The 2 that helped me in the store at this location were super fast, and extremely helpful. They hooked me up with my upgrade and transferred my phones data right there. Even helped install my SD card, and put on the screen protector. I would recommend this store out of most of them in Denver, Ive never felt so comfortable, and I wasnt being up sold random things I didnt need. They took care of me, professionally and were absolutely kind. My only regret was not finding out the names for the review 😅

Would not let me use my points card for purchase. Charger I tried to buy was twice the price as on tag. Clerk was in her car when I arrived.

They just reopen with great prices and good customer service i really apricat the service and makes me happy thats the right store

This place says open online and at the store but is never open. Its ridiculous that you can go at any time and theres no one there...

The Manger Devan incorrectly processed a payment and did not correctly apply the remaining balance to my account making my account balance higher than what it really was. Upon calling with receipt in hand trying to correct the amount credited to my account the very rude unprofessional cashier/rep Mariah tried to argue the amount while I’m explaining to her what is on the receipt and refusing to help me correct it. I will never go to this location and would highly recommend staying far away from this location l.

They are good but dont really have much of a selection on cases and hardly have screen protector but Brian is awesome and will work with you on things. He is my favorite overt there.

Stopped in today and switched my daughter over from metro, the young lady there made sure her phone was set up and everything. Very helpful, will definitely make this our go to store.

Bought one phone and two sim cards, all of which work great. The woman who helped us was patient, answering all our questions and helping us to get the best deal.

Should be a zero but I dont have that option they didnt have the Sim card for the LG Stylo 5

I only visited because my friend needed to pay her bill. They have a VERY limited phones and accessories.

Bought 2 phone there. Both do not work. My second phone was a Lg g Stylo. Did the OTA update. It took up so much memory that I am not able to use the phone. I cant download apps or take pictures. District manager said it was my fault for updating the phone and making it not work. How it this my fault. It was an OTA update. Better off using smoke signals then boost phones.

Called asking about a phone and was hung up on by the rude staff

There sign says there open at 10a.m. every time i go there the open sign is on but the doors are locked at least leave a sign if your leaving or dont be in the back getting high when you have customers waiting there never open i went there this morning at 11 and this has happened several times they need people who take there job serious because that boost mobile is a joke
