This was the first time in my life I have bought paint, and I walked in like a deer in the headlights not knowing what to do, other than I wanted to cover a hideous dark red bedroom in a light gray color. Right off the bat, as soon as I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted by a female employee in the back who said hello to me and that someone would be right with me. A few seconds later, an employee named Jeremy came up front and asked how he could help. I showed him a sample of said hideous red paint color, and asked how I could cover it with a light gray. He recommended a certain primer, and then a couple of different paints to go over it at different price options. I told him I had no idea what color I wanted (heck there are hundreds of shades of gray!) and he said no problem and took me over to the color sample wall, and in no time (under 5 minutes) helped me pinpoint exactly the shade that I loved. Jeremy was obviously very experienced, knowledgeable, and great at customer service! He did recommend that I take the paint sample home to look at it in the lighting of the room, due to the fact that it would look different there than in the store. I decided to throw caution to the wind though and went ahead and asked him to mix up the paint for me on the spot (I did move the sample around from the light in the window, to under the front desk, and different angles, and liked the way the color changed in all those scenarios). So in no time Jeremy had the paint mixed up, tinted the primer, and we were also able to pick up a roller, tape and a few other items at a very reasonable cost I felt. Oh and the paint was on sale at 25% off! In all I could not be happier about the whole experience. And Im not afraid of painting any more so I will be back!

A paint store with a lot of supplies. Female workers Attitude was so so and not as helpful as she should be. Maybe an off day for her. Great selection of color chips to look at.

Great store to buy paint from. The workers were courteous and pleasently to deal with. They listen to my issue and worked with me to find the best matching color for my touch up paint job. They were patient and friendly and in the end the paint matched great and I have no issues with the quality of paint I bought.

Worst location to deal with. We love this company and will always use them, but avoid this location like covid!

Worst Sherwin store I’ve ever been to. Elizabeth was not remotely helpful and acted like matching a siding paint was an impossible task she would not even try. I wish I could get that hour of mu life back.

I was trying to finish repainting my condo and ran out of the Sherwin Williams custom color I needed to complete the job. I called the store at 7 AM in the morning and asked if the color could be matched based on the color number and color name and yes it could. The young lady I spoke with said she would have it ready for curbside pickup in 30 minutes and it was ready when we got there! Great experience and great paint!

Thank God for Jack And Lindsey at this store. They saved us our money spent on paint that we will be now able to use. They were so kind and felt bad for us that the store in Arnold would not do. They would do nothing to help us. I will always refer people to this store they were great.be sure to go to Fenton not Arnold.

They were out of the 50-50 3/4 roller cover I wanted, but got a decent alternative. Couldnt find my companys account. So I paid, not a big deal at $10. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Closed 15 minutes before they were supposed to. Turned the lights off while we were at the door.

Helpful staff, everything you need for painting, very neat place. These days they could be more thoughtful about keeping people distanced from each other - we got confused at exit.

I went in to match the trim paint used by the original builder in our home. They did it perfectly, including the sheen. They offer specific products for your projects so dont be shy and not ask. Both Kyle and Elizabeth are knowledgeable about what is needed for prep and paints. I figure if you are going to all the trouble of doing the work yourself, why not buy the best paint for a lasting job.

Ive used many different brands of paint from low cost to high cost and Sherwin Williams has endured our East-South facing home, in this mid-west location and has not oxidized. I cannot say the same for the other brands of paint I have used.

Elizabeth took the time to match the color to my sample exactly. She even took the paint outside multiple times to check the color in the natural sunlight. She was very kind and patient.
