If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. The customer service is the absolute worst Ive had the displeasure of having been a part of. Every single time I have to call in, I get put on hold for 30 minutes plus. I have been dealing with it for 15 plus years, but no more. Going to verizon because my call was answered promptly and I wasnt given the run around by Customer Service Reps.This is for the actual sprint Customer Service, not the local store.

I walk into the store and ask the worker with my device she said she couldnt help me because I wasnt on the account but when I call the 800 number they told me I could go in and show my ID card it was for my mom and I had my kids two and they said they have to wear masks to but the law say if they are 12 and under they dont have to so I dont like that employeer

They screwed me and my mom terrible. Me and her switched phone but cause we switched phones but because we wanted to keep same numbers they said we have to pay over. $400 dollar fee just cause we switched but now we’re both turning phones in and we’re both switching spectrum I wouldn’t recommend sprint unless you want hidden fees.

While on a trip from Raleigh, NC to see my son in Spartanburg SC my phone started acting up and eventually locked me out. I stopped in at the Sprint store in Ashboro, NC and the manager, Catalina, spent a lot of time with us solving the problem. She was successful and we were on our way again. Her expertise, friendly and helpful attitude was extremely welcomed. I cant praise her enough.

They have the smallest selection of accessories. They dont even offer cases for half of the phones available. Definitely shop around for a larger store.

This store is not a Corporate owned store and the service here reflects this fact. They run up the prices and even the on site managers are not knowledgeable about the services and contracts. They sold us a 16 gig IPhone and told us at time of purchase and said we had 14 days to return no problem. Well after 2 days and downloading only the essentials I see I need a 64 gig. After charging us additional $200 and a week later still no 64 gig iPhone 6s Plus. Go to a corporate owned store

Had major issues with a new Samsung Galaxy S10 plus Sprint took care of the problem fixed the problem sent me a brand new 13 years Sprint customer. Best customer care service in the industry
