New Leaf takes care of my dibbled brothers hearing aids even while he is in a care facility. I just give them a call and they are ready to check and repair or clean or do whatever is necessary so he can hear again.

I couldnt be happier with my new hearing aids. I had known I needed them for years but I just kept putting it off. Julie was so helpful in explaining my particular hearing loss. Ive been in construction for my entire adult life and the damage was actually from all the loud noises over the years with tools etc. It made so much sense because it wasnt that I couldnt hear people, it was that I couldnt understand what they were saying, (but I didnt realize that). Julie is the best audiologist in the Denver Area and she has changed my life. I dont say that lightly or to be dramatic. It is absolutely true. Julie is compassionate, intelligent, caring, and she really listens. She treats each of her clients with the utmost respect and works hard to find the best hearing solution for each of her clients. She never tries to sell products that arent needed and always provides options and alternatives. She doesnt have a huge mark-up like other places do. I have had a hearing loss all my life and I have a long list of audiologists Ive seen and none hold a candle to Julie. So many places tried to sell me very expensive products that I didnt need, or that wouldnt really work well for my hearing loss. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of hearing aid SALES places who just want your money or just want to rip you off. I can absolutely guarantee you that Julie is definitely not that way.

I had an amazing experience here. I had some molds made for musicians earplugs made here (which were made into earplugs elsewhere). The initial plug did not fit quite right, but Julie (the audiologist) worked with me to get a new mold made, and had the replacement overnighted to me just in time for a music festival I was attending. Cant recommend this clinic enough.

Now, I can hear the people whose voices are so small. Im delighted. Julie is full of information and does not push. Excellent experience with her.

I came in without an appointment and needed to get the tube replaced on my left hearing aid. Not only did Julie take me, she took me right away, replaced both tubes and filters, and pulled a chunk of wax out of my ear. Took virtually no time at all. 5 stars all the way!
