The clerk was great and all the staff were super friendly and helpful on my first outing there. We found everything laid out as expected, the store nice and clean, and there is even a pizza Hut in their deli along with their own and a Starbucks too! I enjoy shopping at targets in general but particularly liked this one.

Today, I stopped in to Target to do a return and ended up browsing around. Since I had no intention of making a purchase, I did not grab a basket or a cart. Ultimately, I ended up walking to the checkout with my arms loaded full of stuff and unfortunately dropped a couple items. Holly came to my rescue and was very good natured about helping out a customer in need. Please give kudos to Holly at the Target at 80th & Kipling in Arvada, Colorado.

Levi delivered my drive up order about a week ago. He had everything ready as soon as I marked that I was there and was very polite while answering my questions about your app! This was the first time Id ever used a drive up/curbside option for groceries and it was SO convenient

I do a store pickup and it is clearly damaged. I didnt even leave the counter and I wasnt allowed to return the item. Dont accept a pickup if the item you give your customer is damaged!! Terrible customer service by all involved.

Awful customer service. Not accepting returns from purchases made when they werent allowed to accept returns. A simple policy change or an override wouldve kept us as loyal customers instead of lost customers. Thousands spent there annually, now going elsewhere.

This is my local target and the few times I have gone to customer service or had a question while shopping the employees have awful attitudes. The only helpful employee I have encountered here is Allen, who helped my handicapped fiancé who has a broken foot, so to Allen at self checkout today thank you so much for being polite, and wanting to help, I wish you could train your coworkers to carry a better attitude.

Love this place. More stock than the Church Ranch Target.Employees take mask precautions seriously and that is a big deal to me! Can’t go wrong with Target.

This store was well organized and clean. Specifically, this location seemed better stocked that the Englewood location that I normally go to, so I do think I will be coming here more often going forward. Even in COVID times I didnt feel like I was unsafe. I found what I was looking for easily by searching the app, and it told me which aisle to find it in so I didnt have to wander unnecessarily. Target is always a pleasant shopping experience for me and as always this last visit did not disappoint.

Horrible costumer service I waiting for 25 mins at the electronics counter and was ignore by every employee that walked by the only helpful person at this store was the at&t rep. Don’t go to this target unless you want to deal with an awful staff.

Very easy to navigate the store and find what you need. Cashier was very engaged in the covid rules. She wiped down the card reader after every customer and thanked me for social distancing.

I love Target and the selection of groceries and goods are always on point. I do find that staff are not usually super available or friendly. Most staff seem annoyed if you need help finding something or if you have a question. I do find this to be a clean Target. I know they are working towards having people use the self check out but I always prefer to have someone check me out, so Im hoping that option does not go away.

I have a broken leg, and using a knee scooter. Stood in line for several minutes when the female cashier said she was closing and turned her light off. I WAS WAITING IN LINE BEFORE SHE TURNED HER LIGHT OFF. No apology. I was then corralled to self check out (do the job of a target ASSociate while disabled.) Good job target. 👏🏼

This store is terrible no registers and so I now have clothes with alarm tags that I cant get off and am not sure how I evan left the store but cool self checkout guy that watched me and said nothing.

Target is my favorite store for most things I need. Unlike Walmart, Target truly cares about their customers.

I love the styling and uniques products you can get at Target. There are always sales to take advantage of when shopping. Today I easily found a watch battery I needed in the center aisle next to checkout! Then I zipped through the express checkout line. Easy!

This one is small and doesnt have very much stuff.

I love Target but definitely not this one. There was a blonde female manager (Im assuming) and another female that confronted the pharmacist about an issue. Instead of taking him aside and discussing it privately, she raised their voice at him while he was behind the counter and there were at least 7 people in the area. Come on, I know its a department store but complaints and those matters need to be discussed out of the public eye. That Target manager or associate needs to be retrained or removed.

Excellent overall shopping experience; store was pristine and well stocked, staff were all wearing masks, and were courteous and helpful. Senior hours entrance signage was clearly displayed and being politely enforced by security staffer.

I love target but was treated poorly at this particular location. I picked up a pair of wedges and tried them on and was planning to buy them UNTIL one of their employees yelled at me saying you cant touch those! I jokingly said my feet didnt have covid and she yanked them out of my hands i didnt buy them due to the disrespect and embarrassment of her following me around the store talking about liability...

This store has been here forever. Still have better deals than Wal-Mart.

Super happy that I have a Target located so close to me, this location is extremely well organized and always in stock of items. A majority of my purchases are from the electronic department where the staff is super helpful and sociable on whatever game Im wanting to purchase. Only complaint is sometimes it takes a good 5 minutes to get someone to help you get a game from the locked shelves.

Terrible waits. 8 people in every line and two registers open.

Pretty good store. I do not shop here often. When I do I find good deals on sheets, blankets, and bedding. They have a good grocery section and you can find brands and items not sold elsewhere. Sometimes they have good sales on mens and womens clothing.

I wanted Drive Up, but I could not find how to change it on the app. I do not think it was available since there was only one person working the customer service desk.

Decent target and usually nice service

This pick-up service is awesome. Saves me a ton of time, the prices are great and the people are really nice. In this instance, I got 2 memory cards for my camera and I paid $35.10 LESS for both cards than I would have paid at Office Max for the same card - just one!! Yes, really.

