I won’t name names to protect the innocent, but from Salesman to Sale Manager to Finance Manager, and the other support staff were all great and ready to do a deal. Even got an introduction to the Service Department in case anything ever goes wrong mechanically and who to see for regular maintenance. I loved my purchasing experience with this dealership but when my air conditioner quit working 60 days after my purchase, no one would get back with me on whether or not it would be covered! I either got the run around (they would always have to talk to someone else) or they would just flat out ignore me! I am so disappointed because I thought the exceptional customer service would extend after the purchase as well.Best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle so far! So many other dealerships work against you by trying to increase their profit margin but Tate Branch will work for you instead. A rare find and a pleasure to do business with!

I drive 30 minutes to get my vehicle serviced here because the costumer service is worth the drive. Not only is everyone friendly but the service is fast. I took my vehicle in and was told they would diagnose it same day. I waited four hours and when I finally went up to check the status, I was told that they hadnt even attempted it. So I clarified whether they would have a diagnosis for it same day because I live out of town, they confirmed. Waited another 4 hours and then was told that the initial technician could not figure out the problem so he passed my vehicle on to the Electrical Technician. At this point in time the one hour diagnosis fee turned into two. I didnt see any other option seeing as how I didnt have anywhere else to take it. So I had to agree to pay. They confirmed a same day diagnosis, low and behold it was a lie. So they kept my vehicle and I returned home. I decided to let them work out whatever needed to be done so the issue could be addressed. I call a full week later to check the status and yet again, they still hadnt looked at it. Apparently the Electrical Technician was busy until January. They said that they had forgotten to inform me and that they wanted my consent to pass it off to another tech who may know what to do with it. Lets just say that my vehicle spent an entire week in a shop, whose diagnosis fee is already much higher than industry standard, just for the service departments manager to tell me that theyll have it packed up and ready for me to pick up problem still existent. Worst shop Ive ever had to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

I have been waiting for two months for the paperwork to arrive at my local DMV so I can get my vehicle registered in my home state. Call after call still no valid answer as to what is taking so long and why.

Went to this joke of a Dealership for Differential, Fuel Injection Cleaning, Oil Change, Lube Drive Shaft, and power steering flush $790Two complementary vehicle inspections and 8 weeks later my brakes go from great to paying $1462! Spoke with Artesia location about inspection. There technicians did a horrible job on brake inspection and they refuse to refund money. B.S.

I just purchased a Dodge Pro master to do a camper conversion. I went to the used vehicle people to help me find a used one but instead I purchased a brand new one. Joseph is a great customer service representative for Tate branch! He made sure every thing was done and done right and I was comfortable with the van and the sale. He was even concerned about my little dog who goes every where with me! I think the one thing that I didnt like was the waiting time to get all the paperwork done. A little slow. I would recommend making making an appointment, arrangement for a ride, or letting them take you where you need to go. Other than that they are super friendly and let you know prices on thing before they just do them.

Took my car in for its routine oil change. Customer service was great as usual and I love that they actually check EVERYTHING for you so that youre not left in a bind later down the road.
