I saw this furniture store advertised on Facebook. While browsing, I saw a recliner that I liked. I decided to go to the store to actually see and feel it. I was impressed, but I am still trying to decide. I didnt find a couch yet that would go with the recliners. They do deliver within 50 miles.

They told me that the table I wanted would have to be ordered from their warehouse. After I paid in full, then they told me that it would take four to six months for it to be made. I said I dont want to wait four to six months and it is not fair for me to pay you the full amount for something I dont have to use. The sales girl refused to give me a refund. I had to contact them three times and go to the store twice to finally get a refund. I asked to speak with the owner and never got to speak with them. When I told them I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card they finally agreed to give me a refund. Buyer beware. Ask a lot of questions before you give them your money.

Recently I was offered the job of my dreams however, it required a very quick move into temporary dwellings. I knew the style I wanted and spent several weeks searching only to be deeply disappointed at our regional furniture manufactures prices and styles to choose from.Frustrated on a Friday afternoon, I stopped once again at Furniture Market Warehouse, where I had seen several items I liked but had not examined the quality nor price compared.As I shared my story with Ellen Byrum, we were quickly able to put together items that met my budget and taste in furniture for a major move to the Crystal Coast of NC, Morehead City.I want to share the finished product with everyone and assure you the products at Furniture Market Warehouse are of excellent quality and durability.The Photos posted tell the story of how amazing the furniture looks with a beach theme. Never again will I do business with these clowns. Originally told me 3-4 wks for delivery. Then after 4 wks they said 6. Its been over 8 wks and i have 1 of 3 pieces of furniture. Owner doesnt care and wont return calls. They tell u what they want to get the sale then dont care after that. The furniture was also super low quality. Also stop blaming it all on covid. Coivd has been going on for 1.5 years now. Dont tell customers 3-4 wks if its gonna take 16 because covid. I wouldnt have bought furniture if I knew it would take several months to get.

I got a nice sectional for a good price and it was marked down so i got a nice rug to go with it.

This place is the worst business Ive ever dealt with. The furniture is falling apart after a month. I tried for 3 weeks before I got a call back from manager. She stated that a repair guy will be out to see what the problem is. That was 3 weeks ago and still waiting. DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE FURNITURE IS FALLING A PARY AND I HAVENT HAD IT 2 MONTH.

Wouldn’t even give this place 1 star we stayed in the store for over 39 min waiting for someone to give us a price on a bedroom set we were planning on buying the set and nobody would help us and they girl that was getting us the price never came back with any info on the set we will go somewhere else to purchase and kind of furniture customer service is terrible here! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Harassed immediately about wearing masks and was even threatened with 911 being called on us. My children were scared by the confrontation. I would not recommend this place to anyone who would like to shop for furniture in peace without being harassed and threatened to comply.

Dont even bother. We walked in and no one said hello to us or welcomed us to the store...one girl screamed across the store at us about wearing a mask and then followed us around the back of the store and yelled at my husband to pull it up more over his nose. No Can I help you?...no How are you?....just mask police. Needless to say we purchased our furniture elsewhere and will not return or recommend!

I called the Asheboro location about a dining set I saw online and Ashley offered her cell # so I could text her a picture. She found it for me online and answered all my questions. This was so nice to do as a salesperson she would receive no benefit from an on line order but helped anyway! Excellent customer service! Thank you!

Plenty of options to choose from and friendly staff

Great service. Girl at the front desk was super sweet when we came in looking for a new sofa. Manager on shift offered us a great deal and was super attentive and friendly. As were the two boys who loaded up the sofa we picked out. One even found my husband a clean piece of cardboard to place between the sofa and the ratchet straps and held it in place as my husband secured the ratchet straps. Will definitely be back! Oh and the sofa we picked out is super comfy and goes perfect with the farmhouse vibe in our main floor living area.

From the outside it looks just like a warehouse...hrnce the name. This place has the best prices of quality mattresses in our area. The furniture and rugs are higher end at discounted prices. Even if I dont make a purchase, I enjoy looking. The staff is usually helpful.

My husband and I purchased a sofa in June that had to be returned due to it being too big for our living room. He spoke with one of the owners on October 25 that assured him that we would be getting a refund. We still to this date have no refund and Furniture Market Warehouse has the sofa to sell to someone else to make double profit off of.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Unprofessional when I comes to customer service. I was told that my bed was under warranty, but when I needed something fixed... “they couldn’t do anything about it”. I will not purchase anything else from them.

No good thay make u put a mask on and no A.C. in the building.. I will never go in there again.

This place is sooooo nice! OMG the prices and quality of furniture is unbelievable. The owners are awesome! The staff is on top of everything. Very organized store, variety of furniture and manufacturers is unbelievable. This is the place to go!! If you need furniture quickly and at a great price, this is your place..I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Hard to find at first but the selection was okay, you really got to catch them when they have what you want. Prices were the best.

I am mad that I took the time to go there thinking that I was saving money. They sell you bad quality furniture disguised as the best. Almost all of their products are Market samples, they do not have the same quality, at the end you are wasting your money.
