Had to wait a bit as they only had one person working. But he quickly took care of me once it was my turn. Very professional and I could tell he was really trying to help the person there before me. Store seemed well stocked, clean and I appreciated they had some seats available for anyone waiting.

My husband and I came to the store in hopes of merging our phone plans to save money but we had no idea how much money wed actually end up saving. Byron helped us merge our plans, get all new phones, update our service to unlimited, and still managed to save us over $100/month. Part way through our visit, Byron noticed our 8 month old getting a tad fussy and he turned on Finding Nemo for him to watch while we wrapped things up. Byron was able to give us a great experience while also attending to several other clients in the store on his own, with ease. Outstanding customer service. Would definitely recommend!

I had been with at&t for Several years & was always pleased with my entire experience. To no fault of theirs this horrible virus hit the US, so it was understandable that stores were closed, although I hadnt planned on their customer service to take a nosedive & trying to use the automated service, that has been enough to make a person go insane. Going into a store now, well, because I didnt have a contract, I didnt appreciate how I was treated, as if I wasnt important enough to help with my issues only because Im a pay as you go customer. I was Finally able to get through to 611, although couldnt understand anything the girl was saying, hopefully my service will be terminated at end of this month. I will Never Ever do business with at&t again & all the bragging Ive done for many years, well,it Stops Now.

Had a pretty big issue but have to say that the upper management stepped in and showed that they really do care about the customer. This is so rare today, and despite the trouble and frustration I am glad to have some faith in humanity restored.
No issues really. It’s usually FirstNet issue but At&t does what they can to make it happen.

The agents at at&t in Asheboro are so friendly and helpful. My mom had never gotten the type of phone before the agent took time to help with whole setup for my mom. And welcome me back when my phone comes in to help me as well! I have great experience every time I have been there!
Sales reps could honestly do better listening to customers and look at their situation instead of ignoring them or putting in bare minimum work. We always end up going to Greensboro after visiting this location, as Greensboro has better service and have reps that listen.

This ATT has by far been my favorite. It was quick and easy going in there to get my iPhone upgraded. The employee named Austin was extremely helpful and so friendly. Greeted me right off the bat, with a smile and made my experience hassle free. I’ll never go to another store now that I’ve been to this one. Highly recommend!

Went in to AT&T addressing my concern with the bill, about my payment that should of been lowered since both my phones on my account are completely paid off after its two year contract and finally got it figured out and addressed by a very helpful sales consultant there by the name of Brittany Clark. She assisted me accordingly and was able to get it fixed and also went over with me the new plans with the no overage data plan. She was very informative and gave me all the information I needed and fixed my bill to where it should be. Thanks again for the service, been with AT&T for 8 years now.-David Ho

WORST customer service of any phone company! Most definitely one of the worst mistakes I have ever made choosing them for cell phone service! I was on hold to speak to a representative for over 40 minutes just to get help with unlocking my phone because I paid off my phone in store and it wasn’t showing up on my account 😕smh I just was ready to get out of their money trap!

Ran my credit twice after I told them not to now I have 2 hard inquiries on my credit report. Horrible customer service to resolve the issue. Also didnt want to exchange my car charger after it breaking and only using it for 2 weeksI would not recommend this ATT store they are there to make a sale and everything after they can care less

Went there to just activate a phone and already had the phone card too. The employee made us buy a whole new monthly plan and wouldnt use the prepaid card we had he said the system wouldnt take it but we all know it was just about him getting his commission. I ask him to help set up the att app on the phone I had and he would do it for a fee. Like att service but did not like the store.

Bilingual manager tried to convince me that there is no such thing as cell phone spyware or monitoring. In his 8 years in the business, he has never had anyone come in and show him, Look, there is spyware on my phone- look, someone is tracking me. Are you kidding me? Have you ever seen an IQ? Have you ever seen Uranus?

Place is a joke. Have problems because they tell you they can save you money and your bill goes up. Phone customer service says go to the store and then the store tells you to call customer service.
