Never take a device here or to any of their stores to be fixed. It’s taken almost 2 months across 2 of their stores. When they called to tell me my device was ready, I traveled completely across Denver Metro to pick it up, only to find out their computer systems are down and they couldn’t take payment. They would not allow me to even pay cash. My guess is it will be another month of them holding my laptop hostage. I recommend literally any other company than this one for your tech fixes. Avoid coming here at all costs.
Not recommended. I had an appointment to repair my phone. When I went there, they were closed unexpectedly, yet I was not notified and never contacted to reschedule. Still havent been. Go to Electronic Emergency Repair instead. They are faster, cheaper, no appointment needed, and they did a great job.
They did a great job! I am happy with the work done on a broken screen.It would have been nice if they opened before 10am. 8 would be nice. I think they could eliminate a lot of the questions in the morning if you could enter all that information when you make your appointment. Would have liked it if I could have just dropped it off. This is 2021, make it like a doctors office, fill it out before you get there.
I just went in to get a quote on a battery repair. Mind you it is 3:45pm, but the person told me that I would have to schedule an appointment because the store was about to close in a few minutes. What time do you close after all? 7pm or 4pm?
Horrible customer service at this location! Promised me my phone by closing. I drive another 40 minutes to pick it up to hear it wont be done until tomorrow. No phone call no apology ( I left him an alternative number). I wasted all afternoon waiting to pick up the phone! If my insurance wasnt through this company Id find another one.
I had such high hopes for this place. I would go to any other location of this company. First, appointments are absolutely meaningless. I made an appointment for 10AM, stood in line for 35 minutes before I could even speak to anyone about my issue, and then was told that appointments dont mean anything due to staffing issues. I was then told that to replace a battery in my phone would take until 4PM. To their credit, they did say they would call my alternate number if it was ready before. I tried calling throughout the day to see if my device might be ready early but nobody ever answered the phones and it just kept stating the call could not be completed as dialed. I never received a phone call and was told that my phone had been done for a while when I got there at 3:20PM. I then proceeded to sit in the waiting area for another 30 minutes while they checked out another patron at the pace of a snail. They handed me my phone with a new battery at 6%. Somewhat hilarious (not in a good way) since they have signs posted everywhere stating that you should never let your phone drop below 40%. I asked about this and was told, Oh yea, well I normally tell people with new batteries to get it on the charger right away. I paid my money, left, put my phone on the charger, and immediately got a symbol indicating the phone could not communicate with the battery. I picked up the phone and noticed there was something moving inside the device. I ended up needing to go to a different location, the next day, to have the battery replaced properly. Thank goodness there are other locations open on Sundays and Mondays because the people at this place obviously do not care how much time they waste for their customers as long as they make their money. I would not, under any circumstances, come back to this location.
This location is understaffed and overworked, leading to sub-par customer service in all aspects. Dont bother calling, they dont answer their phones.Appointments are meaningless - youre better off walking in - and lines are out the door. Youre likely to wait 30 minutes to be seen amongst other waiting customers. They are very backed up in their workload, so estimates of 3-5 hours are more like 2-3 days. Staff are new and/or overworked, so they ask you the same question multiple times, are generally not knowledgeable about the process, and not cordial.I got my phone screen repaired here, and within 2 hours the new screen was lifting off of the phone. Instead of going back to this madhouse, I opted to visit the Lafayette location and use my 90 day warranty there, to a much better experience and outcome.

