Fast, fresh and flavorful! Servers are really kind too. You can tell this restaurant takes not only taste but texture and balance into account. And a very chill atmosphere to hang out in. I only wish that there was more clarity as to potential allergens since their dishes can be creative. Some typically gluten free items might not be gluten free.

Got a magnum roll, a chicken banh mi sandwich and a spicy oxtail chicken meat pho. I do like the concept of creating and customizing your own soup, toppings and sandwiches. My partner said the sandwich and the roll was great. For me the noodles, toppings were great. The chicken was a little chewy. And as you can see the broth is extremely oily. I know I got some chili oil with the broth, but it was not a “clean” broth like other locations I’ve been to. I more than usually finish my bowls, didn’t finish this one.

Amazing food and atmosphere. Friendly workers. We ordered Eggs Rated Banh Mi (I love eggs in my food :P) with Caramelized Pork Belly as my choice of protein and Sriracha Mayo. Its served on an artisan French Baguette. Toppings include 2 fried eggs, pickled medley, cilantro, cucumber, jalapeno, sauteed scallions, and fried shallots.Vermicelli Bowl with Vietnamese vinaigrette is my favorite. All the toppings are so fresh. Ive had it with Five Spice Chicken and Caramelized Pork Belly before. Go with Caramelized Pork Belly (always!). I always ask for extra vegetables. It comes with pickled medley, cilantro, cucumber, mint, lettuce, crushed peanuts, bean sprouts, sauteed scallions, and fried shallots.Free Imperial Rolls when you check-in on Yelp :)

This was the most tasty dish ever!! This was my 1st Pho dish. I ordered spicy oxtail broth with sirloin beef, shrimp, pork belly, scallions & bean sprouts. The broth was amazing, along with everything in that bowl. They have sitting upstairs & it look out into Rosslyn. The employees were so helpful & courteous. I will be returning with my family.

Happy Eatery as one of our staff calls it, is an awesome combination of three staples. I went for the broth bowl with low carb noodles and really enjoyed it. I tried a bite of a wrap and it was good too. The interior is about as industrial minimalist and casual as you can get.

I went to Happy Endings 2 nights in a row because I liked their menu and I wanted to try more food. The 1st day I ordered Spicy Hue Noodles (it was def spicy and made my nose run!) and Crispy Imperial Rolls. You order via an interactive screen (**they dont take cash**) and staff brings your order to the table. The staff is very friendly and my food came in about 5 minutes. I would give that visit 4 stars. My 2nd visit, I ordered milk tea, crispy Imperial rolls and Triple X fried rice. I was not impressed with the rice. It didnt look like the picture at all. The meat was diced, the beef was dry, the runny egg was over cooked and the rice was crispy. In addition my crispy rolls were room temperature. I give this visit a 2.

Very nice beef pho! Also nice staff ..Infinity (Lychee) was very good but really sweet (I chose less sweet option)... If you want to order an Asian style non-sweet tea, this is a bit different style. More like a dessert. But still good and would like to visit again if Im in the area.

Decided to visit the restaurant for my first time today since I was around the area, and I was really disappointed.. had 2 pieces of fried egg roll which ended up being cold, a bowl of beef pho to which there was more broth than noodles & slices of beef combined. The pho lack flavor since its was too oily from the spices in the soup, and the strawberry drink was bland (just tasted like milk without the strawberry) not filled all the to the top. This place just not it.. it was a huge let down for me that I spent close to $30 just on myself. If you really want your moneys worth with better quality pho (broth, noodles, and beef slices) with egg rolls without breaking the bank head to Pho Tai 63 in Bladensburg, Md. That restaurant has a solid 5 stars from me.

Ive only been here twice but I already love it! They have everything I like! Egg rolls that taste like lumpia, bahn mi sandwiches, bao bun sandwiches, and mochi muffins! So happy they started serving breakfast and the five stars includes great service and a really cute space! I wish I still lived in Rosslyn! The downstairs is for bakery items and takeout (I think) and the upstairs is for dining in.

