I was in for brunch, and wow 👏 I have been to many restaurants and also worked at many restaurants and I can tell you these folks have something special going on.The level of attentiveness to guest is amazing. Very cordial the counter service was interesting but didnt take away from the experience at all.The food came out quick and it was delicious! The atmosphere was relax fun and friendly all the things you want while enjoying your meal.Get there early as it gets busy but the service is quick! 10 out of 10 will recommend next time im in town from Austin !!

Food is fast casual. Its tasty with a wide selection. My favorite part of this place is the excellent staff. They treat you better than family. They are considerate and really care to make your experience nice.

Went here on a search to try a new restaurant! Service was great, very friendly and quick. Now the food, I have to visit and try something different but what I had was simple and pretty good. These pancakes though!!!! Loveeee. Im one of those picky pancake 🥞 kinda gals. The potatoes, still dont know whats in them but eh! Will bring my husband back to visit with me.

Today was my first visit. The hostess was very personable and professional. The young man that took my order and the gent who brought my food to the table were both awesome. My over medium eggs were perfect. The grits were just like my grandmothers. They gave me a healthy portion of bacon. The Texas toast was buttered to perfection. Despite being busy the food was prepared quickly. Very good experience and I will definitely visit again.

Good location. The staff is very nice and helpful. The food is very good. The chicken and waffles look amazing. They have some vegetarian options but not many vegan options available. It gets crowded so try to go early on the weekends. When you get there they assign you a table, then you go to the counter to order, once your food is ready the staff will bring the drinks and food to your table.

You order in the front and they bring it to you. Omelet was amazing the eggs Benedict was a little over do. Waffle was also delicious. The staff is super friendly and attentive. We will try it again.

Service was over the top friendly and attentive. We were there for breakfast. All three of us thought the food each of us ordered was delicious. I had an omelets and waffle. All food came out fresh and temperature appropriate. Prices were very reasonable, actually seemed quite inexpensiveto me. My only complaint is that the syrup seemed watered down and wasnt as flavorful as I prefer. Would absolutely go back again and highly recommend.

Great service, the food was good but the portions were a bit disappointing. The orange juice wasnt that exciting. My future father in law loved his avocado toast meal but finished it quite fast. He was definitely in the mood for some more food but given the prices it wasnt really worth it.

First time in Dallas, TX and we have been testing out different locations for breakfast. Bay34 was my favorite! They have a different setup than what i am accustomed to for ordering your food and grabbing your drinks. There is an ordering window that you walk up to in order to place your order, and cups are handed to you here so you can fill up in the back. (Pics attached) the turnaround time to get our food was quick, and our waitress was sweet & efficient. The food was delicious, french toast was good and the berry crepes were even better. If we ever are in TX again, we will definately be stopping by to grab some breakfast.

Food is overpriced in my opinion. This was $16 definitely not worth it. The eggs were watery the french toast had no powdered sugar and tasted bland and soggy. I will never order from here again.UPDATE: Food was absolutely disgusting. I couldnt even finish it. Not sure how this place has such good reviews somebody is lying. This food is terrible🤢🤮

My girlfriend and I just had breakfast here. I had the Smoked Lox Benny and she had the Berry Crepes. Everything’s was fantastic! Came out fast considering how busy they were. Fresh taste and great presentation! Will definitely be back as seeing its around the corner from our new house.

Cannot speak highly enough about this place. First time being in Texas and the food did not disappoint. My friend got the Texas Morning and I got the Nutty Professor pancakes with an iced caramel macchiato. Staff was super friendly and checked in about the food multiple times, chatted with us about our morning and made us laugh. Food was excellent, coffee was better than any macchiato I’ve had. Chicken fried steak had the perfect amount of spice balanced out by the gravy. Pancakes and Nutella with bananas, hard to go wrong with that choice. If I ever find my way back to Texas I will definitely be back.

GO TO THIS WONDERFUL PLACE!!!!!!!I drove from Dallas to meet my younger brother in Arlington for brunch, I randomly selected this place and I was not disappointed. I ordered a very simple breakfast, biscuits and gravy as well as eggs and bacon, and a coffee. The food was wonderful! And my coffee was like something from an upscale coffee house, tasted so good🖤Also the staff were all SO KIND and attentive! The business owner himself is a super sweet, down to earth and humble man who knows exactly what he is doing with this place. I’ll be going back!!!