This is our neighborhood, go to target, but I had an experience last week that I have to share -- a lady working the customer service desk, and claimed to be a manager (short/Asian lady) decided to give me a hard time about returning a product. At this target and any other target AND seeing that I am a REDCARD customer and probably spend more than $3000 at Targets on-line and in-stores, I have never had an issue. Their customer service is generally always amazing and I love the one older lady who always works the customer service desk. But this lady, wow, it is like she had some vendetta against me and decided to make me an example even though she has one job (one job), and I am a Veteran there in UNIFORM, mind you. I was shocked. It threw me for a loop that she was being difficult and denied me a refund. Honestly, NEVER happened before, let alone to someone serving their country who told the truth about why we were returning the product and what happened with it. I am not saying that to boost my post, just was so shocking to me at the time.Anyway, happy ending is that my return was accomplished with perfect ease and grace at a different Target (as expected), but seriously, this employee should be fired. Because to her customer service is not goal #1 but to protect some corporate bottom line, and to discriminate against some people, and not others. I wish I were less angrier so I could have wrote down this horrible employees name, but I will not be shopping here any more. What a disgrace... oh and shes new because I have not seen her at my neighborhood target before. What a shame because I liked this Target, but clearly it is under new management.

Worst Target ever!!! Wish I can give them 0 stars they dont even deserve the 1. All cashiers and managers are so rude! I dont even work there and I know their store policies better than every single person working in that store. I never have any problems at other targets. They always refuse my coupons and make up their own policies like they own the store. When I prove them wrong they always say they have the right to refuse any coupon, which they do as stated on the policy, but I give them no reason to. Im not trying to break any policies they just hate being wrong and make me pay for their lack of knowledge. They act as if the money Im saving comes out of their pocket! Bunch of racist people. Not even managers know their policies. I dont know why anyone would give them that title.

Love this store! Read a lot of complaints and tried to avoid it. But all of my recent shopping experiences have been absolutely wonderful! Any issues I ever had with items were worked out quick and easily. All these 1 stars must be people trying to pull something or just having a bad day and chose to take it out on the retail store.

Clean, well organized, and nicer merchandise than competing chains. This location has a full selection of groceries and has extremely helpful staff. Sometimes the checkout lines are a bit long in the evenings.

I dig the smaller layout and the staff is helpful and friendly. Even though I dont live in the neighborhood anymore, I still shop at this one I just stop on my commute home. The Super Targets are too much walking and I still dont get to see everything that is all neatly organized into the smaller Target.

I do not recommend shopping at this target store, use Amazon and avoid dealing with rude people. Ive never had a poor experience dealing with Amazon staff. Both my wife and I had a very poor experience with this stores customer service and management teams. We were picking up an online order and my wife forgot her ID. She pleaded her case, showed the email confirmation and documentation she had to pick up an item that cost less than $2.00. Jackie the customer service rep was very dismissive toward her and when she spoke to Mike her manager he was unhelpful and condescending. She later discovered she could put me on as an alternate to pick up the item. When I went in, I picked up the item and asked for a managers phone number. Apparently Target is not very friendly and wont provide contact info except for a generic 800 number. I asked to speak with a manager and spoke with Mike and had the same experience as my wife. He was condescending, dismissive and argumentative. I registered my complaint with the 800 number and got no reassurances that anyone responsible would reach out to me. I will not be doing business with Target again.

Could not find help. Went to the Pharmacy to find out where the Imodium was and she actually asked me what it was and told me to find someone in a red vest to ask for help! I finally did find someone after hunting for someone that did find it for me!

Looks great on the outside. If your listening Target... update and freshen up the entrance just inside edge front doors... the rest of the store is great. But the first impression is of an unkept store that has been forgotten by corporate.

Fast and efficient!

This is a regular target that has a smaller grocery section. The best part of the store is the CVS pharmacy inside. Their staff is just awesome.

Very clean and organized every time I am there. The photo printing station is also very convenient.

Target was closer to me than Walmart in this situation. I perceive Walmart and Target to be one in the same except Target is more expensive.

Jackie helped me out and has the most amazing spirit ever! She helped me with an exchange problem that was unbelievable. I was extremely frustrated. The Manager (who was also extremely nice!) and Jackie are the best thing for Target!!! Thank you again!!!

Best target ever I love this place. Even has a Starbucks. Has an awesome halloween or christmas selection also great toys. Has pretty much anything you need. Also has self checkout with really fast operating system too.

Wide selection and good value

I go there to get whatever I need for my small eyebrow threading store, Arvada Threading. We are also on the same plaza just behind them, inside Phenix salon - so its very very convenient, and simple shopping for me. People in there are just like me- cheerful, helpful and always looking to serve customer better. Sometimes I just want to thank them for being there

Its a weird store, they have a selection of stuff nobody else haves but do not try to go buy groceries here... super small selection.

Worst customer service than any other branch in Denver or possibly the United States!! Whatever happened to the customers always right? If its so important for you to profit rather than offer valuable customer service what are you in business for anyway?

Sometimes I shop in the evenings, and theres 3-5 employees just standing around the shelf checkout, and not a single lane open. So until they actually start opening some lanes, Im just gonna stop shopping here.