I went into the store for a Verizon warranty replacement of a battery, entering at 10 am. I was told my phone would be ready at 3:30 pm, which seemed like a while for replacing a battery, but I understood that they were busy. I came at 3:30 to be told that they would need half an hour. When I came back, I was told to wait just 15 more minutes. After 15 more minutes, I was asked to return after 15-20 minutes. At the end of over an hour of being told to come later, I was informed that the battery they used would not calibrate with my phone, and I would have to call to get a replacement phone. Asking for clarification on how to do this, I was told simply to call and that it would be taken care of. On the way home, I noticed that the buttons on the left side of my phone would not change the volume nor start silent mode. I figured this was okay since my phone would be replaced anyway, although I was confused how this would happen with a simple battery replacement. Cue 4+ hours of being on hold with Verizon before being told that the UbreakIfix did not do any paperwork and that I would have to pay a 300 dollar deductible for a replacement phone that I was told would be free. This after having had my phone broken much worse in the process of just replacing a battery. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with both UbreakIfix as well as Verizon for having them as a covered vendor.

Arvada Co location staff immediately responsive at counter to my phone tech issues despite not finding my appointment made. Seems their diagnosis of worn out battery for my slow I-phone7 is common for us frugal old-fogies who refuse to upgrade ! Service turnaround was two days. Expect appropriate sales pitch ‘bout their monthly service plan”asurionhome+”. ‘Ya can cancel anytime no penalties! I will use them again for phone services.
First things first, like everyone else these guys are hurting for help. I went in two days straight, and they were too busy to fit me in. That’s ok, I understand. On day three I got there early enough to be seen. But they don’t do the iPhone 12. Now I understand you don’t have the parts to do I properly, but had anyone there taken the time to talk to me the two days prior this could have been avoided. I will never visit any of these locations again, not that it matters.

Disorganized and uncommunicative. Nowhere does it say they dont take walkins, in fact, my insurance company told me to do a walk in with them, that they have my info etc... wrong! Ill update after my appointment, which is when they open tomorrow morning... odd. The last time I dealt with this place, I was told they dont work with my insurance...? Frustrating is an understatement.Update: Although uBreakiFix wasnt able to repair my severly damaged phone, they were quick and efficient in handling the rest of my claim without me having to do anything else.

I made an appt online and talked to someone on the phone to confirm fixing my iPad. I was told that the parts were in stock and reserved for me at my appt time. I went in at my appt time and was told that the location was not accepting tablets because it they have such a backlog that it would be 3-4 months to turn the repair around (on the phone I was told 3-4 hours). They wouldn’t accept it, honor an appt with me and turned me away. I asked why I was not called and told that, “they don’t have time to call”. Get it together.

I brought my Samsung S10 cell phone to the Arvada store because I could not connect my charger. They immediately cleaned out the phone charging slot of some hidden lint and, presto, now works like a charm. No charge to boot. Could not be more impressed with this store.
I scheduled two separate appointments at this location and neither time they were able to take my device due to either system issues or volume. Both times I had a pre scheduled appointment. Dont waste your time here.

Needed a repair on my Pixel. Went into the store and it was not a good experience. The big guy with the braids/dreads hair was rude almost from the start. Maybe the guy is a good technician, but he should not be on the counter talking to customers. He acted like he didnt care about my problem, and got huffy with me. I told him he was being flippant, and he didnt understand what I was saying. So, I said I wasnt comfortable with him, and I would go to another store. He said fine, whatever you want to do. Yikes.I went to their corporate store in Lafayette and had a much better experience. I also gave Google feedback on this bad experience.
They do the job well. But make a reservation or make sure you show up in the first 30mins if youre a walk in, otherwise theres a zero percent chance theyll be able to help you that day since theyre always slammed.

Took a laptop for repair and was told 4-6 months. He said, If you saw my back room, you would understand.
They wont install parts unless you buy the parts from them, which I feel like makes them pretty useless as a repair shop.
Emmanuel worked with me to get my phone fixed same day because I was traveling. He is a rock star and was dealing with working the front and back at the same time. He is very personable and chill, too, which is necessary when people are dealing with crises like not having a working phone.
Pretty quick service- without making an appointment they took about four hours to replace a screen on a galaxy Edge. Maybe a bit on the pricey side, but still of course cheaper than buying a new phone. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and upfront as well.
After creating appointment and using the online text feature, they didnt have the part when I showed up. The check in process is arduously slow and painful.
The employees were very kind and knowledgeable. They also took great care in making it a safe and pleasant experience for their customers. Will definitely return!
After speaking with several associates over the phone about getting my screen repaired, I chose to not even visit the store for service. You can make an appointment, but it doesnt matter because apparently you just have to wait in line when you arrive. Employees didnt seem to care about getting your business or providing good customer service. I didnt want to have anymore interactions with this business based solely on the phone calls I made. Went to Arvada iPhone Repair and had a great experience with a better price. Support local business- dont waste your time at the chain!