I’ve been coming to this diner for over three years now but the service and quality from today’s visit was the worst. They must be under new ownership or maybe newer staff because of Covid. We were sitting on a bench with the service counter right behind us. When the server brought out our food he tried to hand it to me from over the bench. I refused to grab it and asked him to come around. I got the chicken and waffles and the chicken was falling apart (see images). The chicken with this meal is typically tender style, but i was served a large chicken patty cut into two. During our meal the stack of receipts fell right next to me, centimeters away from falling in my purse. When the server came around to pick up the plates he stood on one end of the table and stuck out his hand asking me to pick up my plate and hand it to him over my husband still eating. The staff were highly unprofessional and they all seemed to be new staff as we hadn’t seen any of them before. We saw one server stop to watch the game on tv with food in his hand as he was going to give it to someone. Another server had his pants sagging so low we kept having to see his rear end while eating our meal. Very disappointed with today’s visit and not sure if we’ll be back anytime soon.

Interesting last visit experience and a rather rude response to my request, so I left, and I am unlikely to return. A few months ago, I tried this restaurant as it is down the street from where I get my weekly allergy. Breakfast was good, especially the oatmeal, and I became something of a regular. In the past, I sat down, up to the counter to order, food was delivered. I like to read a book if dining by myself and their 2-tops are very small, making this difficult with a full plate of food, coffee, etc. This time when I walked in, there was an employee assigning tables, and I was assigned a 2-top. It was 10:00 AM, and the restaurant was not quite 50% full, with lots of 4-tops available, so I asked for one. (Had the place been full, it would have been a reasonable assignment.) The response was a rather rude NO! We must save those for larger groups. OK then, with that kind of customer service, I left, got on the waitlist for First Watch, and enjoyed a nice breakfast at a table big enough for me to read my book.

So freaking delicious. The Belgian waffle was amazing. I want it all the time now. Definitely recommend.

Apparently I was the only person who didnt know about this little gem. I passed by Sunday and it was packed. My husband took me on Monday for breakfast/brunch and it was absolutely delicious. The gentleman (my husband said hes the owner) was extremely personable and the entire staff was helpful and courteous

I can happily say I have found my new breakfast spot. This was my first time here and I am so incredibly happy we stumbled across them on google. Walking in we were immediately greeted, she was super friendly and helped us out. She gave us the menu, quick rundown on what to do, chose our seats and the food was out in no time. Everyone was friendly, they even came back to check up on us after we were done to see how we enjoyed our meal.First time but definitely not the last.

Just had the grits! Absolutely delicious. I’m very picky about grits so if I say they’re good they’re good. I ordered to go and all my food is as prepared and delivered perfectly. Can’t wait to go eat in person with my family.

Food was fairly good. Be aware that is no waiting area, due to covid you have to wait outside until they call your name. Also, you order the food yourself and they bring it to you, but the food is good.

The service was great. We had pancakes, grits, and scrambled eggs. The food tasted pretty good. However, our main issue was, our food was cold, when it arrived to our table. The young lady asked if we wanted her to fix it, but we decided it was worth the hassle, and proceeded to eat what we had. Wed visit again, to give them a chance to get it right.

We went around 1 on a Sunday and were not impressed. Our table was wiped down but was just so sticky. The bathrooms are disgusting and broken. The whole place needs to be deep cleaned. The food was good but over priced. Staff looked bored standing around. Kid who took my order was nice. We drove a while to try this place but probably wont come back.

The food was very tasty. Its a small intimate dining area and it also has outside dining available. The service was good and fast. The only thing I did not like about it was, you had to go to the counter to place your order after you were seated. But they do bring the food to your table.

Service is fantastic but food was just okay. Do not get the chicken and waffles. I am a absolute fan and a Southern Girl so I know what they should taste like and this is not it. The chicken taste like it came out of a box and to top it off it is too salty in addition to that the batter is way to spicy. I love knew places to have breakfast and I am a complete foodie. Maybe try something else because this left me *******Nauseous*******.

