I had a great experience here getting a new set of tires. The gentleman on the phone helped me to quickly decide on what tires to get and got me scheduled for the next day. The store manager, David, was extremely helpful and friendly. I also witnessed him very calmly and professionally deal with an extremely rude customer - highest level of customer service from David.

Took my car in for a wheel alignment check. Manager Joe did an excellent job The service included test drive, computerized check, and even a paper report. I was able to use an online ad for this FREE service. Especially for the “nature”of the alignment service… My experience here demonstrated a great deal of shop HONESTY and integrity. I recommend this store.

For being my first time, my experience was great. The manager went out of his way to help me even though it was almost closing time. Price was great very competitive with other tires shops. Would recommend to friends and family.

This is a very good place to go for car maintenance service. David was really helpful and nice. The place itself is really nice, clean, easy to find, and surrounded by a lot of restaurants and other stores. You can walk around or dine somewhere while waiting for your car to be fixed. I recommend this place.

I picked up a nail on the freeway and my tire went flat pretty quick. I made it here and David was great. Got my tire patched and they also checked my sensors. In and out pretty quick, and free of charge. Pretty impressed.

Went there some mechanic is screaming we are closed so I asked what time you open he say 8 am I look at my phone it is 759 am took off went to get tires somewhere else. Would of really liked to try this place since it is a couple blocks away from my house just didn’t work out.

Excellent customer service. Call was promptly answered, very professional, friendly and answered all my quick questions. I felt really comfortable picking this spot. I went in right away and they were happy to take my car as a walk-in.I am definitely 100% going there for all my car needs. The guy in the front was very reassuring and trustworthy.

I guess it depends on the sales person for the service after the sale. Really disappointed in the sales associate that basically blew me off this afternoon. Hopefully Ill be able to find the young man that sold me my tires and discuss with him the issue that Im having and its not even 60 days

I came in looking for some tires guy at the counter really helped me get what i was looking for. Unfortunately their machine slipped and damage 2 of my rim but before i even mentioned or noticed the damage they owned up to it and offered to replace them. Mistakes happened but i still highly recommend and 5 stars due to the fact that they were so profesional about it. your leaving your car in good hands

David was great! I had a nail in my tire and thought I needed a patch, he was great help and advised me to just get a new tire since the back tires were super low and not safe to drive. I am very happy with my new setup and will be back in the future and recommend people there

For having such high reviews, this store was such a disappointment. I came in with my tire pressure light on and the gentleman at the front desk asked if I knew which tires were flat. I told him I wasnt sure but possibly the front or back passenger tires. I just thought those two maybe looked flatter than the others. They took my car in and ended up calling me back pretty quickly. They said my treads were too thin for them to patch my tires so I should buy 4 new tires. I told them Im not ready to make such a big purchase that day. The gentleman was courteous and didnt push the sale on me, and gave me back my keys quickly. I asked him if they ended up finding any nails in my tires. He said they did find a nail and it was in the back right tire. I thanked him for the information and left. Decided to stop by another auto shop a few blocks away and it turns out there was no nail in any of my tires. As a matter of fact the pressure was slightly too high in two of my tires. They told me the uneveness in pressure of my four tires may have triggered the sensor. So they just reset the sensor. A week later, the flat tire alert has not come on again and none of my tires are flat... so there really were no nails. Sad that this American Tires is yet another manipulative auto shop just out for your money. It would have been another story if they actually checked my tires, told me I didnt have any flats, but suggested I change my tires.

I was very happy with my experience here! They were quick to get the parts my car needed and made sure everything was in working order before the end of the day. Really nice service too! Very impressed and happy with my service here today. I don’t know anything about cars and being a woman going to an auto shop I can’t help to think that some places might add additional services that You don’t even need and me once again not knowing anything about cars I will automatically say okay let’s do it so it was really hard for me to find a good spot but I am very glad I found this place, I went in asking for an oil change and for a light that had turned on and I had no idea what it was for but when I came in here today I was very fortunate that Frank helped me out. He was very pleasant and honest with his words, he explained to me what the light was and why it turned on and what I needed and what to be careful with, they changed my oil and even did a quick check on my car to make sure everything else was good and I was on my way, they were very Efficient and professional. I will definitely be going back here for my car needs.

I called at 5:20pm about coming in to get my tire patch. I got there 20 min later, sit and waited about 5-10 min. and they come to tell me that they ran out of tire patch. They should have told me this over the phone. Lazy worker just wanted to go home at their closing hours 6pm. Very inconvenient.

Went here this afternoon and purchased a tire and windshield wipers and everything was put on within 15 mins. The sales representative was awesome. I will be going back when I need tires again.

Overall great experience, easy to get quoted and an appointment.Competitive pricing, and though there was an upsell for insurance and alignment at the appointment, manager did his best to offset cost and keep price target in range making the upsell totally worth it.
