Friendly service and comfortable atmosphere

Cool place which is close to work and the staff is usually always friendly save for 1 person who seems to be an introvert; no big deal. Place would get a better rating from me if I didnt just spend $18.20 for two microwaved egg and microwaved sausage and cheese breakfast sandwiches and 2 iced coffees. They werent specialty drinks just coffee, ice and vanilla syrup. Im not trying to complain just justifying a 3 star rating for a place I actually enjoy. Otherwise, great spot

Service is slow, employees look depressed and act like robots. It’s a shame I love the chicken salad sandwich but don’t think I’ll come back after an employee hung up on me because they were busy. I’ve done nothing but be polite to the employees there and it sucks because they are the only coffee shop near by but I’d rather make my coffee at home for now on. Don’t go here employees are horrible!!!

I met a friend here for a deep conversation. I wasnt sure what I wanted, but I wanted it strong! They recommended a powerhouse. Yeah, that tickled my soul. Nice vibe here.

Baristas are super friendly and ready to help you decide. If you come in there deciding between two things they help you decide on whats the better one. Love this place!!

This shop is so aesthetically pleasing, in other words it has a very cozy and beautiful ambiance. The cofee I got was absolutely delicious and it was way better than Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. They were quick with my order and they made it exactly how I wanted it! No complaints!

I wish I could leave negative stars. This place has staff that are not trained and rude. Not to mention the unspeakable acts they do when closed, like standing on the counters, walking barefoot on places where food is prepped, and doing nasty things to one another. The place is dirty, out dated, and smells badly. I cant stand starblank but would visit there over this place in a heartbeat.

Coffee tastes burnt. Young staff sometimes have unfriendly attitude. Good scones but dont make enough on weekends.

Im from Minnesota and Caribou Coffee has always been my favorite coffee, but now I would say City Dock is! The staff and other customers at this location are always very nice. I would stop by here if you want a lower cost amazing cup of coffee!

Fantastic coffee and pastries! Their cold brew coffee is the best. I also buy their beans for coffee at honme, try the signature Boat Guys blend!

The coffee is ok. I wish they would clean this place up. It feels like a sticky bowling alley everywhere. I think the only thing appealing about this place is the location at this point. Avoid the bathrooms.

Good coffee and snacks, and a comfortable atmosphere. Service can be hit or miss depending on the barista; some more friendly and warm than others, but overall good.

Parking is tricky during busy times. Its on the small side can seem cramped at times. The table with the cream, sugar, honey etc. Is too high. My wife is 5 and has to ask for help with her coffee when there very inconvenient for her. The coffee and food is good I would recommend going during off hours..

Great coffee and great service. I uploaded an image proving that their internet service is satisfactory. If you dont have a good connection, sit in the back of the store as that is where the router is located.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. This was my first time coming here (I went to the one near Cape St. Claire) because I had a gift card and I stopped by early morning before work and I couldnt have been more displeased. I walked in and the 2 girls just looked at me like I walked in at 2am- no good morning or happy smiles.It was also pretty concerning that the girl handed me my coffee without a sleeve on it- burning hot, and then when I asked if I could have one, she told me they are over there, aka, across the room. Why wouldnt you put the sleeve on the cup and then hand it to the customer?Even if I receive sub-par coffee, Ill still come back if I get great customer service. Here, I got over priced coffee AND awful customer service. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Been a long term loyal customer - probably 20 years if its been here that long, but its really startng to go downhill. Rug held down with duct tape and bathrooms frequently dirty. Were regular weekend patrons and even though we always enjoyed the local neighborhood feel, its just starting to feel neglected, rather than campy. Completely different experience from the owners other place downtown in Annapolis - which is great. Bay Hills has always kept our business because the coffee is good, but over the past year, too many cases of poorly made drinks. Todays latte was undrinkable. I have confidence the owners can turn it around, but hurry!

This location is permanently closed. The landlord raised the rent to high. Second store in shopping center to close for that reason.

Its okay its no starbucks but they still have quality and friendly staff just the same. Enjoy

I went here every Tuesday while my kids attended classes. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff was so friendly.

The coffee here is good but when Im trying to meet up for business meetings I am very hesitant to choose city dock because of the utterly dismal internet connection. They need to take a page out of Starbucks in Severna Parks playbook and draw customers in with a legitimate internet connection.