Weve passed this place several times. Today my wife and I both suggested it to each other. I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the team. They all seem to be happy and definitely engaged. The food was very well prepared and brought out in a timely manner. We will definitely return and recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Was not happy at all. First of all waited 45 minutes for a table. Once we got sat the hostess said when we are ready to order go get in the long line to put my order in. After waiting another 10 minutes in line the guy said we our over booked in the kitchen so what table are you at. We will call you back up when we are not busy. After another 15 min we finally got to put our order in. When the food came turns out you our your own waiter you literally do everything but cook your own food. You want silverware or condiments, you get it yourself. I felt like I was at a fast food chain not a diner. Finally I try my food and it was mediocre, good taste, but overcooked. Don’t even get me started on the prices. Definitely will not go back. I will go to ihop first.

Great place. It’s a self seating and going up to the counter to order type of place. Over all the service was great and the food was better. They serve beef bacon which I never had and it was delicious. They also have an option to be seated outside but due to the summer heat we chose to sit inside with the nice ac. Waiters were also nice and attentive.

The experience and food was great! The 2 personal butlers is a novel idea and they were fantastic! Better than most waiters at restaurants that Ive been at. I would include a picture of the food but it disappeared too quickly. We got the chicken waffle, corn beef hash meal, the Big Frenchie, and the Gracie Benny. No complaints at this table.

My husband and I pass this restaurant literally twice a day 5 days a week (to and fe work). We decided to stop in one Saturday. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a welcoming gentleman behind the counter. We couldnt decide on just one meal for each of us. We got 2 and one to share ( yes, we ended up with leftovers) and wow it was sooo worth it. Glad we got there early though because toward the end of our meal that door opened and didnt stop!! Good job! Best of luck. We will be back!

Very nice little Cafe style restaurant. You have to go to the cashier and order your food and they will bring it to your table.all of food order comes out about the same way you placed your order. The food was very good.

This place was delicious!!! Ive always seen this place but never had the chance to try it. Today I finally go to go see whats up with this place and all I can say is that it was great. The food was delicious I got the american breakfast it was biscuits and gravy with eggs and bacon. It was delicious and I also had to get the pancakes and it was so good. We happen to be in the neighborhood and Googled this place! Wow! Im now a fan! I had the breakfast Hells Kitchen Quesadilla with breakfast potatoes. This meal was superb!!! My hubby had basic 2 breakfast and apparently it was great because I didnt get a bite of the pancakes!!! He always ears 1 pancake and lets me eat at least 1/2 of 1. But not today, he said they were perfectly fluffy! I saw the omelette and waffles in another table that looked amazing! Yes, I will be returning!!! Customer service was outstanding!!! A must try!

Walked in and notice it said New York style dinner. I was thinking that I hope the service isn’t like New York. I couldn’t be more impressed. I mean the food was definitely great, high quality compared to most breakfast place, but what impressed me was the service. Like seriously blew me away. Our waiter/ hostess David was so attentive and personable. I notice that David would frequently look around to make sure if all patrons were comfortable and satisfied with their food. Even as we got up to leave, David was carry a whole bunch of dishes to the back and had to back out the kitchen door just to say bye to us. Food was good but definitely coming back for the service!

First time being here I ordered the traditional beanie. The eggs benedict was done excellent the egg was running the holiday sauce was not broken like some other restaurants that Ive been to and it was on a nice tender layer of Turkey so thats why I give it the four stars would have been five if there would have been something other than the small measly greens that was served with it. As you can see in the picture this is what you get for $10.09 without a drink. So the value with the Benedict and the greens is not worth it.

Dont eat Pork? Well walk in feeling confident in ordering anything on the menu! Pancakes are fluffy, flavorful, and melt in your mouth. My pancakes, scrambled eggs, beef bacon (cant find any other place with this on the menu) were perfectly cooked & beautiful (I am a fool for pretty food)🤤🤤🤤. I will most definitely make regular visits and recommend this establishment to anyone. I am excited to try other menu items. Above all CUSTOMER SERVICE was EXEMPLARY from first foot in the door to my last walking out!

My friend and I came early so there wasnt much of a wait. I got the parfait and she got the omelette aside with some other more. Honestly, I was actually surprised by how good the food was. Breakfast to order. Great coffee, very nice, attentive staff with great attitudes.Nice atmosphere. Cant say enough about the food, people and coffee!My only complaint.. the chairs are very uncomfortable. They are metal which is fine but, the back presses in on your sides, making them very uncomfortable. I looked around to and noticed everyones back was pressed in by the metal bars on either side in the back.They have outdoor picnic table seating as well.

