We love this coffee shop. The coffee is always delicious and unique. Their craft coffee drinks are also well made! The customer service is wonderful. The BURRITOS are sooooo good... especially the Rise Up. Probably the best burrito weve had in MD yet! The Acai bowl is also delicious. With this past experience, we will be coming to Rise up more often!

Dont think Ill be back. Have had multiple bad experiences in a row but still try to give them another chance. Used to order mocha latte with them being more coffee forward than mocha, which is what is preferred. As of recent, theyve been overwhelming with mocha sweetness, so I went to another item. Tried the cold brew with mocha. Still the same problem. Youd think when someone orders a mocha cold brew, no milk, no sugar it would more coffee forward, again same problem. Quality doesnt compare to the Ocean City location.

You can always order ahead on site, or come and get something. I really like to buy there frozen Chai tea or cold Chai tea.

WIFI NEVER WORKS. But sugar free matcha smoothie with oat milk and sugar free vanilla NEVER DISAPPOINTS. 10/10 But everytime I come in and it’s a different cashier it’s a different price, online it’s always $5, today it was $6 with the new guy.

Havent been to a Rise up for about 5 years, last one was in Easton. Always pleased. Today however; coffee was fine but the Sausage/Egg biscuit was not. Was like biting into the mojave. Driest ive ever had, virtually inedible. Had to peel off most of the biscuit leaving just enough to hold the sandwich together. Will be back for coffee, but nope to the food....

Had a breakfast burrito and a smoothie both of which were delicious. Really good breakfast place.

LOVE Rise Up! Cant even drink ☆bucks anymore because it pales in comparison. Their coffee is amazing, their selection is wonderful, their store is quaint and progressive and adorable. Love Rise Up in Arnold!

Love this place! Their coffee, their burritos, their staff - the absolute best. The Arnold location is awesome and they’re so friendly and welcoming here. I’ve come in religiously since this location opened up this summer and the staff, especially Liz, goes above and beyond to not only remember my name but my usual orders - even the rainbow sprinkle donut that my daughter absolutely loves! Those little things go a long way especially first thing in the morning. Thank you guys for everything!

There are a few places that have my respect in terms of quality, service and overall satisfaction, and Rise Up Coffee nails it easily! The online order service is phenomenal; the store is clean and simple; the staff is extremely friendly; payment options are super simple; the coffee is SPECTACULAR!!!This coffee pales in comparison from Starbucks and City Dock! It doesnt have the burnt taste to it, it isnt harsh to the stomach. Even the flavor iced coffee selection has even converted a few Starbucks snobs to Rise Up Patrons!The food is delicious, and made fresh...not that microwave BS reheated stuff you get at other coffee chains. I also appreciate the trade organic quality of the food and coffee.Overall I would highly recommend Rise Up as your go-to for your morning caffeine fix. Dont change a thing, the formula is perfect!

Had a delicious breakfast burrito today. Served with a side of green salsa, it was really amazing! Good friendly service, very clean & nice bathrooms. We sat outside and enjoyed our coffee and breakfast. Really good!

New coffee place in Arnold taking the place of the closed City Dock. Friendly staff. Newly remodeled, so nice and clean. I didnt realize at first, but they have a good menu. My fried egg on biscuit was satisfying.
