Very impressed with the professional, customer service oriented staff here. Most importantly I was advised that my hearing loss was not enough to warrant a hearing aid at this time. I very much appreciate the objective counsel with no attempt to sell me something I dont need (at least at this time).

Took my father to Arvada Costco Hearing Aid Center. Everyone was wonderful. They were kind and took their time with my father helping him pick the perfect pair as well as understand how his pair worked. Their selection was great and the pricing was much better than elsewhere.

Welcome to Costco. I love you.Up-front pricing is amazing!The Kirkland Signature hearing aids are excellent. For a mere $1,500, you get 20 channels! The normal warranty is 3 years, which is on par with the best in industry. If you pay with the Costco executive credit card, you get 2 more years. The sound quality is good for recognizing speech, and out-of-the-box settings do okay for music, especially for Bluetooth streaming. These hearing aids will even stream from Android, which oddly is not a common feature among hearing aids. There is a special music mode that works well for playing and/or listening to live music in person.In addition to all this, my experience at Costco was much better than what Ive experienced in independent audiology clinics. There was no sales pressure because the employees dont work on commission. The testing was much more thorough than what Ive had in private offices. They checked the maximum threshold for a comfortable volume for a sweep of pitches in both ears. When the hearing aids arrived, they even checked for proper resonance in my ear canals. It was a much better experience than Ive had elsewhere
