Would like to say an official thank you to Jaime the pharmacist on staff today. He helped in a difficult situation with my primary care physician and actually was more aware of certain requirements required in the filling of this medication than the physician. He displayed compassion and patience .

Went above and beyond to help my boyfriend with his Keppra when the doctors office wouldn’t even help! Always so nice & care about their patients

This may very well be the worst pharmacy I have been to. Several “borderline” HIPPA violations, and the pharmacist was incredibly unprofessional and rude. He openly and loudly discussed the medical issues of the person in front of me, and you could tell it embarrassed the person.

COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!Asked one of the pharmacists a WEEK AND A HALF AGO if I could refill my dogs prescription. She said sure and they would contact the vet for the approval. Called every other day and was told everything from we dont contact the vet for you, you have to and we tried but they didnt answer to we left a voice mail. Called today and it was we are still waiting for your vet to call us back. My dog was completely out of her medications this morning so I took the prescription over to a grocery store across the streeet. They called the vet while I waited and BOOM! refill approved! Just called my vet and they said Walmart NEVER called them. I wonder how the people in the pharmacy at Walmart would react if it was THEIR pet! Absolutely appalling!
