I wish I checked the reviews before coming to this place. What’s wrong with these people? Does anyone listen to the reviews. I ordered a simple green tea and they have filled the cup till the top. See the picture. It ended up spilling badly and burning my hand. Who taught them to serve or may be they never learnt. This shop owner seems to be living in sellers market. Never again here even if I have to be without coffee or tea.

Every single time I come to this airport, there’s something wrong with this shop! Last time they were only accepting cash and this time their pastry warmer “wasn’t on.” The pastry was so stale I didn’t even eat it. This place is trash

I have seen this shop at National Airport but never stopped. Now that I did, its not worth it. The coffee was bitter and there was no cream. When I asked for some, I was offered soy milk. Finally they found some small creamers. Overall a major disappointment. I like the Honor First, Coffee Second statement. But since you’re a coffee shop, maybe put a bit more into the coffee.

Coffee is awful. I asked the server if it was old. She just laughed and then walked away. Shut this place down.Tried it again today. If possible, its even worse. Unpleasant impolite service and the coffee is truly undrinkable. I just threw it out. Horrible. The airport must get rid of this vendor. Its ruining the whole environment in this part of the terminal.

Ordered vanilla smoothie rang up for a fruit smoothie costing 20 cents more. Said pricing was wrong. Yeah I see a lot of wrong pricing since the 24 ounce chai smoothie was considerably more than the 16 ounce where others increased by only 60 cents. Asked for a refund and they gave it to me. Then after I was walking away said I could have it for free. Strange business.Update: Refund not performed correctly and required to dispute through credit card company

Espresso machine was broken. No food available. Only brewed coffee which was weak and tasted like dish water. You would think at least the service could be decent but the woman behind the counter was extremely rude and abrupt. Had one of the worst attitudes and scowled at people for even being in line. Seems like this company is doing everything right.

I stood behind a young lady while she ordered. She asked for an espresso chai latte, but the cashier didn’t seem to understand. The person making the drinks and the cashier were both discussing what it was supposed to be. Trying to get clarification about the drink, the way the cashier asked questions was harsh and condescending. The customer kept her cool and clarified multiple times. Then she said she was an employee at another Green Beans and asked if she could get the employee discount. She didn’t have her card on her, but provided her employee code. The cashier looked angry and told her she wouldn’t give her the discount. The young lady was fine with it; but boy was that cashier rude to her!Then it was my turn. I ordered the same thing, an espresso chai latte. I am hoping maybe she was having a bad day, but for some reason I don’t think so. I asked about breakfast sandwiches. She told me which ones they still had. I told her which one I wanted, but no cheese. She told me they were premade. Okay. But can’t you remove it? Is it melted on? Well, you should have gotten here before 9am. Seriously? The sign says they have breakfast all day. Who precooks the sandwiches? They have to be awful if they heat them up in the morning and then reheat them if a customer later wants them. Ridiculous and dangerous. Doesn’t sound like good food safety practice to me.You need to get some customer service training in here stat. She was rude and condescending to every customer she served while I stood there. So maybe about four? I can’t imagine she was nice to anyone else the rest of her shift though.

Sign says open at 4:30 and the two rude girls that were supposed to be opening it did not have it open nor ready, and when I asked how much longer I was told When we finish. Really that is how you do business. Unfortunate that it is the only coffee shop on this end of airport. As I look down they are still not open at 5:05 and have a long line. You need new people and a manager that cares. Cant believe you are okay with rude people working your business.

Line is so long, but the workers are socializing with each other and move at At snails pace. I don’t understand why they are in business at a busy airport or why they are only one of TWO eateries in the United section of Terminal B. Both United and the airport can do better

Signs all over their walls showing hot breakfast thats served all day, but then you finally get to the cashier and they dont serve those anymore. Also, they gave me 2/3 of a cup of old coffee. Gross. I would leave the terminal before going to this place again, even if it meant coming back through security.

On April 5, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. there was a line of about 10 people waiting, and the service was extremely slow. Other employees were cleaning the counter and performing other tasks, so they could have easily opened another register. But when I asked the cashier if they could open another register, she said they could not. I walked away, and told them they just lost my business. Next time Ill go somewhere else.

It’s an interestingly limited offering of coffee on this end of the airport and, if you’re departing from gates 10 -14, worth arriving early so that you can go to another part of the airport and get your caffeine fix. The staff is friendly, the service is fast relative to the volume of clients they have, but the the coffee has a disappointingly burnt taste.

The line was so long and the vibe was so bad that I was about to walk away. Then I realized it was the only coffee shop near my gate. Should have walked away. The women working there are negative, impolite and really seem to hate their job. Pastries were subpar. Yuck.

First drank hazelnut soy latte. Threw it away because it tasted like plain watered down coffee. Went back to get just plain black coffee (bitter)Threw it away. Do not waste your money.

Rude, extremely confrontational employees. Gave me muffin I did not want them revised to exchange it, because she had touched it. Then waitress brought out some dummy cook from back who proceeded to state in my hearing, Ill make him eat it.

Wow, the cashier(rude female) just told methat they ran out of breakfast, however, as I was waiting for my flight standing next to the store, I saw the other cashier just served breakfast to the other customer. This establishment has been going around trying not to serve breakfast although it says on their signage “breakfast all day”

Worst place ever!!!!! I ordered a medium and paid the price for said medium but they pressed the wrong button on the register and ordered me a small. When they switched the cashier they said I needed to pay an extra dollar because they pressed the wrong button!!!!!!!!!