I have a laptop that does not power on, and called ahead to make sure they could fix it. I brought it in for diagnostics and the guy was immediately not sure about anything, saying the motherboard was probably bent. The same guy called me back to let me know that the problem got fixed and I could come pick it up. I picked it up and the woman was super helpful, she also has amazing customer service, but my laptop would not turn on at all. I gave them a call back and the same woman I talked to was incredibly nice and said to bring it in Monday. I came back in tuesday today, and talked to the same guy before, I let him know that I was told to bring it back in, immedientely he said they were not taking anymore devices, that he actually couldnt fix it, and it didnt actually turn on from the previous effort, and to just try to pry my power button up with a knife and press really hard on the left side. In the future of training your employees communication, honesty, and real customer service will get you a lot farther.
I shattered my Pixel 4a screen and had them fix it. The repair took two hours, which was amazing! 2 days later the screen suddenly went black and green. I brought it back and they replaced the screen for me a second time.Some of the staff are quite rude for no reason and need some customer service training, but the manager Hunter is amazing. He is really nice and puts his customers first. Im really happy to have been able to work with Hunter!
Changed ownership. We had about 16 Samsung phones that they were to repair. We kept calling over and over to see when they were ready as we are all the way across town. We were told that ownership changed in that and that our phones had been signed out for. About a $20k company loss and we have literally no recourse.Reached out to them. They said theyd have the owner manager get back ahold of us. The old owner allowed the reps to steal from us, and the new owner (corporate) refuses to take care of us.

Third time this place has screwed up. First time said to come in, got there and was told I had to have an appointment. Ok, So I made an appointment. Showed up the date and time I scheduled and they were closed. This time they respected my appointment and looked up my appointment and saw that insurance number was included with my appointment. Came back to get phone to be told, sorry we didn’t do anything because there was no insurance connected with this appointment. I’m happy for whoever felt like this company does something for you. But if you haven’t yet, do whatever you can to avoid ever doing business with this company. It’s run by both slothful children.

I used their website to make an appointment but I highly recommend to call before you arrive to make sure they have the materials your phone may need for repair. Hopefully I wont need to come back but if I do I know it wont be a long grueling process. Thanks!

If you’ve had a phone repaired here, they will try to upsell you on a clear glass screen with a warranty.They will replace your screen under the warranty but charge you full price, then it is up to you to get the warranty covered by the third-party company. The gentleman at this particular store that I spoke to about this was less than helpful about the process.On a sidenote, I asked what their price was to replace the screen on an iPad, I gave them my model number and was told they didn’t repair those screens as they could not get parts for them anymore. It’s an iPad seventh generation less than a year old.They are readily available numerous places online by the way... I said to the guy, “so you’re a phone and tablet repair store yet you don’t have parts to repair a laterModel iPad screen?” He said, “that’s correct” and then proceeded to very sarcastically tell me to have a nice day and hung up.This guy had absolutely zero customer service abilities, and was outright rude. If you have the option, take your phone or tablet to Apple to be repaired, or find a different company. These guys apparently don’t want your business.

