ready on July 31, but my work schedule prevented me from picking it up then. So we picked it up on August 3. I received text messages, phone calls, and emails, all keeping me up to date on the repair process. Everything was fixed as promised and the car looks as good as new!

Very happy with the work they did. The paint is perfect, no bubbly paint or imperfect blending. They made the exterior look very clean and shiny. The interior smells like paint now when I run the heat but thats a small price to pay for a car that looks like new again.

These guys are professional and stand behind their work! I was t-boned by a lady running a red light. I found these guys on Google and decided to give them a shot because of good reviews I read. It took them longer than they originally told me to fix it which created stress and headache trying to keep the rental at the correct gas level for return. In the end, it was well worth the wait. I ended up having them paint the entire truck because of the excellent repair they did. They gave me a discount for the rest of the work due to scheduling delays. I will be returning for all of my future vehicle repairs! Thanks for all your help Austin!

I put them on par with K&M Collision out of Hickory, NC with whom I also have personal experience. The customer service exhibited by Scott (Collision Center Manager), Brandon (GEICO Adjuster) and Dave (Shop Tech) is extraordinarily high. You wont regret choosing Signature to fix your vehicle, especially if you get Papa to work on it. Make sure you ask for Papa (highly skilled repair tech). He performs magic on your car such that it looks brand spanking new when you get it back.

Their service was the best I have ever seen. They took care of not only my father’s car but his veteran hat. My father had an accident and his hat was left in his car. Scott made sure to look for it and kept it in a safe location. I received daily text updates and also calls. They let me every change or issue that was found. I brought my car there, and long story short the bumper got knocked off and it was considered a total loss, when I come to pick up the car, the bumper is literally stuffed into the back seat, scratching the leather interior, and there’s trash in the floor like soda cans they put there. Super unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend at all.

I just got my car fixed here. They did a good job on the outside of my car where the damage was, but left the inside of my car filthy. They should really get the inside of the car professionally cleaned if theyre going to get them that dirty.

Please note that my review is strictly based on a phone interaction, as I have not visited in person. I called to follow up on a claim that was being handled by Geico. I was calling to speak to a Geico rep when the woman (sounded like a young woman. No name given ) whom answered the phone told me no one was there from Geico at the time. I asked to leave a message on voicemail at which point she told me they didnt have a voicemail. She offered to take a message. I explained that I had already left a message with no response. She then tells me I can call back Tuesday (this was Friday). I told her I need to speak to someone sooner. She then says, Hes with a client, and Im not interrupting him. When I asked her why she lied about him being there she just kept saying Im not interrupting him. There was absolutley no reason to lie! I was able to speak with a manager and the Geico rep which I must add that they were 100% top notch!

Recently had my 2018 Honda Civic Type R repaired from a front end collision and several people reccemended this shop... that was a mistake. I would NOT reccemend this shop to anyone. Absolute trash quality work. I’ve never been so disappointed in a shop before. Had to send the car back because they broke a bracket on the bumper cover support and it didn’t line up correctly. If I didn’t notice I’m sure they would have over looked it. There’s also about 7 clips missing in the engine bay where they were either lost or forgotten about. Also it appeared that Ray Charles was in charge of taping off the windows before painting because there was over spray all over the windows and on the gloss black pillars on both sides of the car where they painted it. No worries guys I’ll take care of that for you. As well as terrible paint quality on the front end where there is noticeable fish eyes in the paint. I considered sending it back for a second time but I felt like it wasn’t worth the trouble or frustration. The management was very friendly and helpful though. Overall absolute garbage body shop.

Very poor work comes out of this shop. My Jeep was in a front end accident and my insurance company said for me to go here. Bad mistake. Body work was awful and paint didn’t match. tried to take the car back and they said I’d have to pay to have them fix it work even though they made the mistakes in the first place. I took my car else where. Not how you do business!!