Really cool concept located right in the heart of Rosslyn. You can get traditional Vietnamese dishes, Asian fusion and awesome drinks as well. Ive stopped by here a couple of times and always get the banh mi, magnum rolls, and dark roast Xin Vietnamese coffee. I stopped by recently to check out their new breakfast items and they did not disappoint. The pork belly/ Angus steak egg and cheese buns were like a savory McMuffin with quality meats. A bit messy to eat, but they do have it wrapped nicely. I would eat these things every day if I could. The textures of the soft warm bun with green onions, fried onions, cheese and perfectly seasoned meats left me speechless. The banh mis here are also quality you can tell because they pack it with a bunch of vegetables, meat and pate.Overall, I really like the concept and execution here. They also feature a rewards program. Im only giving this place a star off because service wait times here can be long and the prices are high. Breakfast can be over $20 and lunch over $40 for 2 people.

Came here a few times for take out. Banh Mi with shrimp was decent but it was $15 for the shrimp. Vermicelli bowl was prepackaged and ready to go as you order—even though they don’t tell you that. The meat wasn’t even warm when we got them. The cut of the sirloin steak was as big as a brick and tough as leather. The menu says lemongrass steak but I think they forgot the lemongrass in the marinade. While the portion was generous, the meat was barely edible—too chewy and thick.

Happy Endings Eatery was the gracious host for NOVA Yelp Elites first event of the year. They are conveniently located across the street from the Roslyn Metro Station (use the metro bus station exit). This two-story restaurant has chic decor and kiosk style walk-up ordering. Happy Endings is owned by the same parent company of Chasing Tails, Xin Coffee, Roll Play, Pho Play and Teas and You. They offer popular menu items from all of those places in this one location....what a great concept. I really enjoyed the spicy ox tail soup and the egg rolls. The chicken spring roll was delightful too. If you want great bubble tea, I recommend the pistachio bubble tea...it was delicious. The vietnamese coffee is another great pick as well for you coffee lovers....especially if you like your coffee strong; I know I do! :-) They are trying some new breakfast items on us Yelpers and while nothing I tried was bad, I definitely think they led strong with their popular dishes and the breakfast items need to mature. For example, the meatball in filo dough was the right texture, but didnt have nearly the flavor of their egg or spring rolls. Same with their version of an egg mcmuffin....bacon was a little greasy and the egg was a little dry. Definitely come here to enjoy their featured menu. Im positive the breakfast items will get better with time and feedback. Thank you again!

Delicious food, cool spot. Helpful staff. Order the beef phõ and get a large fusion fruit tea to go 💗 you won’t be disappointed. You can even customize the level of sweetness of your drink. I ordered mine at 75% and was still per sweet and delish. Oh and they have macarons!

The concept is an Asian food hall (Vietnamese centric) with all of the latest popular fare. Essentially you will find noodles galore, Vietnamese bowls & rolls, and certainly teas with fruit and boba infused goodness.Main level is TeasnYou where they have a wide selection of teas; milk tea, slushes, and eventually, macarons. The teas you can add any number of fruits and sweetness levels, as well as go hot or cold with the beverage. The second level hosts your food variety. This area contains Roll Play Vietnamese Grill and Pho Play Noodle Bar. The sampling of the caramelized pork belly magnum roll was great. You order on a touch screen and pick up when your order is complete. The space upstairs is imaginative, inventive, and cutesy with its seating and decor.Lots of promise here. Early days, so they are still working through some details and Ill update as time goes by.

This place is incredible. Great place to hang out, very efficiently run, and very friendly staff. The Spicy Hue Noodle Soup is excellent, banh mi is great, and the pho is up there with the best in the area and if you know the area then you know that is saying a lot.BUT...they have the absolute best macarons I have ever had. Hands down. No contest. I eat a lot of macarons and these are no joke the best I have ever had.