Insisted I give them the pin to my phone for a screen repair. Was very rude when I explained that I have sensitive information on my phone. Also, as a young woman I feel very uncomfortable giving a pushy, entitled man the pin to my phone, when no other company I spoke to needed my pin. He then told me to go elsewhere. I did. Phone Repairz is just a mile away. They were cheaper, faster, more professional, and never asked for my pin at all. Got my phone back in an hour. Be safe. Go there.
I made an appointment for a cracked screen on an Ipod touch 7 on a Sunday. Get there at the appointment time and the store is closed.Stop by the next day to find out they dont fix them. But the web sight says they do! The clerk says they have nothing to do with web sight.Dont do business here!
Booked an appointment online where it clearly says they fix computers. The exact issue I had which was my wireless would not turn on is actually specifically listed on the website as something they will fix. I booked an appointment and showed up early. Once I got there, I called because I did curbside and the guy told me they dont actually fix computers because they have too many cell phones walking through the door and they dont fix anything they cant do within a very short amount of time while you wait. I told him I had booked or the exact service on the website and then I asked if I could just get a diagnostic check and he said no that also would take too long. This is the third saying Ive tried to have fixed at the store and every time I go there they tell me they cant fix it. I clarified with the guy that they now only do cell phones and he said yeah basically. What a waste of my time and energy for the third time. Would be nice for you to have a little honesty upfront.
I hate to sound like a Karen but I walked in with my receipt and proof of appointment and I was rejected and told they cant take me I tried to show proof of purchase ahead of time and I was told no I called corporate and got a refund but no help from this store whatsoever.

I submitted an insurance claim for a cracked phone screen (Samsung Galaxy Note8). This location was listed by the insurance company as an option to perform the fix. I was greeted promptly. After a small amount of paperwork, I was told the phone would be done in 2 hours. Ran some errands and returned 2 hours later to a good as new phone. I am very pleased with the outcome. Would definitely recommend this shop for screen replacements.
Was required to do phone screen repair here. Rude person at check in, then was told two hours later something wasnt working and they needed more time 🙄 then I come back again and was told something was broken with my wifi (funny it worked prior to getting there) was told to come back again and there was no guarantee it would work. In the meantime I call the insurance again and am told they will not hold me responsible my phone is broken because of them. I come back they say its fixed, but at some point they did a phone reset (after telling them I absolutely did not want that done to my phone as I work remotely from it!) lost tons of settings, not sure how my settings or wifi have anything to do with a screen. Now, two weeks later, the screen is broken again and hasnt been dropped. Just a money grab.
Great work! Fixed my phone and my computer at a good price. Hopefully, I dont have to come back, but if I have issues with any electronics, this is my go to store.
We took our laptop there for a battery replacement and that was successful but after that, the laptop have been acting weird, some keys on the keyboard have been acting weird and the laptop suddenly locks and I have to turn it off manually in order to get it back on. We took it back but they say they couldnt do anything that change the keyboard for a used one...no thanks. They gave us our money back but I still have the problem.

My phone was in rough condition when I gave it to them. They replaced my screen so quick. All I had time for was to grab a bite to eat! When I returned my phone was like new. Charged me $50 to tell me the SD card pins were broke, then Referred me to a Data Recovery place to see if they could Decrypt the data on my SD cardIn some circles, this is an example of what is called a racket .Im not unhappy, but ready to remove the Mobile Phone Collar and Electronic Leash.
Ive had my phone screen repaired here twice through insurance claims. The first time they didnt plug my camera back in so I had to go back and then my front camera was smudged... I ended up getting water damage because the repaired screen makes my phone no longer water resistant. I got my screen repaired here more recently and now my mic is trashed. People cannot hear me when they call unless I put them on speaker phone, but then I cant hear them. Ubreak,theybreak in a different way
I had a charging problem that I though would need to have the port replaced. They were knowledgeable and upfront about what they would do and cost. I compared prices with other cellphone repairs and their prices were $5-10 buck cheaper and seem more interested in my phone than just say yeah that will be x bucks.When I brought it in, they found it was just buildup (despite the fact that i tried to clean it out at home several times). No charge. They could have easily just replaced it and charged me, but did not.Great people.
