I had a great experience replacing all 4 tires and getting new brakes thanks to Ed Jimenez, the manager at Artesia Tires & Service. He was extremely helpful in getting budget friendly service and tires. I came in one morning after my tires blew out and Ed was able to get me new tires and a brake job all on the same day! Incredible customer service and work. I’m glad to have found a trustworthy and reliable tires and service center with Ed taking care of his customers. Highly recommend for tires and brake jobs!

I went in because I had a nail in my tire. I walked in and they took care of me fast. It was a Monday morning around 10am. They found 2 in nails in my tire and they took care of the problem. It’s been 2 weeks and the car drives fine.It looks like a clean experienced body shop. I would call them to see what type of service they offer. They seem pretty knowledgeable. They don’t do smogs and they don’t sell used tires.

I went here for my tires and oil change that I have neglected only because its hard to find someone trustworthy who isnt gonna try to sell you on all the things you dont need for your car. Ed came highly recommended so I took the drive out to see for myself. I have to tell you as a single woman in a mans automotive world, Ed listened to why I was there, gave me options for my tires and oil change, He didnt talk down to me or make me feel as if I dont know my car and he let me decide which option would fit my budget, That was the WOW factor. He was respectful, honest and had my car worked on quickly. Customer service is a big thing these days and although I could have went closer to home it was worth the drive. I am definitely recommending this place for all your car service needs Perfect 10 stars!!!

Of course I got a $3,000 repair/maintenance quote from the dealership after an oil change. But who can afford that? Not me. I heard of Ed from a friend of mine. I decided to give him a shot. BEST DECISION! Ed was very knowledgeable, honest and had great customer service. I gave him the list, they checked my car and told me the real version of what I needed. He was competitive and saved me a good bit of money. I left feeling confident in the work that was done to my car. He will definitely be my go to mechanic from here on out.

Theres nothing that boils my blood more than a mechanic taking advantage of a young woman. Went in for an oil change and they came to me with all these problems Come to find out my car was completely fine because I went to two other auto shops to get a second/third opinion since they gave me a quote of 1140 dollars to fix my vehicle. Last time I checked most people in California dont have an extra 1140 laying around to dish out so quickly. Also they overfilled my tires so my tire pressure light would go on to convince me there was a problem. Dont go here.

Good price on tires

Worst experience ever. They scratched my rims while putting on tires. I spent 1600 dollars. When I went back to show them the unprofessional job I was belittled and embarrassed in front of a customer. I was asked to leave because Ed the manager said I was being aggressive. All I asked was for the owners number but his reply was there is no owner. He ended up calling the police because i wouldnt leave without a number to complain about this horrible experience. I was disrespected by Ed and one of his co workers. I would never recommend or return here ever.

They do not make the warranty valid on the tires, they make the pretext that we ran the tire without air, they do not understand that being on the road you have to move so as not to hinder traffic