The concept here is an asian food hall, but to be honest the H-Mart in Fairfax by I-66 and The Block in Annandale executed the idea a lot better. Here they ended up grouping everything on one menu so it became just a standard restuarant style location opposed to food hall. I do give them points for location (conveniently located by the metro and you get to eat by the window looking down at the traffic and people walking by) and decorations (it is well lit and the light fixtures are different. They also have an interesting seat/table set up in the back. See the picture attached.).Now the most important part is the food. This place takes from the other restaurants under their brand, Happy Ending Hospatality (They seem to be missing items from Chasin Tails and Leid). The pho wasnt as flavorful as what I am use to. It was flavorful in the sense that there was a decent amount of salt but the spices were missing from the broth. I talked to an asian couple next to me and they agreed with me about the broth. If you want to know what Im talking about, go to Pho 75 down the street and you will notice a difference. The meat in the pho was overcooked to the point it was dry. Chewing the meat made my mouth dry out. There was a decent portion of meat though. The tea also wasnt great. Im use to getting tea from Teasin You at Tysons but this here was just bad. The tea is completely different even though its from the same brand. Though this was a new experience, Im not sure I would come back to this location. I would go back to each separate location (Roll Play, Teasin You, Leid, etc.). But this location would have to be a no for me.

The Egg rated Banh Mi sandwich is tasty and delicious. Be warned it’s a big portion and if you are expecting a traditional Vietnamese bánh mì, this isn’t it (there’s an egg in it.) but the usual suspects like pickled carrots, daikon, cucumber, cilantro, etc. are there. The bread is amazing as well, super crisp and not too thick.I would give a 4.5 overall, but that’s not an options so went with 5. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, food and bubble teas are delicious, but food service needs some ironing out still. But definitely recommend.

A good bowl of pho is the culinary equivalent of a warm hug from a beloved relative (something all the more rare and precious in 2020), and the pho at Happy Endings Eatery is no exception. The broth is savory and flavorful without being heavy, and in my experience the portions of noodles, bean sprouts, onion, and meat (Ive gotten beef and chicken) are generous. The egg rolls are delicious, as egg rolls usually are, and the andouille sausage is crisp and chewy in all the right ways. The only menu item Ive tried but would not recommend is the fried rice, and even then, it wasnt bad, just not especially flavorful. All that being said, the pho is definitely the star here.As far as service goes, Ive only ever ordered online and then picked up my meal in-store, but every time, this restaurant has been prompt and accurate with my order (and often includes things like plasticware or sauces without me even asking for them).Overall, I definitely recommend Happy Endings Eatery, particularly if youre in the mood for some pho.

A tasty and varied new Vietnamese food hall right off from the Rosslyn metro station. It has two floors and an immense variety of options. Today I went for the first time after a long anticipation. I love Vietnamese cuisine and i know how Vietnamese food taste like. However, the spring rolls are too peppery. The meatballs are also overwhelmed with pepper and a bit salty. The pho was a so-so. The chicken broth was not a true-pho broth. I gave only two stars because location and staff are really nice. They deserved a star but the food taste has to work a little bit more harder. I really do hope they will do something about it.

I came and ordered a green tea boba. Boba was good quality and so was the tea. Tasted fresh instead of that powdered milk some places use. I was hoping since they serve boba that the fried chicken on the menu would be the tasty Taiwanese style popcorn chicken but its just a really bland substandard fried chicken. Wasnt crispy or spicy or seasoned well and tasted pretty terrible. I think they are using a cheap part of the chicken because the color was very dark inside. There is a new proper Taiwanese tea shop opening nearby on Wilson called Gong Cha... I have higher hopes. Until then Id still come here for the boba tea only.

So this location has been open from roughly a week, and I have made it my personal mission to try as much of the menu as I can. The various bubble teas from Teasn You are phenomenal. The 5 Spice Chicken Banh-Mi is easy as good or better than your local Vietnamese mom and pop grocery/cafe. The Spicy Beef Pho from Pho Play is fantastic, and hits eall the right notes on a cold fall/winter day. I revisited the macrons at another time (about 2 weeks after they were first introduced into the menu) and I have to say it was a far better experience, while still rather pricey they were far more satisfying than my initial experience.