I guess we chose a bad day to come given the holiday. Not only did we wait for about 45 minutes just to come inside to be seated, we then waited nearly another hour between waiting in line to order and receiving our food. One of my friends got her food like 6-7 minutes before us, which I dont believe is the best way to do it. Not only that, my food wasnt really that hot by the time I got it. I ordered the Hells Kitchen quesadilla with egg whites, a lettuce wrap, and the other sides that I assumed came with it free of charge. My friends had ordered for me, so I didnt see what the upcharge was for, but I assume it was the egg whites or the guacamole, neither of which was specified as being an extra charge on the menu. I also thought the menu stated a different price than what I was charged, so my meal ended up being a few bucks extra. Its not the end of the world, but its disappointing given it really wasnt that much food.It was weird timing also, because paramedics rushed in to assist a customer. Between that and guests waiting in line, it was very hot in the restaurant with the doors wide open.The wait staff was very friendly, but overall, it was hectic, and service entirely too slow. Im a bit disappointed in the food given the rave reviews, and I wouldnt go out of my way to stop there again.

We came from out of town wanting something we dont have in our area. Picked this spot based on their menu. However, we will return when we visit again. We had an amazing breakfast, and staff is very friendly and attentive. The person taking our order knew his customers and took the time to talk to us. Really enjoyed it all, but their cheese and eggs (simple as it sounds) was delicious!

Ordered delivery. It seems the order was made rushed and not verified at all. Was missing an order of fries. A drink, and not a single condiment for my pancakes even when I actually put on special request to add EXTRA syrup. Got none at all. So even if the pancakes were suppose to be good. I had to eat cold soggy pancakes because my husband had to go out and get the stuff they missed before I can enjoy them.

This is the second sit down restaurant we have been to in a year. The first was a disappointment but Bay34 is outstanding! It was the best Eggs Benedict I have ever had. In the car my husband said That was the best omelet I have ever had. I dont know who the chef is but you better give them a raise. Going back tomorrow and am very excited just thinking about it. Excellent food, excellent staff. A welcome addition to the neighborhood.

I really wanted to give 5 stars. We spent $31 before tip, for two people. You order at the front counter before sitting down. This may speed things up, maybe? I would say its a bit noisy inside. Decor was rustic modern. The food was fresh and very tasty. I feel its a bit expensive. Combine that with ordering from the counter and I give three stars.

Passed this place multiple times before finally getting off early enough on a Sunday to try it out for breakfast! Found a table immediately and then went up to the counter to order. Quick process with ordering and receiving our items. The food was so good my son ate his entire plate which is rare in his toddler life! Definitely would recommend and will be back soon to try out the lunch menu.

Stopped by for a late breakfast and had the all American breakfast. The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy and the biscuits and gravy were great, The biscuits were light with a slight crunch when you bit in The bacon was not crisp as I prefer but otherwise OK. The cinnamon roll is more of a doughy pastry rather than the traditional roll. It tasted good but could have used a bit more cinnamon.

Ive been looking for a yummy brunch place and this right here is exactly that. Not only is it super cute and cozy, but the food is absolutely spectacular. Everything looks just as good as it tastes. Such a vast menu with many different options to please any craving, my friend got an omelet and I got chicken and waffles. I dont even like eggs and the omelet was amazing! Dont get me started on the chicken.. probably the best chicken I have ever tasted in my life! Also forgot to mention how incredible and kind the service was. If I had to recommend any brunch place to anyone, it would have to be this one without a doubt.

Pretty good breakfast selection. Portions are kinda on the small side depending on what you order. Setup in interesting. You’re handed a menu and seated then told to go back up front to order and pay. They then bring your order to you. Kinda like a counter service restaurant but not. Food was good. Service was quick. Young, enthusiastic, friendly staff. The chicken fried chicken/Hen House Breakfast was perfect.Sons pancakes were light and fluffy. Daughters Statten Island Crepes were perfect, not overly sweet as she worried might be the case with the nuttella.Bacon was rich in flavor. The bacon looks burnt/extra crispy, but it was a chewy style...for those picky about it the texture.My wife loved her Hells Kitchen Quesadilla.The kids chicken strips were a half breast of the chicken fried chicken, so one has to cut it up for the littles, but the food is superior!Ill be back.

Fantastic breakfast location. The wife was focused on going to a chain breakfast eatery and the google deities steered me to 34th instead. The food is delicious and the portion are big enough to share. Crepes are perfect, chicken and waffles-A+. The list could go on. This should be your stop on your next breakfast quest.
