What a great showroom. Very bright and clean. I worked with Debbie and she was fantastic. She took the time to sit with me and go over my color swatches so I could grind the right couch. And I did!! And it’s made in the USA!

Paid for a couch in end of May at a store in IL. They said it would be done August. The factor got covid. Then it would be done end of September. Now we are being told we will have to wait at least 1 full year. I would stay away from this company until they get there act together.

Impossible to contact them about a custom order .The website makes you create an account, but thats all you can do. Ive emailed them multiple times thru Costco customer service about extending the legs on the ordered sofa without any response. If the sofa isnt what I communicated with them that I wanted its going right back. Customer service is everything and they clearly could care less Taking my business to Ethan Allen or Penny Mustard, which is what I should have done in the first place.

I ordered 2 reclining Chairs mfg by Klausner, and I’m very very disappointed in the construction. They have been in use for about a year and already feel and look like they need to be replaced. The seating is sagging terribly, there s no support and uncomfortable to sit in (both my husband and I are slim). The padding on the arms has worn thin and you can feel the wood frame. If you move slightly from side to side the entire chair wobbles, not sturdy at all and lastly, wish I could post a pic .....but the back of the chair is tilted from the base. Would never recommend, not what I expected for $900. a chair.

Buyer beware: I ordered a beautiful king-size headboard from Klaussner but it is 8 too wide for the king-size mattress and frame. The headboard I purchased has wings on the sides that fit around the end of the mattress. The pictures on the Klaussner website for the Harvard headboard show a perfect fit around the mattress & frame. That is what I expected -- not a place to wedge my head between the headboard and the mattress. Since a standard US king bed is 76 wide, why is the headboard 84 wide on the inside? 4 might not seem like much on each side of the bed, but trying to cover up the unsightly lower portion of the headboard is impossible.If youre going to purchase a headboard from Klaussner, please triple-check the dimensions. My experience with the Harvard headboard has been a complete disappointment.
