The last time I had to get my car inspected. It didn’t pass because of back breaks . So I went and got them changed . They did a good job . later I needed front brakes installed. Took in at 11:00 and the gentleman said I can have it done this afternoon. I really needed the work done .2 hours later job done . Very nice people. Fast. … Did a awesome job . Price up front. Did a great job
The repair ($1400) was for a leak in water pump of a 2015 VW Golf with 100k miles. The technician DOWNS delivered the car as ready when it actually had a new gasoline leak caused by the work he had done that day. The fumes were so bad I couldnt drive and had to return it to the shop for further inspection. He had broken a gas pipe and didnt own to his mistake. On top of his poor technical knowledge, he left a tool in the engine bay that could have caused a life threating accident. When I spoke to the manager NASIFF asking for a refund on the labor, he refused and said we dont work like that. The owner S. GIL cant be found or contacted. I am ashamed to have a business in Arlington, VA that is so poorly run, that takes advantage of their customers, and doesnt own up to their mistakes.
The Cashier there was very rude and spoke profound hateful language at me over parking in the parking lot. Bob &Ediths diner was full of parking and the back side of the building was being blocked by a big F150 where u couldnt make the turn to park in the back of Bob&Ediths diner. My order was a pick up, so maybe 15 mins at the most. I know based on simple respect and courtesy I will never go there again. If he would have asked simply for me to park else where, I wouldnt have had an issue.
Very rude manager. We regularly get gas from here. We had some trouble filling up on day and asked the manager to help; the guys asked for money simply to step out! We gotta make money his bland response to a request for help that would enable us to pay for gas from HIS station!Never buying gas (or anything) here again for sure
I am pretty upset that I paid $2 to use the air outside, and the air chuck was damaged internally. Next, I go to the cashier for a refund, and he refuses to give me a refund.
I went there to ask if they could pump some air into my tire, and they kindly said yes, I had no money but they still accepted me. As the employee edgar was pumping air into my tire I said thats enough, and for him it wasnt and kept on pumping air into it. Later when he saw what he did he started blaming it on me, he said that the tire was wasted and all of that other stuff to get him out of trouble. I left and went home, I called them shortly, they answered and say they will get back to me. Im still waiting for their call back. (My tire popped) Now theyre saying they are not liable for that, worst service ever.
The sign says inspection bay open 8-6I went at 8:10 and nobody was there yet. Went back the next day at 11:30. The guy was at lunch. (Understandable, but maybe have a backup or change the sign) Manager said come back later, the last car needs to be in line at 5:30. Got there at 5:15: dark, closed inspection bay. Different guy at register was rather rude. Not sure why they even have hours posted.
Not sure why the negative reviews since I have found these guys to be the most honest and cost-effective of the mechanics in the area. I have a 2001 Mazda so I have been to a lot of mechanics and these guys have been the most fair that i have seen. Jobs quoted $500-600 elsewhere they did for less than 200. They also tend to be pretty fast and are now my go to shop.
The staff here is incredibly kind and went out of their way to help me even during the pandemic.
Great service, nice people, no price gouging.
Went today to get my cars emission test. Easy going and efficient. Not much talk, all business.
Horrible service, poor management.I called around 4pm on a Monday, asking if I drop my car off tonight, could you do an oil change tomorrow? Sure, no problem they said, as long as you drop it off by 11pm.I dropped it off at 8pm. I asked the attendant if where I had parked it was ok and he assured me yes, no problem. The attendant filled out a post it note. Yes, I repeat, a post it note, and told me to put my name and number at the top of it. I don’t know why I didn’t leave right then and there. I have had a couple of positive experiences with them in the past and I live right across the street, so I guess I felt comfortable. My mistake.I get home, after watching football and having several drinks down the street, just to sit on my balcony (which conveniently overlooks Citgo), just to watch a tanker pull up. Then the driver of the refill tanker is looking inside my car, the attendant comes out, they’re both looking at it and finally they end up moving it.Make a long story short, it turns out that I was parked too close to the fill-up in the ground and my car had to be moved. Well thank god the driver of the tanker was a great guy, and knew how to drive a stick shift, high performance car, because after the attendant attempted to, the tanker dude realized the attendant had no clue as to what he was doing and ended up moving it himself. As much as I appreciate someone who actually knows how to drive my car being the one to move it, there’s still a problem with that. He is not insured to move stranger’s cars. It is also not his job to do so. He told me he’s been telling them over and over again to NOT have cars parked in that particular spot on Mondays, but they just won’t listen. He says he hates moving cars, because he’s not insured to do so.I was livid. For several reasons. The main one being had I not watched it all happen I would’ve never known about it. What are they doing to your car when you’re not watching?....So I go downstairs, cross the street and demand a phone number to a manager or owner. I’m told no, it’s too late at night. I tell him I don’t care what time it is and you need to put me in touch with somebody. He finally relents and gives me the owner’s phone number. So I call and wake up the owner, whom I’m told is Gill. I apologize for waking Gill up, calmly explain the situation to him, tell him I no longer trust his establishment and don’t want his services, and I will pick my car up tomorrow and I expect it to still be there. He tells me to get my car off his lot if I don’t want his services. I tell him that it’s completely unacceptable to have unauthorized people drive my car. We end on an unpleasant note. So, it’s now 3:47 in the morning, and I’m waiting for a friend of mine to come move my car, after he gets out of work.
Very professional and very friendly! Also Ill mention theyre fast!
I called asking for an appointment for my car inspection the employee answered me rudely, yelled at me and hanged up on me while I was still talking. I can only imagine how the service is going to be.
Horrible station. Shady and dirty.
There pump not working properly and cashier blame my card.
Tried to charge me 600 and couldnt promise a fix. I did the same job, it took me 15 minutes and cost me 30 dollars. BEWARE!
You cant use your giant bonuses there
