They will work me in is at all possible. I had actually tried to purchase my vehicle from you however, the salesman I was dealing with told me you do not participate in the GMS Program.

They charged me half the price Richland in Roswell dealership to program the remote start. I will definitely do all my business there from now on. Fast and friendly.

Great customer service. I explained exactly what I was looking for and Cody delivered. No hidden costs, no one tried to sell me additional items/ coverages. When I arrived at the dealership my car was ready, my paperwork was ready and it read as it had been explained. My wife and I signed and we were out of there within an hour and drove back to El Paso with our new car.

If I didnt have to click a star I wouldnt. The service department here is terrible, especially if you have company vehicles. They rob you blind when doing maintenance. I was charged $430 for 2 fuel filters. When I can get them done anywhere else for under $300. I even called the service manager and still got the run around. Very bad business practices at Guy Chevrolet. I guess they are trying to make up for lost profit during Covid.

Took in for low coolant level message. I didnt think it was really low, but turns out it was. They filled it up and all is well. Great service by Guy Chevy

This was the best buying experience we have ever had! I have never had someone search for discounts, rebates, and offers without me asking but Guy Chevrolet did. Everyone I worked with was friendly, helpful, and most importantly HONEST. Made my Ford guy decided he could switch to a Chevy just because of the quality of service we experienced. So impressed with Guy Chevrolet! I will send everyone I know to Guy Chevy for their next vehicle. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them!

Quick service no hassle or waiting

As usual, Guy Chevrolet worked very quickly and efficiently to take care of my car.

I was asked to come in so they could give me an offer on my used vehicle. I made it clear to them that I did not intend on purchasing anything from them. They told me to come in anyways for a professional appraisal or something along those lines...and I would assume, an offer. After sitting around waiting, I was informed they would not give me an offer unless I bought something. Wasted my time and theirs.

People treated us very well and satisfied with the service they provided

This was the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. After having the vehicle for two days for a simple diagnostic, they were not able to provide me with the actual diagnostic printout. When inquiring about this Eddie the owner said the printer was not working and handed me a piece of paper with the codes written down in pencil. His words were Im not sure if thats a zero or a six. That was not reassuring so again I inquired about the printout, I suggested that perhaps he could email me this when he stated he could not until it was printed. I offered to do it myself for him but he refused then I asked if I could walk him through it and he refused. He stated I was just trying to get out of paying for this service and I assured him that was not the case. After a prolonged conversation I just paid and left. I dont recommend this place to anyone!!!!

I went a few weeks ago to try to purchase a new vehicle, the staff was so rude and disrespectful I had to leave. I filed a complaint on the owner and have not heard back with an apology. This is why I am posting public. I do not recommend this place nor do I ever want to come back! Not to mention how dirty the place is. Clean it!
